Compression of Facebook - how to get the best quality?

Hi all

I am a new user of Adobe first Pro CC was used for almost a month now and have produced videos and download them to youtube and facebook. I am aware that youtube and facebook compress the videos we download thus bringing to reduce its quality. I noticed that facebook compresses videos I upload more than youtube as the qualities that I download there are poor quality when already streamed on facebook. I wonder how I'll be ale to avoid having videos of bad quality on facebook, even after that it compresses the video. I used to use the formats below when I export my videos from Adobe first Pro CC using Media Encoder:

Video

-H.264

-Width: 1920

-Height: 1080

-Frame rate: 24

-Command field: Progeressive

-Appearance: Square Pixels (1.0)

-TV standard: NTSC

-Profile: high

-Level: 4.2

-Bitrate: VBR, 2 pass

-Target Bitrate: 16 Mbps

-Maximum Bitrate: 62.5mbps

Audio

-Audio format: AAC

-Audio Codec: AAC

-Sample Rate: 4800Hz

Channels: stereo

-Audio quality: high

-Flow rate: 320 kbps

I use restore maximum quality in all my vids and I always get bad quality video and audio SPECIFICALLY. Audio is a lot more important to me that I post on youtube and facebook of cover song and this problem bothers me whenever I post my videos. The audio I use is also, in a uncompressed. Exported from Adobe Audition CC WAV format. I hope someone can help me with this. I know that there is a solution to this I see Facebook videos that are really good in terms of quality audio and video.

Thank you!

  • How can I get the best quality when creating a DVD

    Hey everybody

I really hope you can help because I'm more frustrated. That is the problem.

Each month, we create a DVD with all the latest trailers on them playing in video stores.

Here are the steps that we take

    1. download the trailer for quicktime 720 p on the web

    2. We then change the first Pro CC
    3. we add a graphic overlay (its a 1280 X 720, 72 dpi TIFF) I use the CC Photoshop preset for it
4 export the project to the h.264 (.mp4) format (flow target 7.5, 7.5 maximum Bitrate, quality use Mailhot invalidate) it comes out beautiful in HD 720 p.

    Then we open again CS6

    1. start a new chronology

    2 import our .mp4 file
    3. define our transcoding. Now, here's the problem, I tried each preset. With custtominzing, our most recent has been...

    Screen Shot 2013-08-08 at 1.27.32 PM.png
Then go us to the author of it. But when its done, it is so blurry you can't read text on the screen. Now, I know that DVD IS NOT HD, I get it, but it must always be readable? That's the best I can get? Here are a few screenshots (sorry I had to take with my camera to the DVD and you can see how blurry.)

Any help would be appreciated as our client is really getting annoyed with the quality. Society before us used Premier Pro and still but it came out in a most pleasant way. Im just lost here.

Export first as MPEG2-DVD. Or something without loss to export even if you have only a compression.

  • How to get the best image quality when you insert PDF into Word?

I am able to insert a PDF file as an object in Word, but the image quality is a bit fuzzy.  Is this what I can adjust in order to improve the clarity of the image in Word?

You can try to extract the images with the help of extract all Images or select only the parameters of the screen recording you get when you save in a DOC, but I think that the general result is that the image recorded with the same resolution as shown in the PDF document. It may be that you simply adjust your screen in WORD. You can look at the picture in WORD and see if it is used at 100% or some other resolution. Bitmaps are not very forgiving if the resolution is changed to the document and not as something other than the small number of fractions of resolution appears change.

    Hello

I'm trying to figure out what format and size I should convert my video 1080 x 720 to for import in DW. Owen

1080 x 720... It is a strange aspect ratio... Well.

For the best coded compression, use H.264 to create an mp4 file at a rate not to exceed the speed of download Internet connection the majority of your audience. If you are not familiar with the download speed, test your here:

    www.Speedtest.NET

    To examine the bitrate:

