comment the view administrator

I noted as possible for new users of this show. When looking for answers to problems will add their questions to permanent positions which, in some cases, are two three years old or more. Or new, instead of creating a new question from their own. is there to add a comment so that it does not happen as well. If I see some old posts appear as current I have usually do not go to them as in some cases, they're going to pages and pages. Thank you.

I don't think that this can be changed. Most of them came by using the google search and blind to the date of the post.

    About 6 weeks ago, I installed a server connection view assessment. The installation went well.

    Then I needed to divert my attention to another project. Now that I'm back I lost track of the server.

    I built a new W2003 server to use as the display of connection to the server and installed VMware-viewconnectionserver - 3.1.1 - 175957.

    The installation went well. When I try to connect the first time with the help of the

    Message:

    'Display connection Server License key is not valid. Please contact the system administrator. »

    I now have a valid license to apply, but don't know how to hit the administration

    screen. So, you can see the catch-22.

    There is an additional path should I use in the URL?

  • Error message of nonsense trying to create the view

    Hello all,.

    Oracle Database 11 g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64 bit Production on Windows 2008R2

    I get an error when trying to create a view. The error makes no sense in that didn't evoke any attempt to change a user name or password in the error in production.

    I can run the complete select statement very well, I retrieve the results.

    If I comment out the line shown as being in error, the problem moves to the line before the tour. 4 lines before the line specified by the error message are similar. The error occurs on the last of the 5 similar lines of code.

    If I move all 5 lines above in the code the error moves accordingly.

    Function validate_number (near where the error is identified) under certain conditions, it will issue an immediate "alter session set nls_numeric_characters =" execution., "';"

    The number of the column identified in the error message is 2 spaces before the validate_number function call.

    Here is the syntax for creating the view, the error message is at the bottom.

    Figures on the far left indicate the line number. I put 2 blank lines before and after the line of code identified by the error message.

    The error points to the 2-seater before the VALIDATE_NUMBER function call on line 350. just before the code sql == > validate_number(Spend_Qty,'')), 0) < ==

    The text associated with the error number is certainly misleading.

    It simply means that you have not had the privilege to do something.

    Is validate_number in the same pattern when you create the view? If not, what
    privileges that you have about this feature and how is it given?

  • Call of duty Modern Warfare 2 error: the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation.

    I have Windows Vista.

    When you try to install COD MW2 disc, I get the following message is displayed:

    The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation.

    Then it continues with the installation of the first disc perfectly, but the problem occurs with the second disc. When you are prompted to enter the second drive I do and he doesn't recognize. The drive doesn't look like it runs as if it is scanned intermittently. STEAM will freeze and (no response) as well as menu my computer and the DVD disk drive. So far, I can't find any solution to my problem.

    I had the game earlier on the same pc but had to uninstall STEAM temporarily.

    Thank you for your response. However I can't find the "local security policy" in administrative tools. Not sure if it's because of Vista.

    However I managed to the second drive yesterday after many many attempts. It seemed to work when I changed the AutoPlay settings to open the folder and view the files. I have no idea why, but he was able to read the disc in this way, after a few attempts.

  • I tried to create a USER with administrator rights, as suggested by XP, but now I don't see the icon administrator when connecting?

    My new user does not have the original administrator logon icon the same settings, computer desktop or programs I should use and before setting up the new user.  How can I copy, convert or restore settings (find) the Director, programs, files, documents, office, Internet settings and Favorites, etc. to the new USER?

    Since owning my laptop I had connected using the Administrator icon and had an icon of comments, as well, until last Thursday.  I tried to follow the advice of XP and create USERS, so the administrator access would not be compromised.  Children were downloading apps and devours space... I was afraid they would accidentally remove a program or file, or worse... Then...

    When I set up my USER he asked me if I would be the Admiistrator. I said yes.  But, when iI rebooted my laptop, only the icon of the USER (S) presented at the connection... the Administrator icon was missing. and my new USER reflects only a few shortcuts shared on the desktop...

    I expect Admin rights and my old administrator settings.  I need to recover them because all my documents and especially my work programs do not exist.

    Help, please!  It would be greatly appreciated EV.  I would like to restore to last Wednesday, if the system would, but it seems that it will not.

