Computer hangs at startup, cannot pass through to the login page

Original title - freeze at startup

my computer hangs at startup, I can go beyond the sign in / password but stage as soon as the homepage appears all freezes ive tried Ctrl-alt-delete, but no results im using windows 8... on it... Please help :(

    • APEX 4.2.5.00.08 is installed
    • Oracle REST data services (formerly APEX Listener) is running in stand-alone mode

    It seems that something was badly damaged in the file of the application, but I can't seem to find it. I put in the database market and Restful Services, I re - compile all the objects for APEX_040200, APEX_030200, APEX_PUBLIC_USER and APEX.

    My Dell Dimension E520 hangs at startup. The system messages and normally gets to the start-up or Startup Repair option.  Choose, either takes me to a black screen. If I restarted and press F8 for boot options - Safe Mode, Safe Mode prompt command and last good all take me to a black screen.  When I put in the system restore disk (dvd) and boot on the DVD.  The loading bar files Windows fills then remains on the screen.  Then I put in the DVD of the Dell Diagnostics and boot from the DVD.  DRMK Version 8.00 loading appears and remains on the screen.  I have a proposal to solve the problem, but I would like a confirmation of my assumption.

    My friend just got an old laptop Gateway given to her.  It has Windows XP installed.  It has not been used for a few years and I tried to help him get updated.  It has service pack 2 and I tried to back up the hard disk before you install Service Pack 3.  After I downloaded the backup to a flash drive, I tried to save a copy of the report of the backup, but the computer froze.  I turned it off using the power button, but whenever I try to turn it on, it starts and loads of startup programs but then crashes again.  I am good with computers but not competent with jargon or anything more than a beginner with technical questions.  We need to take it to a computer repair shop, or is there anything I can try?

    In the last days:

    * On a normal startup, the computer hangs after a few minutes.
    I get either 'failure-security options' pop up or the computer crashes only the operation of the pointer.

    Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) drives, etc...) Except the keyboard and mouse and then start.

    If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue. Then download drivers software updated for this particular device.

    Method 3

    Start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists, if the question does not persist then perform the clean boot and check if the problem resolves.

    Commas are used to separate the values of each element.

    You should avoid passing string values that may contain any reserved characters in the URL in links. It is not to transfer data in the URL, other than the minimum possible number of discrete alphanumeric identifiers. Values required in a target page can be recovered in the element source and properties by default, calculations or using these values of process ID, or by referencing the other page element values or application already in session state.

    The values containing a colon cannot be passed through the URL. The values containing commas can be passed if the value is escaped with backslashes:

    &P10_ENAME.,\&P10_JOBS.\

    I'm following the instructions on how to synchronize:

    PROBLEM: THERE IS NOT A LINK OF SYNCHRONIZATION ON THE DEFAULT FIREFOX HOMEPAGE. THIS IS WHY I'M UNABLE TO OPEN THE SYNC SETTINGS WINDOW AND COMPLETE THE SYNCHRONIZATION PROCESS WITH MY ANDROID.

    Change your screen saver settings so it doesn't LOCK (it will not disconnect, your work is always there.  It is a security feature). the screen and return to the logon screen.

  • Computer hangs at startup. Error quota.dll

    I'm not very technically advanced with computers.  Both my desktop computer (which I use rarely) and my laptop (which I use all the time) suddenly started to freeze at startup.   I can use it in SafeMode only. I get the following error messages: 1) Local\Temp\nszBF6B.tmp\quota.dll I saw a RUN DLL eror.

    (2) my Norton 360 gives an error message, but I can't read it because it is visually blocked by mistake #1 described above.  In the corner of the box Norton 3035.2 and also something I see on "corrupted files".

    (3) I have this message too when I look in the Device Manager on the "IR Consumer devices" (whatever they are)

    This device does not work properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

    Click on 'Search for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.

    I have Windows Vista Home Premium as the operating system.  My laptop is a HP Pavilion Dv7 and I have this info, I found in Device Manager:

    Non-essential tied to the machine, disconnect all devices.

    Also, try to do a clean boot and see if the problem occurs:

    1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    User account control permission

    If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.

    2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.

    3. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.

    4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.

    5. click on OK.

    6. When you are prompted, click on restart.

    7. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.
