Compilation project Playbook

I have a project I want to compile for the Playbook.  I wonder how to proceed.  When I run this...

cd C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry WebWorks Packager for PlayBook\bbwp
bbwp C:\Blackberry\myapp /o C:\Blackberry\myapp\build

I get...

[INFO] Parsing command line options
[ERROR] Failed to find WebWorks archive

Looks like it's looking for a .zip file compile?  Every time I change the request that I need to create a zip, compile it, and install it then?

You will need to firstly zip all the files that make up the application (inside the app dir so don't zip app dir itself), and then call the bbwp command. I was a little confused at first as well!

My stream (for Mac OS X) is:

inside the app dir:

zip - r sc.zip

~/bbwp/bbwp the sc.zip/o Update

which translates a file 'sc.bar' insizing appdir/compiled

I hope this helps!

  • 11.1.1.7 to 12.1.3 Migration - Compilation project ADF error

    Hello

I have a BPM Application that has been developed in 11.1.1.7 and tested.

It has a BPM project and a project of the ADF with TaskForms created from human tasks.

I downloaded JDeveloper BPM 12.1.3 and open the same application.

The Migration of 11.1.1.7 to 12.1.3 succeeds according to JDeveloper.

The BPM project gets compiled successfully.

But the ADF project with task form gives the following compile error. Tried to build after having cleaned the request also.

I have not found any information on the details of error also. (even after the verbose activation in JDeveloper)

So I tried to open some other BPM applications working in 11.1.1.7 and migrated to 12.1.3.

Each of them gave the same error.

Some of my BPM applications have ADF projects that do not contain the TaskForms created from human tasks and they get compiled successfully.

I tried to create a new Application of BPM with a TaskForm new since a human task, and it gets compiled successfully.

  • Strobe Media Player broke after assets.swc of compilation and compilation project in Flash Builder

I use CS5.5 - Flash Builder 4.5 and Flash Professional 11.5.1.349.  If I import a new Strobe Media Player 1.6.328 project into Flash Builder and compile, it works as expected and the StrobeMediaPlayback.html page load in my browser and behaves normally.

Then I load assets.fla into Flash Professional and don't edit and publish a new assets.swc.  Then I go back to Flash Builder and refresh the StrobeMediaPlayback project and recompile.  This time when StrobeMediaPlayback.html loads in the browser, the SWF Strobe is instantiated on the page but is not executed, i.e. no play button and no bar scrub down, just a black box.  The black box right button brings up the Flash menu so the SWF load has it but stopped somewhere running.

I try to get the debugger working in Flash Builder, but so far without success.

I hope that someone has seen this before and has some ideas.

    Kind regards

    Tim

The problem was simply to fonts.  Fonts in StrobeMediaPlayback/assets/fonts must be installed in the operating system.  In my case Windows so just right button on the font file and select install.

  • compile projects in Jdeveloper

I have an ADF web application that has 2 projects. After the compilation of each project, Jdeveloepr creates files?
If I compile these projects in the second time, jdeveloper, create new files and cover the 'old'?

After the compilation of each project, Jdeveloepr creates files?

Yes, that's the point of compiling all - create .class files in your .java files

If I compile these projects in the second time, jdeveloper, create new files and cover the 'old'?

If a .java file has changed since the first compilation, then Yes; Moreover, '' maybe. '' If you do a 'make', JDeveloper must detect the .java file is no need to recompile and skip - 'rebuild' should recompile everything whether or not she needs.

  • Compilation of projects - VS2013

If anyone has some useful resources to find how to compile projects; the Momentics IDE is installed, but I can't, compilation of changes to a program rolling. I was hoping that it is actually possible to use visual studio 2013 to develop and compile, then use Momentics to launch the application.

Have you tried to compile it in Qt Creator?

And did you use Qt download on: http://openbbnews.wordpress.com/2012/03/29/qt-update-2/

There is no real need to compile by yourself

  • Broken full project vi (lvlibp) library

I have a library of labview with no error reported.  I compile this library in a lvlibp and 2 screws broke arrows without listed errors.  I can open the packaged project library and recompile the code and the arrow goes, but since I can not record in the lvlibp and then the next time I got close and open labview I do recompile the same.  I tried recompiling and then rebuild without success.  The broken screw is the LVOOP where the classes parents and ancestors are the two lvlibps as well if that helps any.  Any ideas?

I joined the project, code, and the project in question.  It's the I - 7063.lvclass: digital read.vi and I - 7063.lvclass: Digital write.vi that are broken.