    Video bitrate

One of the principle of goal setting is to "begin with the end in mind". In this case, it will be very difficult to give good recommendations because the end is not defined. So I'll just make a few assumptions and you can correct me if necessary.
First, I'll assume that you convert Flash, whether you want to broadcast this video on the Internet. If that's true, then going to make some assumptions about your potential viewers Internet connection download speeds. Let's just say that most have at least a 1.5 MB connection or faster.
OK, that would mean that a video bitrate of half that generally provide a video download that is not interupped by the buffering (most of the time anyway). So assuming a video bitrate of 750 kbps, what would be the optimal display size?
Before decide us, here's a little info on the bitrate. To read more high quality, the bitrate of the video is directly related to the size of the screen. In other words, more display, incoming data more are needed to correctly display the video. Think of bitrate in terms of a can of paint. If you have 1 quart of paint, you might be able to do a very nice job on an area of 32 X 24 feet. But if you try to stretch the same amount of paint on a surface area of 64 X 48 feet, the coverage is not as good and you get mediocre results.
Similarly, a video display to 640 X 480 pixels will require 4 times the baud rate as a video displayed at 320 X 240 pixels to produce the same quality. Thus, for example, a video with a speed of 100 kbps, 160 X 120 displayed will produce the same quality results as a video with a bitrate of 1600 kb/s is displayed in 640 X 480.
So, to sum it all, 750 Kbps, even up to 1000 kbps video rates can usually get delivered high-speed Internet on most connections. Higher rates may work for connections very fast but will cause problems for viewers with slower connections. Video display size has a direct impact on the final quality. In the range of 750 to 1000 Kbps, display size should be maintained around 450 or 500 width max (and whatever the height proportions claims). Yes it can be displayed larger, but the quality will suffer.
Sounds like the audio settings are fine, especially for delivery on the Internet.
Regarding the framerate, maintain the framerate video original raw for best results. Therefore, if the clip was shot at 24 frames per second, let him.
In regards to video converters, you have the Flash 8 Video Converter? It works very well for the video to be delivered over the Internet. Don't forget, you're taking a Cadillac of video (h.264 HD) version and cram into a Chevy body so he can work on the Internet.

  • Get the best quality HD DVD

Anyoneone has experience with the help of PP to render the best HD DVD.  I use a Panasonic a TM700k which outputs AVCHD @ 1080 p 60 FPS.  The final destination is HD DVD, but someone can suggest presets and makes it suitable for work?  I guess then I need to use it again to write to the DVD, if so, what are makes it better in yet for this once I first go to PP?

    What is HD DVD?

I am familiar with DVD, SD and I am familiar with BRD, which is HD.

Your export of the TM700 will be limited because it uses a format that is not supported, not even Panasonics latest BRD players support this format. Your only choices must convert/encode to acceptable BRD or DVD formats such as 1080i for BRD or 480 for DVD (NTSC).

  • How to get the best connectivity WLan on Satellite U200

I wonder if everyone is disappointed by the scope of the U200 wireless.

I always find that my laptop shows 2 bars for their my BT hub (on the floor) when my eeepc located beside the laptop displays 5.

I also found in other places that my partners laptop detects wireless networks much more that I do.

I would prefer to explore the possibility of increasing my wireless connection before moving my BT hub to give me a better reception. being able to find the hub with my laptop wherever I am at home (like my partners)

    Anyone got any ideas please?

OK, a few points of view but no ideas... I've now experimented with an external wireless adapter

I have a toshiba satellite pro u200 with built in WiFi. I have also 2 adsl providers in the House (one is cancelled as soon as I am happy with the new - but I'll take the opportunity to experiment at the mo to try to resolve some problems)

I have a wireless router in my office (the service of Virgin Media 2 MB - VM), the other is upstairs (BTHomehub 8 mb - BT)

Using the built-in tosh Wireless adapt if I'm sitting 2 laptops side by side on my desk both pick up VM 100%. (tosh and eeepc)-c' is the case that the router slot in the Office!

If I'm sitting the same 2 latops on my desk and get them to connect to BT, the onlys tosh gives 2 bars, the eeepc 100%. (by bars, I mean view available networks - see 5 bars to show the strength of connection)

If I then plug an external 108Mbps Netgear WG111T Wireless USB 2.0 for the tosh connection adapter improves to 4 bars.

can I do the built in WiFi on the tosh to improve things or am I better to use an external adapter. If I use the outside how tosh knows which adapter to use? as I have the switch wireless to the position we don't if this activate the integrated?

Allow the pc show the network show the icon when connected and can see the speed to 54Mbps - whatever that means?

shouldn't I expect to see 108 Mbit/s if that's what the external netgear is capable of?

