compile projects in Jdeveloper

I have an ADF web application that has 2 projects. After the compilation of each project, Jdeveloepr creates files?
If I compile these projects in the second time, jdeveloper, create new files and cover the 'old'?

After the compilation of each project, Jdeveloepr creates files?

Yes, that's the point of compiling all - create .class files in your .java files

If I compile these projects in the second time, jdeveloper, create new files and cover the 'old'?

If a .java file has changed since the first compilation, then Yes; Moreover, '' maybe. '' If you do a 'make', JDeveloper must detect the .java file is no need to recompile and skip - 'rebuild' should recompile everything whether or not she needs.

  • How is - a removes all components of a project in Jdeveloper?

    Hi all

    I am new to using JDeveloper. I would like to know how to remove a JDeveloper project until the end. Even when I delete the project using the browser of the Application and then create another, earlier JDeveloper invites a warning that such file already exists and should he be crushed. This happens with xml and transformations, a little.
    I would like to delete all the components of the project. Is there a checklist when you remove?
    Once again, since I'm new to the forum, I hope I posted this in the right place and apologies if this sounds too basic.

    See you soon,.
    Saida.

    When you delete a JDeveloper project, you are really only to remove the reference to the definition file for the project (*.jpr) from the application definition file (*.jws). This means that even if you want to start over, maybe you want to keep certain files in the original project. If you really want to clean up everything, and then after you remove the project in JDeveloper, use normal file of your system (for example Windows Explorer) management tools to remove the project directory and everything what it. Use your version control for this do if the project or whatever it is that he is under version control.

    I doubt that it is as simple as simply rename the file of TJS high, because of the underlying elements that derive their names from the project parent.

  • 11.1.1.7 to 12.1.3 Migration - Compilation project ADF error

    Hello

    I have a BPM Application that has been developed in 11.1.1.7 and tested.

    It has a BPM project and a project of the ADF with TaskForms created from human tasks.

    I downloaded JDeveloper BPM 12.1.3 and open the same application.

    The Migration of 11.1.1.7 to 12.1.3 succeeds according to JDeveloper.

    The BPM project gets compiled successfully.

    But the ADF project with task form gives the following compile error. Tried to build after having cleaned the request also.

    I have not found any information on the details of error also. (even after the verbose activation in JDeveloper)

    So I tried to open some other BPM applications working in 11.1.1.7 and migrated to 12.1.3.

    Each of them gave the same error.

    Some of my BPM applications have ADF projects that do not contain the TaskForms created from human tasks and they get compiled successfully.

    I tried to create a new Application of BPM with a TaskForm new since a human task, and it gets compiled successfully.

  • How to access a project using JDeveloper Extension libraries

    Hello

    I am working on a class for JDeveloper Extension loader. My scenario is:

    1. I created a new java using JDeveloper Extension file.
    2 based on setup of libraries in the project properties, COMPILE this new java file and load the current ContextClassLoader.
    3. use the class responsible for doing something else (generate a new artifact).

    Step 3 is unlikely to change, so what I have to do is to compile the new java file and load it into the ClassLoader. However, I can not get the list of libraries in the context of the project dependencies. When I look in the JDeveloper extension API, I found this example:

    Import oracle.jdeveloper.model.JProjectLibraries;
    Import oracle.jdeveloper.library.JDK;
    Import oracle.jdeveloper.library.JLibrary;

    Connect the adapter.
    JProjectLibraries projLibs = JProjectLibraries.getInstance (project);

    Download the project JDK.
    JDK jdk = projLibs.getJDK ();

    Get an array of libraries referenced by this project.
    Library [libs = projLibs.getLibraries ();

    However, I can not find oracle.jdeveloper.model.JProjectLibraries under JDevelop 11.1.2.0.0 (11 GR 2). The document is 11 GR 1 material. I don't know if this one is obsolete, or is it anyway to get the list of library to a project.

    I tried the following:

    JdevClassLocatorFactory jdevClassLocator = new JdevClassLocatorFactory();
    ProjectClassLocator projClassLocator = (ProjectClassLocator) jdevClassLocator.getProjectLocator (app, currentProject);
    projClassLocator.getLibrariesFor (currentProject);

    However, getLibrariesFor (Project) is a protected method, non-public method. Is there anyway that I can compile and load the java file newly created programmatically?

