  Try this in a file block or CSS:

  DataGrid {}
  horizontalScrollBarStyleName: coloredBars;
  verticalScrollBarStyleName: coloredBars;
  }

  {.coloredBars}
  themeColor: Red;
  }

  This will set the themeColor to reddish colors for the scroll bars that will affect the mouse above and down colors. If you want something more complex you can reskin the components.   To change the color of the taskbar... Right-click on your desktop, goto customize, then press 'Windows Color', color mixer button and you can get any custom color you want. Make sure you play with all the sliders and you will get any color or the desired intensity.

  You can try to change the color of the title element and check if it works.

  (a) open Windows movie maker

  (b) click on Toolsand then click on the titles and quotes.

  (c) click on the link that corresponds to where you want to add the title or credit.

  (d) in the entry for the title text box, type the text that you want to appear in the title or credit.

  After you type the text, the monitor displays the default animation and the format for the title or credit that you want to add.

  (e) to change the font and the color of your title, click change the font of the text and the color, and then choose the font, font color, put in shape, background color, transparency, font size, and position of the title to your liking.

  (f) click on the title to add.
