Compilation of projects - VS2013

If anyone has some useful resources to find how to compile projects; the Momentics IDE is installed, but I can't, compilation of changes to a program rolling. I was hoping that it is actually possible to use visual studio 2013 to develop and compile, then use Momentics to launch the application.

I am compiling the application with a bunch of build errors. I can't be sure if builds are fill or failing while the program was the launch on the connected device. What I am sure of is that something is not with my company to convert a program on an object oriented paradigm, so I can add a few physics to the die roll I need help.

This should help:

See build errors in Momentics check the error tab or the console global builds.

    When I tried Monday to reopen one of my projects FLA (publish Succesfully on iTunes 2 weeks ago) to add content for a future update, I was unable to generate/compile my project on the laptop I have the code and build it originally. I have the code in FlashDevelop, put all my assets in Flash CS6 and build from the Flash IDE. I put the emphasis on "laptop I have the code originally" because if I take my project on my home office or a colleague's office, no problem, everything is perfectly compilation. A new FLA project created will work smoothly.

But I'm not sure that Java is at fault because another project run on my computer and my project has been tested on a computer running Java 7 and 6. Also, in my attempt to make this work I uninstall all java on my computer, and note that the new project working, always worked without java. If java is necessary so that the compiler? I also try to add memory to the jvm. ini file since I have a problem with that under CS5.5. No change. Reinstallation of Flash CS6 also has not changed anything.

  • I can compile the project created in CVI2012 in CVI7?

    Hello

    I have the CVI2012 installed in a computer and I create a simple project to write a digital channel based on the example with DAQmx9.7. In another computer, it is installed CVI7 only, I think that the project includes the sources and headers (text files), I wonder if this project can be compiled in version as CVI7 or not? In the computer where CVI7 installed, I have install all runtimes of CVI2012 and DAQmx 9.7 drivers, but when I open the project in CVI7, it said missing DAQmx.h. So, how can I get these headers and get the project compiled in CVI7? Thank you.

    During the installation of DAQmx it should detect the presence of CVI7 and ask you to install support files.

    Have you checked the library menu? If DAQmx is dimmed, you need to select Customize and check the corresponding box in the new window: if it is checked, it means that the DAQmx support is not installed and you must re-run Setup.

    EDIT *.

    I now see in readme DAQmx 9.7 CVI7 in the file is not supported: you need to download a previous version of the driver that supports CVI7.

    NOR-DAQmx 8.8 seems to be the last usable version.

    If you need keep the active project for two CVI machines you will be limited to this version: This means that even when developing in the most recent one you must be sure not to use newer features of DAQmx.

  • LabVIEW project: Mass compile automatically

    Is it possible to use massive compilation that it is used in a project, LabVIEW, in other words, right click on the top of the tree (the project) and using massive compilation by program?

    I have reviewed the articles on the massive compilation of the directory, or mass compiles all VI within the project (requires a certain amount of overhead).

    It doesn't seem to be an invoke node that when you have a reference to the project, will allow you mass compile the project.  No article on point as far as I can tell.

    A follow-up question would be, is it better to mass compile the directory of a project, or each of the files in a project?

    Operation 'Save all' on the project will be enough for what you need? If so, it is a hidden gem for this:

    VI.lib\Utility\EditLVProj\Save all Project.vi this

    "Save all" and compile mass have some subtle differences, but if a "save all" will do for you that VI should be all you need.

  • Any suggestion for the option of compiling the Flex Mobile of the project in Flash builder (Blackberry platform)

    I use Flex mobile project type to create a stand-alone for targeting blackberry and android application both versions.

    Depending on the configuration of my test application works ok in blackberry tablet Simulator. As I am new to blackberry AIR application development if anyone can help me for the compilation of project I currently put for my application is good or not?

    When I checked the project-> properties-> Flex compiler, I found "Flex Hero" as compilation same SDK, so I'm trying to pass the value of the configuration option available, that it won't allow me to set the 'Blackberry Tablet OS SDK 0.9.1 for Adobe AIR"- any suggestions?

