• Palette of Adobe color themes does not

  For some reason any my palette of color themes stopped working, its just towers on the places of loading (Screen Grab attached). I trashed preferences and reinstalled the software but still no joy. 2 other Macs in the studio work very well. Can anyone help at all please?

  Steps to follow:

  a. go to start and type regedit.exe.

  b. navigate to the registry key next:

  HKEY_CURRENT_USER

  c. If the DWM registry key is not found, right click on Windows, and then select New -> key to create the new branch and name it as DWM.

  d. in the details pane on the right, create a new DWORD (32-bit value) named UseMachineCheck, and set its value to 0.

  e. in the details pane on the right, create a new DWORD (32-bit) value namedblur, and set its value to 0.

  f. in the details pane on the right, create a new DWORD (32-bit) value namedAnimations, and set its value to 0.

  g. restart the Desktop Window Manager Session Manager in Services in Control Panel (type Services.msc in start search), or run the following commands in an command with administrator privileges prompt:

  net stop uxsms
  net start uxsms

  h. try to enable and apply Windows Aero in Windows 7. Restart the computer if necessary.

  This should be it.

• New color cartridge does not work

  I have a longer printer hp psc 1210 and never had any problems until recently.  I ran more ink color and black print just for a few months, but now that I finally bought several cartridges color it does not print colors and I get an error message saying that the tri color cartridge is not compatible.  I checked and this brand is compatible with my printer, I tried to take the cartridges out and put them back in and unplug the printer.  I tried to clean the electrical contacts, and always the color will not print.  I even bought another another brand color cartridge and tried and still no luck! What can I do else?