    Best regards

    Harry

    Harry,

    For the execution of a project class path, use oracle.jdeveloper.model.PathsConfiguration.getInstance (project) .getRunClassPath () which includes required to carry pots and .class files.

    Looks like it's looking for a .zip file compile?  Every time I change the request that I need to create a zip, compile it, and install it then?

    You will need to firstly zip all the files that make up the application (inside the app dir so don't zip app dir itself), and then call the bbwp command. I was a little confused at first as well!

    My stream (for Mac OS X) is:

    inside the app dir:

    zip - r sc.zip

    ~/bbwp/bbwp the sc.zip/o Update

    which translates a file 'sc.bar' insizing appdir/compiled

    I hope this helps!

  • Convert JDeveloper 11 g (11.1.2.3.0) project in JDeveloper 11 g (11.1.1.6.0)

    I built an application using JDeveloper 11 g (11.1.2.3.0) and would like to convert the project to work with JDeveloper 11 g (11.1.1.6.0). Is there an easy way to do this?

    The proposed model is normally not the problem. View controller is a problem if you used jsf2.0 (jsf files) instead of jsf1.2 (jspx files). In this case, you have to redesign the user interface as the jsf2.0 does not work in 11.1.1.x.
    According to the number of pages, this task takes a long time, but can be made.

    You will need to download the extensions of the integration of maven. Set the correct proxy tools-> Preferences-> Web Browser & Proxy and then visit help-> updates. You will find two extensions maven to download.

  • Strobe Media Player broke after assets.swc of compilation and compilation project in Flash Builder

    I use CS5.5 - Flash Builder 4.5 and Flash Professional 11.5.1.349.  If I import a new Strobe Media Player 1.6.328 project into Flash Builder and compile, it works as expected and the StrobeMediaPlayback.html page load in my browser and behaves normally.

    Then I load assets.fla into Flash Professional and don't edit and publish a new assets.swc.  Then I go back to Flash Builder and refresh the StrobeMediaPlayback project and recompile.  This time when StrobeMediaPlayback.html loads in the browser, the SWF Strobe is instantiated on the page but is not executed, i.e. no play button and no bar scrub down, just a black box.  The black box right button brings up the Flash menu so the SWF load has it but stopped somewhere running.

    I try to get the debugger working in Flash Builder, but so far without success.

    I hope that someone has seen this before and has some ideas.

    Kind regards

    Tim

    The problem was simply to fonts.  Fonts in StrobeMediaPlayback/assets/fonts must be installed in the operating system.  In my case Windows so just right button on the font file and select install.

  • How to share common classes across multiple projects in Jdeveloper?

    Hi Experts,

    I have a basic question.
    I use Jdeveloper 11 g and have divided my app in 2 projects (Model (ejb's) and Viewcontroller (jsf + beans controlled etc.)).
    The pilot project has a (named VisitingScholarBean) stateless session bean that uses a java bean class (named VisitingScholarDetails) defined in the ViewController project.
    The method used in the stateless session bean is public Sub saveVSDetails (VisitingScholarDetails vsDetails).
    Now the question is that the class is VisitingScholarDetails part of the ViewController project only but is used in the template project.
    Then, when I try to run the application, it gives an error saying that

    I can't reproduce the same class of VisitingScholarDetails in two projects that will lead to duplication.
    Please let me know how to include the VisitingScholarDetails class in the ejb - jar without replication there in projects and model view controller.

    Welcome to in OTN.

    to do two projects can access its classes you should goto the project---> dependencies property and then add the other project.

    in your case:

    try to goto you model project---> dependencies property---> change the dependencies.

    you will find your ViewController project. Expand it check thin in the release build.

    You can do this for the project also ViewContoller as:

    GoTo you project ViewContoller---> dependencies property---> change the dependencies.

    you will find your model project. Expand it check thin in the release build.

  • Project components appear in another project in JDeveloper

    Hello friends,
    I am trying to create a new OFA project under a new workspace. In the browser of the Application, there is already another project in a different workspace.
    In the new project when I create a component (say a VO) giving a package name quite different (compared to the other project in the other workspace) it is created in the former thus and old components of projects with the package is created in my new project as well.
    Can you if it doesn't matter who you please let me know why this phenomenon happens and how I have to prevent this.

    Concerning
    Hawker.

    Steps to follow:

    1. go in the project properties.
    2 > project content
    3 > resources

    4. There will be a region of included/excluded tab at the bottom half.
    5. go in the excluded tab and delete individual files, or parcel or package basis.