    The question above, see attached screenshot.

    Hey Dounibiligda,

    He was right to what you saw originally in your settings. the default SDK should be the flex SDK Hero. If you want to add libraries specific blackberry, you must manually import the qnx - screen.swc which will give you most of the libraries QNX which are skinned to resemble the appearance of the standard playbook.

    so to summarize, keep the default Flex Hero sdk and manually import the qnx - screen.swc to your project. Good luck!

  • compile projects in Jdeveloper

    I have an ADF web application that has 2 projects. After the compilation of each project, Jdeveloepr creates files?
    If I compile these projects in the second time, jdeveloper, create new files and cover the 'old'?

    After the compilation of each project, Jdeveloepr creates files?

    Yes, that's the point of compiling all - create .class files in your .java files

    If I compile these projects in the second time, jdeveloper, create new files and cover the 'old'?

    If a .java file has changed since the first compilation, then Yes; Moreover, '' maybe. '' If you do a 'make', JDeveloper must detect the .java file is no need to recompile and skip - 'rebuild' should recompile everything whether or not she needs.

  • CVI8.5 crashes with failure 'insufficient memory' after compilation

    Hello

    I used the 8.5 CVI to compile my project in debug mode.

    Before the last my latest changes short I could run the project without any problems.

    Now after beeing ready with the compilation nothing happens for awhile, then ICB crashes and an 'insufficient memory' message appears, sometimes a "a reminder of custom control triggered an exception" message.

    I noticed that in the moment just before the output of cams message memory the size of memory used virual windows goes suddenly to 2.86 GB.

    The pc has 2 GB of physical memory and 6 GB of virtual memory, at the same time is available free memory.

    If I change the debug to zero level, the software is functioning normally, so I think that there is no failure in the code.

    What is the problem?

    Hello JR,.

    Thanks for your message, you're totally right!

    After that I added a few features the problem had disappeared.

    The failure seems to be fixed in CVI 9.0, because the project has worked without adding features.

    I tried with different keyword in the forum, but I have not found this answer.

    Maybe it was the problem in finding that the theme of the threat has nothing to do with my problem.

    Thank you

    Hi Trevor,

    Thank you for the presentation of your test program. I was able to reproduce the 'out of memory' you were see and so I investigated this problem first. I'll try to tackle the problem of the acquisition of data/timer tomorrow.

    I confirm that this is a bug in CVI which was previously unknown - and which has been around for a long time, without being detected. The conditions that cause this bug manifest itself are extremely rare, but you were still 'chance' to replicate. Fortunately, there's a pretty easy fix that you can do which should make these conditions disappear.

    The problem occurs when, at some point during the connection phase, an internal memory allocation is requested for a list of the imported symbols, if the list size is between symbols 8187 and 8189. In the case of your project, it happened to be 8188. This list includes all the symbols that your project defines and also imports from all libraries (including the CVI libraries) associated with the project. It turns out when you added the new source file, the total came to be 8188. It depended entirely on what is in your project, of course, but also on the specific version of the CVI, you use.

    A workaround is to add some free in your source file functions, such as the total number of symbols will change. For example, I added the following code to myAsyncTimer.c, which was enough to no longer trigger the bug:

    void foo (Sub)
    {
    }
    foo1 Sub (Sub)
    {
    }
    foo2 Sub (Sub)
    {
    }
    void foo3 (void)
    {
    }
    void foo4 (void)
    {
    }
    void foo5 (void)
    {
    }

    I'm still sorry for the double trouble. I will then consider the other problem, and I'll let know you when I have more information.

  • NEITHER supplied include files copied to project files?

    I pulled out a project compiled and disseminated under a particular version of the CVI [8.1.x].

    Then some time later, another person retrieved the project for maintenance and has tried to compile it, they could not find the NOR include files.

    They come back to me!

    The reason why they could not compile the project was that they used the CVI 9.x.

    The project was looking for the include files in \Program Files\CVI81. Complaints went to the Manager.

    So, the question is a practical common.