    Greetings anony-mouse

I apologize for not not getting back to you earlier. I tried to find the root of the problem, but he continued to elude me. However, one thing I have noticed is that whenever I take care of your project, it gives me warnings related to the paths of the dependency. I ignored their in a first time, but when I tried their fixation I realize that some elements are waiting for libraries in a path and other items the library even expect another way. It is possible that the packed library compiled project is getting confused and this may be related to the problem. After all, the description of the class LV default VI means:

"Returns the data of the class for the class whose path wire you the path of entry." If the class is not in memory, LabVIEW tries to load it from disk... »

The important part to notice is the second sentence.  The first thing that this VI will do is look at the class name of LabVIEW which is in the path.  If this class is already in memory, then it will load that into memory.  It is two a speed advantage that we cannot read from the disk, but it is also an advantage of the language.  Prevents us from loading two classes with the same name in the same application. This behavior could explain why your project packed library is a failure.

Try to clean your project references and the compilation of the project library packed again and tell us if that solves the problem. Good day.

  • I can't compile with waterfalls

Hello I am new, I have recently started the development of blackberry, but there is a problem in the computer I'm developing now, I can't compile projects in waterfalls, while in the other I have Yes this bug see when I want to compile (Clarify: this Simulator-Debug, also already made the target with the Simulator to run so I recognize)

    Thank you

Restart the Simulator and the IDE, then remove sim and run window-> Preferences-> BlackBerry-> deployment configuration wizard, like you did the first time the Simulator has been implemented. What you have here is a desynchronization between the IDE and the Simulator or an application that is tightly closed.

Thank you.  What I discovered yesterday, it was that after the project SVN on my local machine to test the command line build process, somehow some of the FPJs was missing!  Because the folders containing the missing FPJs were empty, I guess GUI HR could ignore and compile correctly.  It turns out that I have somehow missed tried all FPJs in source control.  Once I got all the archived FPJs, when I refresh svn at the local level, the construction of the command line worked well.

  • Strange error with RHCL RH10 and RH11 command-line compilation

    Hello once again, RoboHelp gurus!

I feel a strange error using the compilation process command-line rchl in RoboHelp 10 and 11 of RoboHelp.

Here is the command I use:

    CD "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 10\RoboHTML.

    RhCl "C:\folder\project.xpj"-l "SSL_Name" o "c:\outputfolder" g "C:\log\folder\logfile.txt".

When I generate the log of the cmd file, I see an error "LILo: BIBCientInit could not initialize" twice in the window of cmd prompt while compiling is the treatment.  The cmd prompt window looks like this:

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 10\RoboHTML > RhCl "C:\projectfolder\project.xpj"-l "SSL_Name" o "c:\outputfolder" g "C:\logfolder\logfile.txt" [press ENTER]

    LILo: Could not initialize BIBCientInit

    LILo: Could not initialize BIBCientInit

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 10\RoboHTML >

The created FichierJournal.txt has no mention of ""LILo: BIBCientInit could not initialize "it contains."  Compiling builds without problem, as far as I can tell.

The same thing happens when I do not create the log during the cmd file and it errors record right "compensation output folder.  But, it seems to me that the output folder does not actually get disabled.

This allows the viewing of the compilation process line by line in the cmd prompt window.  When the compiler indicates "output Compensation folder...". ', the ' LILo: BIBCientInit failed to initialize "error message appears twice, and then the process continues.

    Here's the command:

    CD "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 10\RoboHTML.

    RhCl 'C:\folder\project.xpj'-l 'SSL_Name' o 'c:\outputfolder '.

The cmd prompt window looks like this:

It's okay if it's a HTMLHelp or WebHelp output.  Any thoughts on what is this error and what is the cause?

I've been away from RoboHelp for about 9 months, but I'll be back on the same projects and the same version of RoboHelp 10 and the same compilation process.  The difference is that I have a new laptop.

Thank you very much in advance for your time!

  • Best practices for creating a new project from an existing WebHelp

I am currently working to WebHelp Pro (version RH is 9.0.2.271).

I have a WebHelp project that currently supports the 2012 version of one of our projects. What I had to do was to create a separate project for 2013, using files of 2012 as a starting point. I couldn't find a way in HR to create a new project by importing an existing project of WebHelp, so I copied the files of 2012 in a new directory, open the project and renamed it.

What drives this issue is that, as a result of this exercise, all seemed well, for once. However, I recently had to create new topics in the 2012 version. However, when I imported these subjects to the 2013 and compiled project, they disappeared - even if the htm files still appear in the appropriate folder of the file 2013 (when we look at with Windows Explorer).

After reading a few posts on the forum, I thought I might have corrupted my database by creating the incorrectly the new project-, but if what I've done, it's the wrong way to go about this, I don't know what is the right way. I will be grateful for any suggestion.

The easy way to do this is to create a copy using Windows Explorer.

Open the project and click file > rename.

Then you have your project is ready in 2013.

