The touch screen of my CM1415fnw react anymore. I can't make copies, scans etc. of the touch screen. Any solution available?

How is the printer connected?

I've seen in the past that the IPv6 setting on the printer can cause problems with the display. Turn off IPv6, to see if this will help.

If the printer is on a network and you do not know the printer IPv4 address, you can find it by performing the following steps:

In devices and printers, click right on the printer and on the left, click on printer properties, select the Ports tab.

Click on Configure Port and check the IPv4 address

Enter the printer IPv4 address in the web browser.

Once you access the webserver integrated for the printer, click on the network tab.

Click Advanced in the left menu.

Clear the checkbox for IPv6.

Apply the settings.

I'll send you another step to try in a private message, in which case the problem persists.

  • My touchscreen is unresponsive after ios 9.3.2 and apple support isn't helpful!

    My 5s, 16 GB iPhone was working fine until the 9.3 ios updated. After that, I started to see the shift in my touch screen. After the 9.3.1 it began to increase and in ios 9.3.2 it became worse. Two days before my touch screen froze and I couldn't do anything. I tried 'restart', nothing has worked. I tried to reset my touch screen started working fine again. I've restored my itunes backup and screen frozen again.

    From there, I tried resetting twice but nothing works the lock screen works sometimes and then touch screen freezes after that the phone is unlocked. The "home" button and the power button works and responds very well.

    I contacted Apple imagine Service Center, but they have not even check it with the technicians. They saw my phone simply go outside, asked if it is in warranty, and when I said 'NO', they said we must change the touchscreen with a value of 12 000 rupees. I asked them to downgrade from iOS, but they told me that they do the downgrade at all.

    For updating a buggy software, I should pay 12 000 rupees to continue using my mobile. I called the phone number of Apple, but the recorded voice put me on hold for 20 minutes before I finished the call in frustration.

    Don't know what to do! Wasted my money for a phone expensive buggy! Advice in this regard are very much appreciated, thank you.

    Where did you buy this phone? It can be repaired in the country where you purchased it. No wonder if they refused a maintenance operation if it was bought abroad. iPhones don't have international warranty. Updates don't cause physical problems. Most likely your device has a hardware problem. In any case, you can try several troubleshooting steps (restore to factory as the last hope)

    Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

    • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
    • Press and hold the Home button
    • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

    Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

    If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

I've never had problems before update!

  • Satellite NB10t-A touchscreen fails

    Bought the laptop yesterday. First work the touchscreen.

    If nothing helps, try to reinstall the HARD drive recovery image and test it with the factory settings.

    I bought a Tablet WT310-105 , and since I turned it on the first time, touch screen never worked, is of no use in tablet form!

    What I read in control panel / system is:

    ... Type of system = 8 64-bit Windows
    Pen and Touch only = no net or get in touch for this device ...

    Then I tried to disable the video card - on device Panel and touch screen worked fine, but still I read:

    Pen and touch = limited to 5 points

    .. .for my tablet should be Multitouch 10 points ; and then, of course, in this way, I can not use the video card driver, I can't even control the brightness of the screen, which is always up!

    I've already updated with Windows Update and Toshiba Service Station...

    Reboot, then go into the BIOS (F2 keep during power on), check if touch works in the BIOS.

    If you have Windows 8 installed you may need to hold SHIFT for the stop, so he won't hybrid suspend (hibernation).
    You can't get into the BIOS if Windows goes into hibernation mode.

    If the touchscreen does not work in the BIOS, you will need to send the tablet in to get it repaired at an authorized Service Centre.
    If the touchscreen does not work, there is a driver/registry problem. Run recovery or do a reset to Windows / discount or a system restore.

    I understand that your touch screen is unresponsive and you aren't sure if a Windows 8.1 update caused the problem.  You have been through 10 hours of online help and diagnostics of HP, but have not been able to solve the problem.

    You tried to do a restore, but that did not help.

    Hello, I just bought a new 107 KIRA, I think it has a touchscreen, but so far no touch screen feature works.

    Detection tool, has stated that this laptop is a KIRA 107 with touchscreen, so I think that this is not a problem that I would get a bad product. In settings/PC PC info it is said that no pens or seized touch is available for this view.

    Kira model supports different display screens.

    Some models like Kira 10-D support common-slab IPS with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 px and some models like Kira 107 support IPS 2.560 slab x 1,440 px with a touchscreen feature 10 fingers.

    In your case I recommend that you set the notebook back to factory settings. After this check if the touch screen is activated.