  • How to get the best performance high video for HP Pavilion Notebook m6-1002sa

On the screen of the laptop, not a monitor outside, isn't it? Fortunately, it is not really difficult. There is only a single resolution to use: the native resolution of the laptop screen. Yours is 1366 x 768. Any other resolution looks blurry, and you cannot set a higher resolution than all. True HD 1920 x 1080 video will be challenged on your Panel and will be cut.

You must also set the brightness to max unless you use the battery. The rest will be largely take care of itself. Digital billboards as a computer screen manages the contrast and the color almost balance automatically, although there are adjustments in the control panel for the video card. You have the dedicated video of 7670M (2 GB of DDR3 memory) AMD Radeon HD, so you should have an AMD/ATI Catalyst Control Panel. Search through the list of programs.

This will give you an idea what you can do with the Catalyst Control Center:

    http://www.Tweakguides.com/ATICAT_8.html

You can change how the video card will present films, for example, a bit like the adjustment on a flat screen TV smart (normal, studio, cinema mode, etc.). What is best is a matter of preference and I can't is the experience a bit until you find what you want.

  • EliteBook 840 G2: How to get the best resolution on hp EliteBook 840 G2?

Hi, my laptop maximum resolution is 1366 x 768, which I find too low.

Can I upgrade the graphics card to get a higher resolution?

According to the Windows Device Manager, it seems that I have 2 cards different graphics that are:

    AMD Radeon R7 M260X

    Intel(r) HD Graphics 5500

    Thank you!

It is possible that the screen is only capable of 1366 x 768.  Check the screen resolution page (right click on a space empty on the desktop and choose 'Screen Resolution') to see what who said that the display is capable of.  THIS PAGE lists a selection of display of 1366 x 768 as one of the original choices.

  • How to get the best resolution on Blu - ray (1080/60i)

I'm experimenting with my new AG-AC160A camcorder and have been shooting young hockey games in AVCHD, 1080/60i, 1/120 shutter mode, white balance manual gain layout file properly resolved and fluorescent scene due to the lighting in the arena. I have PD CS5 and I'm disappointed by the relative sharpness HD lack when the release of the Blu - ray play on my HD set LED. I used the settings above, based on the recommendations that I saw in the forum somewhere. Any suggestions on what I can try differently? Thank you.

Your sequence is defined on the framerate bad (time base)

Your camera takes snapshots 60i which means the framerate is 30 (29.97) FPS.

The video preview is also strange.

You can use one of the standard avchd presets, that you will install nicely.

I would not use Dynamic Link, I find that you have control over what you do.

Use the Media Encoder and export to H.264 BluRay upper field.

That are still important, do menu and burn.

You could always split registration on band of frequencies in two files and process them separately.

What do you mean by that?

If you want to do the dynamics of transformation with different settings on different frequency ranges, you must either a processor multi-band, or you need to separate frequency bands in different files.

At the hearing, there is a multiband compressor, but not a multiband Expander.

So, to do the expansion/blocking, you can take two copies of the file playing simultaneously in multitrack mode, delete or filter high frequencies of one and the low frequencies of the other and then treat them differently.

And one more thing. What do you think, is it reasonable to use dynamic processing to amplify the low frequencies without touching the highest, to make the entire track more balanced and also stronger?

You can try to use the multiband compressor to do this work. (who is a processor multi-band, so no need to split your file in the path I was describing).

That's what modern pop producers to the slopes to maximize the volume - some people really hate the effect because it can lead to audio very harsh sounding!

By the way, did you know that in the spectral display, you can simply select frequency, and boost / cut them directly? :

  • Workflow to ensure the best quality print files

I have a number of birds in flight photos that do not whole screen. I want to crop the part of the image and print it.

I want to complete the process in Lightroom cc, however the impression that I get on the web, is that Photoshop has tools higher resampling.

What is the optimal workflow between Lightroom and Photoshop to get the best quality print file?

I had to rate an image for printing several years ago and made some tests using Photoshop, Lightroom and some third-party software, resize possibly perfect.

It turned out that Lightroom has produced the best picture, followed closely by Photoshop.

The image produced by the third-party software maybe was a bit stronger than the others, but it seemed unnatural.

You can easily test yourself - create images in the same dimensions in pixels of Lightroom and Photoshop, then compare them to view 100%. Photoshop you give several resampling options that produce slightly different results, try bicubic and bicubic smoother.