  • Impossible to compile webhelp (RH8)

I recently upgraded to RoboHelp 8 and have problems compiling a webhelp project. When you generate a webhelp output, RH8 crashes always 'updating of the files' (RoboHelp 8 has encountered a problem and needs to close). It seems to happen at the same place every time. I created a test project and the webhelp output worked well. I also tried a different output in the problem project (i.e. WebHelp Pro) and the fine compiled project.

I was able to compile the project problem 5 times out of 10 until yesterday. Now, the project is constantly crashing while compiling. I tried deleting and reinstalling RoboHelp, delete and recreate my WebHelp SSL, nothing helps. Any suggestions?

When you say you deleted the SSL, do you mean the file or the page layout in the project manager? Try as the first step.

I guess that will fail, but it is worth. Then make a copy of the zip of the project put it somewhere safe, you can not accidentally open and that the backup as well of the wreck.

Unless the natural log of output gives you a clue as to the rogue section, remove half of the subjects and ignore the reports of broken links. Compile it again, if it fails to stil, delete another pile until you can compile. Obviously, the rogue is in the latest batch deleted.

You can still extract the backup copies, but do not remove it!

  • Compiler error of the library for QuickTest Pro automation Plugin files

I'm trying the Flex Automation Package in the Flex 3 beta (because you do not have to have a license of data services to try it)

I installed flex 3 beta and the package automation that accompanies it, but when I try to compile the library files, I get "an internal error has occurred. Please consult the error log"and"Unable to load SWC automation.swc.
The log file has. MESSAGE Uncaught in the compiler exception"as well as all sorts of other info.
I am trying to use the project > properties > Flex compiler method.

A strange thing is that I can not reference the swc libraries locally. Flex Builder is installed here: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Flex Builder 3 and the SWCs are here: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Flex Builder 3\sdks\moxie\frameworks\libs, so I tried it - include-libraries "sdks\moxie\frameworks\libs\automation.swc" "sdks\moxie\frameworks\libs\automation_agent.swc" "sdks\moxie\frameworks\libs\qtp.swc" and I always get the error "can't open ' sdks\moxie\frameworks\libs\... '. ' CFC ' "if I put the whole path, the error continues, but I see (listed at the beginning of my post) internal error messages.

for what it's worth: I tested with http://examples.adobe.com/flex2/inproduct/lcds/flexstore/flexstore.html, QTP and QTP is grateful for the elements in the flex... So I'm sure that the side test is set up right, I can not just to compile libraries in my own projects to test.

If anyone has had this problem?... or someone can see where I am screwing things up?

Well... in case that everyone scrolls on this problem, I finally understand how to make it work.

I was adding only libraries in the section 'Compiler' project > properties. I found that libraries should also be added in the "Library Path" (go to project > properties > Flex Build Path > library path)

I can now test my projects with QTP.

However, I do not understand why I can't relatively reference libraries in the compiler section. I always have to enter the full path to the library.

  • 1 material JOC of JDeveloper 11 g compiler error seems to be invalid. (bug?)

    Build JDEVADF_11.1.1.1.0_GENERIC_090615.0017.5407

A co-worker found that you are using the compiler of the JOC, the code example below will not compile with errors:
Error (11,14): com.guardian.AImpl of the class should be declared abstract. It defines no method (< SubA, SubB > com.guardian.AB) g of the com.guardian.A interface
    Error (13.39): G (com.guardian.AB < com.guardian.AImpl, SubB >) method does not implement the g (com.guardian.AB < SubA, SubB >) method in the com.guardian.A < com.guardian.AImpl > interface, but has same erasure

None of the IDEs tested visually presents the code is wrong.
javac will compile the code and JBuilder2006 make from Borland (CJB) compiles the code.
Can it be presented in the form of a bug?

    Thank you
    Joe E.

    -example of code-
    a interface < SubA extends a < SubA > > {}
    < SubB extends B < SubA > > g SubB (ab AB < SubA, SubB >);
    }

    interface B < SubA extends a < SubA > > End Sub

    AB interface < SubA extends a < SubA >, SubB extends B < SubA > > End Sub

    / public class AImpl implements a < AImpl >
    {
    public < SubB extends < AImpl > B > g SubB (ab AB < AImpl, SubB >) {return null ;}

    }

Yes, this seems to be a bug in the JOC is based on the fact that Javac it compiles. (JBuilder use Javac under the hood). I will file a bug for this.
This type of code is very unusual (and frankly not easy to understand), so I doubt that many people run into this bug. I recommend to try to simplify your class hierarchy and don't use parameters of type defined in terms themselves, to work around the bug. Alternatively, you can start to use Javac as the compiler of the project, that you can set in the properties of the compiler project page.
