  You are either having a video card driver problem or a ram memory stick problem.  I suggest that you check your ram and the settings in the BIOS.  Use security settings BIOS for the ram as the auto setting.  The Intels i7 have a little problem sometimes with more than one ram Strip and having the highest speed at stake.  Check this and get back with me.   It may be a show-stopper, but the Disk Defragmenter report reveals a situation that can't be helped.

  You have only 11% free space. You need a minimum of 15% to be able to run Disk Defragmenter, but ideally you need 20-25%. Go to these sales might be achievable if you have not already done some detailed below things.
