Computer crashing when World of Warcraft

The question that I have is a complete system failure. Problem may occur after a few minutes of play for hours of play. It usually causes a glitch right brief rehearsal sound when it starts. If I can the ctrl + alt + delete in a few seconds, I can normally return to the office safely, otherwise it requires a full restart of the PC. When I am able to get into the Task Manager, it will show as WoW does not not and won't react to open windows. Only method to get the system under control is to right-click on wow on the taskbar and close manually.

Items tried:
(1) removal of driver and reinstall (video)
2) reinstall of DX11
(3) removal of the WTF, Interface and Cache folders
(4) minimizing video game record
underclocking 5)
heat 6) online test with download free (coretemp) current 32 C max 35 ° C
(7) uninstall and reinstall wow
(8) power cycling completed (router, adapter, etc.)
9) updated drivers for the NETGEAR
(10) turned off the coast of security during the attempt to play
(11) ran sfc/scannow
(12) DxDiag obtained (at the bottom)
MSInfo got 13) (see info below)

I got my start and settings in the original game, they do not appear to changes and updating my drivers for wireless cards. Blizzard keeps mentioning that there is an error LiveKernelEvent that is popping up and I need to find a repair through Microsoft.  I find one of these files and also added to the low lol.

  • computer crash when trying to play all videos

the computer hangs when playing videos

    Hello SherryGodfrey,

I see that you have problems with the computer crashes when you try to play videos. I would like to help with this question, but I need some information.

Can you provide the full model and the product number of the computer? Here is a link that shows how to find this information.

  • My computer crashes when I try to run some games and crash report says that it's probably caused by rwdrv.sys.

My computer crashes when I try to run some games and crash report says that it's probably caused by rwdrv.sys. I looked and I couldn't find anything. I found it in my computer under windows/syswow64/drivers/rwdrv.sys.

What should I do? What does rwdrv.sys do?

    This is not a MS win file kernel;

  • Why my computer crash when I play Minecraft?

Why my computer crash when I play minecraft?

    Original title: the computer crashes

To allow someone to help you, you must provide additional information.

    For example:

-How and when it crash (i.e. it just do not start, or the game starts and then crashes to the desktop, etc.).

-Are there exact error messages or error codes?

-What are the specifications/brand/model of your PC (RAM/CPU/GPU, etc.)

If the game is designed for an earlier version of Windows (e.g. Windows XP) have you tried compatibility mode to see if it works OK. Or try to install the game via this mode as well.

In the meantime, does that help? (found through a search fast V forum)

But you can be better to ask here (if you have not already done so).

  • the computer crashes when video Skype calling

OK, so during a video call, the other night, my laptop Averatec running Windows XP home overheated and shut down, I restarted, since then when I go to the video conference on Skype, my computer crashes, restarts and gives me several different answers, for example a blue error screen, malware, software spies ect in conflict.

Since this place has started, I took the following steps and not to find another solution.

    • check disk
    • updated Sytem
    • Update driver
    • Update directX
    • Uninstall / reinstall Skype
    • installation of mcafee
    • Disk Cleanup
    • removal of unwanted emissions

I can't understand what other solution to use

Other that the timelysupportof the right answer, you could do things * methodically * and in the following order:

    1. Uninstall Skype.
    2. Update your web maison.* of manufacturers motherboard chipset driver
    3. Update your audio device driver, since manufacturers web maison.*
    4. Update your video device since the manufacturers driver web maison.*
    5. Update your network from the Web pages of manufacturer (s) device driver. *
    6. Reboot and install CCleaner.  Run and cleaning of loose files it finds.
    7. Download and install MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware (FREE for BOTH) and run scans of complete system with each of them (one at a time) and remove all found each of them.
    8. Open the registry and find the Skype entries and remove them.  Everything you find.  HKLM and HKCU areas in particular.
    9. Reboot again.
    10. Run a CHKDSK on all readers
    11. Perform a defrag on all readers
    12. Reboot again.
    13. Visit http://winodwsupdate.microsoft.com/ and install all the updates that are not optional (optional and hardware software optional can be ignored) and who do not update anything you don't want to update (such as Internet Explorer, etc.)
    14. Restart and repeat 13-14 until you have updated not more not optional, you need to install.  Reboot once more for good measure.
    15. Download the latest version of Skype and install it. Reboot before running it.

