  If you have a real win7 dvd, you can try to boot from this dvd and run a repair (disconnect external devices first)

  If you don't have that a recovery of certain system-makers, depends on its options on the question of whether you can fix or do a destructive restore (the latter will destroy everything on the disc)

  I don't let anything go to the error message.  It does not point to a specific file, it ends only with "(x86)..." "Whenever I start my computer, this error message appears on my desktop.
  How can I fix this problem?  I found several solutions but am not sure which one is the best, and I don't want to try a bunch of different things for fear that I can make the problem worse.  I would try and it staring at me, if possible, but I need to know if this is really possible or if I have to take my computer to someone for repairs.  Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

  I checked this page https://discussions.apple.com/message/24611030#24611030 and it cleared up the problem, although I have not tried to reinstall iTunes - it installed on my desktop without a hitch and synchronize the iPad to that instead.  But it was very satisfying, removing every piece of software my laptop Apple.

  CLR must be maintained for the "Common Language Runtime" used in the dotNet applications. You can start by looking for updates or a later version of the .net framework via windows update, 7 comes with version 3.5. For more details, you can refer to the below mentioned thread and see if it helps.

  If you have any question by sending emails through Windows Live mail (WLM) then, I suggest you to repair Windows live mail as its corruption could be the cause of your problem. We recommend that you try to repair Windows Live Mail to check if this solves the problem. Before you repair Windows Live Mail, you can back up your files to ensure that you don't lose one of them. You can click this link to find out how to make a backup of your files.

  Once your files have been backed up, you can then follow the steps below to fix Windows Live Mail.
