[CME 9.1] Phone IP 3905 fails to send DTMF tones to the external network.

Hi all!

We have three types of SIP phones in our CME 9.1: 3905, 6941 and 8941. All phones except 3905 send DTMF tones successfully through our operator. Here is "debug voice ccapi detail" what "206" (ip phone 3905) extension 93274343 external phone calls and trying to send numbers. Config is to be attached. Also, a part of config here:

The CME version is 9.1

Version of the IOS is 15.3 (1) T (also tested in 15.2 - the same issue)

All ip phones have the last firware (9-2-2-0), also I have already spent some of them (9-2-1-0) - the problem persists.

Hello

I think the best is to capture a trace of sniffer on the phone directly, we will be able to see if the phone itself sends the numbers.

You can also enable some debugs:

    Well, I have deployed VIO with NSX. I created 2 virtual machines (instances) with 2 internal networks. I created router, plugged on both networks. Tried to ping of vm1 (int_net1) to the virtual machine 2 (int_net2) through router - everything works fine.

    So, the next step was to provide access to Internet of the virtual machines. I try to create the shape of external network Admin-> Control Panel-> network-> network create system:

    Name: extnet1

    Project: MyProject

    Type of network provider: dish (deployment master I chose NSX environment and VLANs separated to outside networks)

    Admin State: checked

    External network: checked

    When I press the button "Create network" an error has occurred: ""Error: failed to create the extnet1 network '. " How can I create external network?

    Thank you all for help. I solved my problem. For the future: you can only use "PortGroup" in Type of network provider. So when I chose PortGroup and set it to the external network 'dvportgroup-XX' have been created.

    My iPhone brand new T-Mobile SE (1 week) did not have this problem on iOS 9.3.5. He found his connection to my mobile operator without any problem before the iOS 10 update.

    I also tried all the things (airplane, network reset mode, etc.) that you tried. Will not fix it. The only thing coming back my cellular service is to power cycle the phone.

    It's a real problem for me as I work in a story 72 building (no service in the elevator) and I have unfortunately to enter and leave the building a certain number of times per day.