    * If possible, go the real manufacturer - not the whole machine - but the device.  For example, if you have an Intel chipset based motherboard, download the drivers for it to Intel.  If you have a video device nVidia, download the drivers for it from nVidia.  If you have a Broadcom network device, download the drivers for it from Broadcom.  If you have a RealTek audio device, download the drivers for it from RealTek.  And so on...

If, after doing all this in this order, it still does not - it is probably a hardware problem or a Skype number.  However, you might try ONE last thing.  SFC/scannow.  You will need your Windows XP CD-ROM.

After that - you are really left with material/Skype or something messed up so you might resign yourself to try a full installation of fresh erase (although I wouldn't do if I couldn't have my disk image and send it to where it was before I tried.)

  • my computer crashes when I plug in my memory stick webcam into a USB port

    Hi Keith,

You are able to use the computer USB ports normally when you connect to another (other than the one you mentioned) key-USB/Flash USB? Try to update the drivers for the chipset of your computer. Also provide more information on your computer on its brand, model and if it has been recently formatted.

  • My computer crashes when I look or make a video on MS movie maker

I have received some MS updates and downloaded into my computer.  Now evertime I watch or try to make a video on MS movie maker, my computer crashes!  I can go online, by email, you tube, everything except Word, news sites, use MS movie maker.  WHY?  How can I fix?

If you think that it happens after installing updates then go for a restoration of the system. Select any restore point when everything was working fine.

  • Computer crashes when I try to open a printer, scanner, or transfer of photos from a camera

Whether on the internet or not, every time I try to open a printer, scanner or transfer of photos from a camera over the past two weeks my computer crashes just in the middle of something. Any tips? To turn off the computer I have to do it manually (by switch - the height of the work)

    Hello

  • Computer crashes when reading custom sounds

After downloading any file using Download Manager or DownloadThemAll, Firefox will freeze my computer. The hard disk completely stops. The keyboard and mouse are unresponsive; not even the caps or NumLock can turn the lights on my keyboard.

I did a disk check and a memory test, which found no errors.

When to disable the download completed sounds for two of these addons, Firefox functions normally.
This is not only a problem of addon, however, because TBird has developed a similar problem at the same time. (See my report this error, please go here: https://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_messaging/topics/freezes_computer_when_playing_custom_sounds )

All other sounds play very well, on YouTube and local actors.

To better solve this problem, I really need to know how Firefox (and TBird) play sounds. This problem appeared out of the blue without updates or the other program. I recently had to install java 7 64-bit, after already running only 32-bit on my 64-bit machine. I heard that this program is very buggy and could have caused serious problems. I uninstalled java and reinstalled java 6 32 bits, but that does not solve the problem. I think of a sound driver can have gone wrong, but it makes no sense that I can player other sounds seems fine, even Java take like Minecraft.

I have yet to discover another method by which I can reproduce this accident and I have tested intensively.

    Thanks for your help.

    Obsolete pluggins were:
Java - I rolled back to version 6 I thought it might be my problem.
    Adobe Reader
    QuickTime
    Google Earth
I also have the VLC Player web, which was up to date.

I recently came across a YouTube video which could cause in the same way to the crash site, so apparently, players can have the same effect.

I'll check my audio drivers as well to see if they could also be at fault.

    • couple of days later *.

After updating the drivers, the problem disappeared. We are assuming that the problem was corrupt, drivers may be caused by 64-bit java 7, but this is just speculation.

    Thank you
