  The Collections are stored in the LR catalog. If you had previously copied to your catalog on the other computer to the new all your collections would have been there.

  Now that you have the images on the new computer, 'IF', they were placed in the same folder structure (IE even the folder names and locations) then copy through the original catalogue "should" include your collections. If they are in the names of different folder or on a different drive letter or name of the player, then you might be able to use the feature to locate Images to find them.

  I had installed RDS on a server 2012R2 with success. I was able to add applications to a new collection without problems. Users can run these applications successfully from their Windows 7 desktop.

  Unfortunately, the menu "collection" has disappeared from my server and I am not able to display again.

  Users continue to have access to their published applications, although the collection menu is no longer displayed.

  But the problem is that I can not edit or create new published application.

  Could you help me to find what to do please?

• Collections disappear

  Recently, I spent spent a lot of time to import pictures into folders carefully and that went well.  Then, I made a Collection of some old vacation photos.  A few days later, the Collection shows 0 photos, and I couldn't understand why.  I thought I would just more careful the next time I did a Collection.

  Then I did another Collection of the most recent vacation, worked hours on their modification and converted the dragging exactly where I wanted them in the Collection.  I was ready to export it so that I could make a sideshow in Premiere Elements.  I opened the export dialog box to export, changed my mind and cancelled, then returned in the folder (not the Collection) to see once more.  When I returned to the Collection, he showed 0 photos.  I watched this part more, I realized all my modified photos seem to be completely missing from Lightroom.  Only the photos I had deleted from the Collection is still remained.  Worse that that, they seemed to be removed from my external hard drive.  Of course, I deleted them, but I certainly did not and do not remember to delete anything.

  I had saved the photos in one other place is not a disaster.  But I need to figure out what I'm doing wrong, as has happened twice. If I do a Collection and add a few photos and later the Collection has no pictures, what am I doing wrong? Is it so easy to accidentally delete photos you don't realize that you do?  I have restored my original photos, but all my changes disappeared.  I love this software, but this seems to be a big problem.

  It looks like create you a new catalog of a collection:

  

  Go to the file menu > open recent element and see if you can select your original catalog.

• Insignia collection disappeared

  For some reason any I'm now only see badges collection when a photo is in more than one collection. I did all options for the good things that I can find. And, as said, they appear when an image is in two collections, but not in one. Is this a bug?

  It is quite easy to reproduce the problem, but that it is a bug or not I can't say. I noticed first of all a few weeks back, but dating back to Lr3.6 I saw him there as well. Then, came to the conclusion that it was just another weird ball of Lr features.

  To replicate, Frédérique you create a collection with a few images and then select the collection rather than on the record. Collection badges do not have thumbs. Again select the folder and the thumbnails have badges of the collection. To further complicate things, create a second collection, using the same photos. View thumbs now by selecting the new collection. All thumbs now have badges of the collection. Switch to the first collection and low and this is all thumbs now have badges collection. Now remove the second collection and select the first again. Yes, the badges are gone again.

  It is a question strange lightroom which I hope you can help me with:

  * yesterday, I edited the files in lightroom 3

  * I published these photos to a collection via lightroom to smugmug.  All looks good now on smugmug photos

  * A few minutes earlier, I went in lightroom and my published collection is empty, and all my photos have been reset on their raw settings. In addition, all say that they are not in a collection.

  So I haven't lost all the photos, but I've lost days of changes.

  What I've done so far:

  * I turned lightroom market but no change.

  * Check out the history of photos - only thing in all of them is the date of initial download in lightroom

  No idea how this could happen?  Suggestions?

  The answer is to click with the right button on the back of the problem, and then select Properties. Then click on the button labeled File Repair.

  I don't know what you do not see this option.

• Options of Touchpad disappeared on Equium A200 with Vista

  I searched all over the web for a solution and found nothing that works.

  I have a satellite A 200, bought 6 months ago.

  I used to be able to adjust the settings on the touchpad, clicking in its pointing device properties, then settings in the device settings.

  However, now (since a Vista upgrade, perhaps?) Tap to click and all other options disappeared entirely from this menu.
  All it says now it is "Overview" and "buttons", no other options.
  I tried several relocations of pilot, wanted other parameters, but the settings seem to have disappeared.

  But no solution.

  SP1 is installed on your laptop?
  Have you tried to restore to an earlier time using System Restore tool? Can you please test and see what happens exactly?

• Projects merged not appearing is not in the table of the contents of WebHelp

  By following the instructions on the site Grainge, I created a project merged with the following folder structure:'

  BAM\Child\Project1-> location of the child

  I added the metatag redirecting the first topic in the project relative to the default theme in Project1.
  
  When I generated the output:
  
  I received a nested together images of navigation as well as the IE error msg say it blocked the execution of ActiveX content.
  
  The correct TOC books, one for each project, did see as part of external navigation. However, once I clicked to allow content to run, the table of contents would disappear. When I went to IE tools, Options and select to allow ActiveX run from the hard disk, the error stop appearing, but the TOC has disappeared entirely.
  
  I had the extra set of frames of nav to disappear by disabling the nav option in Project1 and when I built it.

  OK, my bad. The parent project is striking TOCs, I defined in the child projects.

  What confused me was the first time that I have generated the parent project and the child projects, but before I had defined the Mall anywhere (in the parent or child, except of course for the project merged into the parent TOC entries), I saw, for a fraction of a second, in short a book displays for each * collects I know not what it was , but I thought it was by design.

  The latest version of firefox comes itself installed on my PC. The window of 'cookies' no longer works as a stand alone, apparently.   Hi neonzebra, the browser.preferences.inContent preference was just in place temporarily for a period of transition. now that there are new features and settings, go to preferences and was former windowed interface is more maintained, its users would have missed out on them, so the support fell completely in firefox 42.

  If you still miss the old style - the Restorer Classic theme https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/classicthemerestorer/ addon contains some improvements to make the more familiar the style options...

• Epson Print CD does not work with Airprint?

  I try to use Epson Print CD on my new XP Epson-630. When I select my printer, I get a warning saying: I can't print with Airprint, and I need to install an Epson driver. I have installed the Epson drivers twice now and reset the printing system about 4 times. Same caveat.

  I had this problem too. I've pretty much went through all the same steps that you did and I went through internet looking for a response to not available. I only thought of it by chance, just that my patience was key to its end. The solution is simple, but it is not clear.

  Follow the instructions on the next page to properly set up your XP-630 with Epson drivers. Basically, it is not a matter of just download the driver (who knew?). You must remove and re-add the printer from Apple settings, where you can select the driver instead of AirPrint manually.

  Then - and this is what I've been hung up on for like an hour - the printer will disappear entirely as option in Print CD. You must select "Update printer information" in the file menu. He is never picked me up there; Only, I came across it by chance.
