Cloud new control panel - unable to connect to the agent

I'm done just to install the last control of cloud 12.1.0.3 by following oracle document e22624.

Everything installed fine and I am able to connect to the cloud control. I manually added a target (our test server). The installation was successful without error.

However the cloud control shows: error of assessment metrics start - unable to connect to the agent to https://server:3872/emd/main / [Connection timed out: connect]


I ran the following on the test server to make sure that the management agent runs:

/opt/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/agent/core/emctl status agent

and I see this:

According to state that something is wrong. The test server is currently installed OEM Database Control. The directions said nothing about not being able to install Cloud control and have control OEM database.


My question is this: can I have the OEM Database Control and control of Cloud? If this is not the case, what should I do to get the Cloud control to work?

I opened a support ticket with Oracle. It was that the firewall is blocking communication from the SGD server to the agent. Everything works now as expected.

    I think I solved this problem.

    First configure everything the maschine again one by one, don't use is not the function of the cloning of VM.

    I installed the packed listed in the Enterprise Manager configuration by hand.

    I am trying to create a client application to push to go with my project that I am creating a customer and am trying to learn how the PushCollector 10.1 functions to do this. I seem to have a problem, however, where the application may not be able to connect to the Agent to push after entering my credentials sent by the Services of Blackberry Push team showing.

    I logged into my account to make sure it is active and it is and have re-joined the AppID and the PPG URL 8 times literally!

    What I read I don't need to change anything in the file bar.xml for the PushCollector, but maybe I missed something.

    Can someone help me please?

    Push requires a real device, so I think you have to find the cause of the problem.

    I'm having some trouble with the Push service - all examples of applications that I tested (collector Simple Client Push, Push and push Capture), including the app I am train, have a problem with the connection to the Agent to push (aka. the bb::data :ushService.hasConnection always returns false).

    Relevant information to the debug log:

    The error "/ pps/services/push/ipc open failure" was mentioned in an article on the devblog saying that it happens when the signature keys have push privilege, but I received my key a few weeks ago, so it shouldn't be the isssue. I also checked that the application has permission to "_sys_use_consumer_push" in its bar-descriptor file.

    It might be worth noting that I tested it in Dev Alpha Simulator with SDK version 10.0.9.2318 on a Mac.

    Any ideas? I have the feeling that I missed something completely Basic.

    Unfortunately, push is not supported now on the Dev Alpha Simulator.

    So you need physics Dev Alpha or 10 BlackBerry device to test with.

    We can connect to the virtual machine with RDP and PCoIP not working. The client starts to connect to the agent, the screen remains black, then customer exits

    The firewall should not be the problem, customer and agent can communicate because of newspapers and wireshark.

  • New Designjet T520e unable to connect to the wired network

    I have a problem with a brand new Designjet T520e that can not connect to my network cable.  Said! No connection

    I can see the lights suitable for connectivity to the plug on the printer and on the switch.  Have you tried replacing it with cables and ports from the switch, the speed setting of port on both printers and spend 100 full instead of auto.   It connects to the wireless network, less desirable in this situation.

    All revelation?

    The cable was not the solution, but thanks fo RL suggestion.   support technique level 2 indicated that there is a problem with some of the T520 newest which will be fixed in an update of the firmware soon arrived.   In the meantime, they recommend a hard reset.

    This seems to be a recurring problem in the line of Sony TV.

    Bought a new TV today... looks fantastic, works perfectly with EXCEPTION... it refuses to connect to the internet.

    It connects to my router without problem... have connected using the scanner of network setting and also using the WPS option... HOWEVER he then cannot verify internet connectivity... fails with the message of the foloowing...

    Well I thank you for that but the network that you propose must be configured currently works very well with 1 Office Win7, Win7 2 and 1 portable Linux, 1 2, 1 Hp10 iPad + tablet, 2 HTC smartphones, 1 Note 1 MotoG smartphone, Samsung, XBox 360 PS3 and even the * old $400 Soniq TV...

    I regularly work around colleagues that guest in the network... which is no problem, BUT again the Bravia arrival suggests that MY settings are incorrect...

    So before I pack up this TV to the store and get the Samsung a little birdie told me to go with... lets see if SONY can Cup with what I have to do to work around their (fairly obviously badly coded API) and yes I program for a life so give it to me in geekspeak... try and blame the network settings.

    This fix does not work for me and a couple more users of the Australia in this thread. The correction hooked me up for about a minute and then never got reconnected, even after several attempts.

    And Yes, this happened only after the last update of the firmware.

    Sorry, I also forgot to mention that you should check your database and connections AQ pools.

    Connection to Enterprise Manager

    Home-> administration-> jdbc-> data sources resources

    Make sure that there is an entry for your database of scott. Be sure to note that jdbc name.

    Now, you should check the AQ connection pool. This lies

    Home-> then I think that there is a drop down for resource adapters. Choose this option-> AQ adapter

    Create a new entry something like

    EIS/AQ/xxxx

    point to the source of data of database created earlier.

    Now you must ensure that in your QA partner link that it points to the above connection pool.

    I bought a NB100 (Ubuntu) yesterday.
    He walks and he finds our Wi - Fi connection and got to the web. Large.

    That's exactly what happened here. See my post very recent inquiry about obtaining later to work. Which might be of interest, you can try the latest version to see what you think without having to install.

    With personal advice of an expert, we got the original Toshiba up-to-date and very well with the internet installation, but he still had "problems" with the sharing of files on my Windows network.

    New attempt to open Control Panel Add/Remove section.