    What you experienced is normal.  When you create another user, the original administrator account becomes hidden.  It's still there (in fact, it cannot be deleted), it just doesn't appear in the login screen.

    You should still be able to login as administrator.  When you get to the login screen, just tap Ctrl-Alt-Del twice.  This will bring up a login dialog window.  Just enter 'Administrator' in the user name and the password (if any) in the password line and press 'return '.  If you want or need to copy your files and data from the administrator account to the new account that you created, and then follow the steps in the following procedure and claim that your administrator profile is corrupted or damaged.

  • How can know you if someone has consulted and used the default Administrator account in Vista?

    I was not aware that the default Administrator account is so easily accessible if there is no password on it. In my view, a standard user has accessed this and it seems that the computer is having a lot of problems now. Is there a way to tell? Needless to say I care that much personal info could acceded as well as commercial information.  Security, 3 administartors (users) appears in some of the boxes, and I only know 2 of them, myself and the default admin?  I'm a recruit of the computer and the other person is somewhat a geek so I could really use some help. I am the system administrator, but don't really know what to look for. I would really appreciate if some wiz could help me.

    Why do I get a message saying "the system administrator has blocked this measure. Contact your system administrator or log off and log on as a system administrator. » ? I am the system administrator, and I AM logged on as system administrator! Access control state that I have complete control of the system, but I get this message!

    This is a brand new computer, simply put on yesterday (Sunday, September 18, 2011) with Windows7 Home Premium installed. I tried to load a print shop software, and it has not installed correctly. When I tried to correct the problem and when I tried just uninstall the program and restart, the above message is what I get! So now I can use the program or uninstall it! Given that we want to bash my new computer with a baseball bat! :)

    I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

    Try to run the program as administrator and check if it helps.

    Follow the steps to run the program as Administrator:

    a. right-click right the program and click Run as administrator.

    b. then try to uninstall the program.

    Method 2:

    Give all the permissions on your user account and check if it helps.

    Follow the steps to give all permissions:

    a. click Start, type regedit.exe in the search box and press enter.

    b. right-click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE , and then click permissions.

    c. click Add under the Security tab and add a new group: everyone.

    d. Select everyone and check the option: total control.

  • Peer-to-Peer (p2psv) service has been disabled by the network administrator

    Original title: activate p2psv?

    Then the diagnosis why networking group residential is not operational, Network Diagnostics came with the comment "The Peer to Peer service (p2psv) has been disabled by the network administrator", with a statement that an attempt to activate this failed.  As the only Admin, I did disable any service that I am aware and can not find how to enable it.

    The lock in the lower bar icon indicates that the currently open PDF document has certain types of document restrictions.

    The most common types of restrictions of the document are

    • Comment: Authorized / unauthorized
    • Filling of form fields: allowed / not allowed
    • Print: Authorized / unauthorized

    For example, to find out if the comment is allowed, press the comment button on the lower bar of the viewer screen.

    If the comment is not allowed, Acrobat Reader displays an alert like this.

    If filling out forms is permitted, you will see blue highlighted in color field.

    In all cases, you should be able to display a PDF document.

  • Add forwarding server to view administrator

    As the title describes, im having a problem adding the transfer of 5 Server view to view administrator.

    So far, Ive installed all the components of the view according to the documentation. vCenter and composer are on a VM win2008R2, vConnection is on a separate virtual machine and therefore transfer server.

    vCenter is added to the administrator of the display, but when I try to add a server to transfer by clicking on 'Add a forwarding server' in the tab transfer server and instance of vCenter selection and then click Next. After that, I get an empty box with no server to select or find.

    Server vCenter, composer and connection are all green lit in view administrator. No problems with adding those and no problems with the installation of the server transfer. All the parameters of field have been recognized.

    For the purposes of the license, I want to programatically get the data from the table of its use under "Display Configuration"-> "Licenses and use of the product" in Administrator display.

    Is there a way? Preference by using PowerShell...?

    The view connection server check session Office user has every 5 minutes, and these statistics are used both to screen UI admin that you saw, but are also hunted in performance monitor (which in turn can be scratched by powershell). Run perfmon.msc and add the source of VMware View to see it in action, the first hit on google for powershell and pefmon told http://www.vistax64.com/powershell/156856-perfmon-powershell-query.html that would be the glue you need.
