but it is not in my products
What to do

I'm having a hard time nailing in what services cloud are not included in the perpetual license for Acrobat DC. As far as I know, Adobe is a web page that directly compares the features of a perpetual license of Acrobat DC (Standard or Pro) with the corresponding version of the subscription.
Since few can have the patience to read until the end of this post, I thought I would cut to the chase with my question (s):
- Is what cloud services are not included in the license for Acrobat DC on the adobe site? If so, could you please give a link?
- Alteratively, if you know the specific online features that are not included with the perpetual license, I would like to know what people are.
This is substantially incomplete or ambiguous information that I could find.
The Acrobat FAQ on purchasing Acrobat DC says "you can also buy Acrobat Pro DC or Acrobat Standard DC as a one-time purchase. It includes desktop software and allows you to work with Free Adobe Document Cloud services"(emphasis added). I understand this means that there is no free Document Cloud Services that are not available to users who have purchased one license.
Web page: Plans and prices: compare plans | Adobe Acrobat DC compares Standard and Pro, and within each toggles between subscription and license. Thus, for features, it is possible to compare standard subscription with pro license (for example).
Also, since Pro subscription has all the features listed in the table, it is easy (by activating / deactivating the license subscription) dismiss only two characteristics: they are:
- Send and track documents online
- Add or edit text in a PDF document on your iPad
- Reorder, delete or rotate PDF pages on your iOS or Android tablet
- Collecting electronic signatures of others and track responses in real time
Most of the functions listed in the section "sign and collect" seems to be available in the office and subscription services, but it is possible (probable) that these features are available on the desktop (and not on the web) for those who do not subscribe.
The FAQ of Acrobat (which can I with Adobe Document Cloud services when working in Acrobat DC?) implies that the subscriptions are needed "to complete essential tasks of PDF of anywhere, including your web browser and Acrobat DC mobile app:" he mentions the following. ' "
- Convert files PDF, documents, and images
- Combine multiple files into a single PDF file (desktop and web only)
- Transform PDF files into Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or RTF files editable
- Use your mobile to take a photo of a paper document and convert it to PDF format
- Send documents for signature and then to track, manage and store online
- Send, track and confirm delivery of documents by electronic means rather than use faxes or night services (tracking is not available on mobile)
- Edit PDF files from your iPad (Acrobat cc Pro only)
- Organize the pages to your iOS or Android (Acrobat Pro cc only) device
- Store and access files online with 20 GB of storage.
The answer to this FAQ States expressly that these online features are not available to license office buyers.

With a perpetual license, you will receive the document cloud services, you will only be able to use the free space of the cloud of the 5 GB document.

The library Panel is shipped in The AI CC 20141 release. If the AI CC version isn't AI CC 20141, that please update HAVE CC 2014 using the creative application of cloud (quit and relaunch the CC app).

I am trying to install Apps via an institutional teaching license, but they appear as trial rather than full downloads. I downloaded creative cloud to another computer, last year, but have removed the downloads here.
Any advice or thoughts?

My creative Cloud applications are not displayed CC 2015 versions. Why?

I currently have versions CC 2014 of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and want to update to the CC in 2015, but the applications in my creative cloud tab shows 2014 for me update versions.However, it is detect Muse CC 2015. Anyone know how I can find the CC 2015 of the three programs mentioned above, so I can update?
NB: Don't know if this helps, but this is a problem with my laptop, my iMac a CC 2015 versions downloaded successfully.

Hi, thank you very much for your answer! I found out that my problem was my OS system is old and therefore does not support the new CC 2015 applications.

Error code: 0xC00D2712 media storage license does not
running vista home premium. I download audio books from my public library using Overdrive Media Console (required). Worked very well, have not added a new software, upgrades, etc. I now get the error above, code that says: license storage does not. Contact microsoft. I ran the update level of safety either said by the way. As I said, everything worked until today. I know that the licenses are not stored with the file, but separately on the computer, but I don't know where or how to access them, or what to do to solve the problem if I could. Can anyone help?

- Open the 'Control Panel'.
- Open "Folder Options".
- Select the tab 'display '.
- Select 'display the hidden files and folders '.
- Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files".
- In the warning message you receive, click 'yes '.
- Click on 'OK '.
- Close the control panel
- Navigate to that folder in my computer: c: documents and Users.Windows users. There is a folder called DRM.
- Right-click on the DRM folder and rename it DRM.old.
- Close this window and open the OverDrive Media Console software.
- Go to tools > Windows Media Player Security upgrade.
- Once the WMP security upgrade has been done, download audio book title again.
- Optional: return to the display of the Control Panel - folder Options - and restore your folder view options to their original state.

Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
Adobe Creative Cloud apps back in test mode after 2015 set CC to update
* NOTE: Make sure that your firewall of your computer or security software firewall does not block Adobe, if you are not sure of it can just disable the firewall for a while and then log off and log on creative application of cloud and check.
If it still gives you an error of the trial, then please refer to the troubleshooting listed below:
If you are using MAC:
1-force Quit the sub process in the same sequence as shown below from Activity Monitor: see, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- Broker CIB Adobe
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - right click on the Finder icon, then select the "Go - To" folder. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")
~/Library (it will open the folder of the user's library.)
3. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater
4 - CUT any installed security software with firewall system.
5 - go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change this anywhere (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
6 - restart the cloud creative app and connect
If you use the WINDOW:
1 complete the process / Task Manager tasks in the same order, as mentioned below the Manager tasks. See, Open the Task Manager
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- Broker CIB Adobe
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is hidden folder please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista) 3 - CUT any security software installed with firewall system, also if your having any browser Add On installed for blocking advertising that turn off too.
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
4 - raise the cloud creative app and connect

Hello, I have problems with Creative Cloud Packager. I bought this product yesterday and since then I can not download completely all components. 59% or 65% of the download I get the message: "connect to the internet and try again." I am connected to the internet through Ethernet, I checked my connections through various steps recommended buy Adobe to see if my connection is correct and he is!, so why I can't complete the download process.