    If the list of project files, point on the NOR prescribed [installed] folder locations.

    or if the necessary include files be copied manually in 'local' project folders before the release?

    Thank you

    Scott Youngren

    Northrop/Grumman electronic systems

    The short answer is no: OR the include files must remain in their repertoire; the IDE should solve all the paths by itself.

    To learn more:

    • #include directives must only list the names of files, not the path names
    • All basic guidelines OR files include must go in the support of style (for example #include )
    • Instruments include files should go in the style of the quotes (e.g., "inifile.h" #include)
    • Your include files may go to the source folder or other folders of your choice (see following)
    • Change project options to set 'Include path' (i.e. folders where the include files are searched): applied to all the draft instruments loaded like a library specific to the current project for application-specific include paths

    I always got my projects in accordance with these rules and never had a problem in the upgrade version of the IDE while developing. You will see that most of them is automatically defined by CVI (e.g. when the system asks you to include some files needed for some statement: it uses the correct style).

    Hi, I am using project examples of what there is in the ndk website, I import the project, I compile the project but in the playbook Simulator, I notice the soft does not work. The error is error 8. I use the NDK with a mac.

    You compile for Simulator and executed on the device? Or vice versa? Error 8 would be printined if binary is a platform or may be some other complecated on device case (in which case uninstall app and restart the device would be useful)

  • Beta 4 - Momentics IDE seized semiautomatic does not work for Qt classes in the newly created projects?

    After you have uninstalled the Beta 3 Momentics IDE und install the new beta 4, I noticed that the autocompletion of the IDE not working anymore for Qt classes when I create a new project from a template (empty or non-empty). It seems that the IDE cannot find the Qt header files:

    But I can compile the project without problems.

    When I import my old projects created with the Beta 3 of the autocompletion also works for Qt classes. When I compared to them, I noticed that the Makefiles have changed completely.

    Of course I could stay with my old project structure, but the Release Notes for the Beta 4 mention something about the changes in the Qt libraries, pre-compiled headers and so on who might require changes in Beta 3 projects. To avoid problems, I thought I could just create new projects in Beta 4 and re-import my source files for my Beta 3 projects. But I want to keep the autocompletition for Qt classes.

    I guess it's just a problem in files created automatically from the project. Is there a way to remedy?

    Thanks for your replies. The trick to rebuild the index was useful, but does not solve the problem in itself.

    But comparing all files in some of my old projects of Cascades generated in Beta 3 and newly generated in Beta 4, I found that in the Beta 4 project files .cproject, missing several tags that setting the include path for Qt for the IDE headers. Note, I'm not referring to the railways include the settings of the compiler here. Just autocompletion and also the analysis of the code in the IDE has not worked.

    In any case, to solve this problem, I found the following solution:

    There are four instances of these tags in the file .cproject of a Cascades (beta 4) project:

    Where NNNNN is a number randomly. When I change all these 4 cases to:

    .. .then they review as they did in the Beta 3 and then refresh the project or restart the IDE autocompletion all started working again for new projects of Beta 4. When I then invoke Index-> reconstruction such as recommended in the other thread also the analysis of the C++ code for the work of syntax errors and semantics again (if you have enabled in the IDE).

    I suppose that these lines could also be included in the model files somewhere in the NDK of BB installation folder, but I didn't fix files it.

    I have submitted a new question here:

  • qmake configuration so that x 86 compilation is used

    Hello everyone.  I had trouble with the IDE from QNX reports 'out of memory', which is a mistake that I know well since I use Ecplise frequently.

    I would use Makefiles to compiling a project BB10 NDK.  I used qmake to generate the makefiles and successfully compiled them.  I am a new Blackberry developer and I need to test my code using the Simulator because I do not have a peripheral BB10 alpha and BB10 is not yet available for PlayBook.

    How can I tell qmake to generate the Makefile appropriate to the Simulator?

    In Qt Creator, by the way - blackberry - x 86 - QCC to qmake spec changes the compiler settings used, so that you get x 86 build.
