  You can try the following methods and check to see if it helps:

  Method 1:

  a. Click Start and select run, type cmd and click OK.

  b. type net stop cryptsvc and press ENTER.

  c. type ren %systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 oldcatroot2, and then press the Enter key.

  d. restart the computer.

  e. open new command prompt and Type net start cryptsvc, and press ENTER.

  Method 2:

  If the same problem persists then you can try to uninstall the network drivers and check.

  a. click the Start button. Select run, type devmgmt.msc and press OK.

  b. Select the network card and right click on it.

  c. now, select Properties.

  d. in the Properties window, on the driver tab, click Uninstall.

  e. After you have uninstalled the drivers, restart the computer.

  Make sure ORACLE_HOME is exactly the same between 2 environments: note that an end "/" is not necessary and that ending ' / ' could trigger ORA-01034.

  Yes.  One or both may not work properly.  If you use static IP ADDRESS a simple reboot of all devices should correct this.

  I created the client application to web service using Jdeveloper 11.1.1.7 and deployed on weblogic 10.3.6 on cluster consists of 3 servers. The task of the application is to extract the data from the DB and push application external server permanently. Everything seems fine and works applications. The problem is with some message logs on all three servers.

  It is clearly stated that another process locks the record while the current process tries to lock the record even. Yet once obvious to say that the same application is deployed on three different servers (i.e. on the cluster) and each application tries to do the same task at the same time in each of the three servers with cluster.

  Question: It is healthy to ignore this error? or I have to solve out?

  I also checked this blog (Andrejus Baranovskis Blog: optimistic and pessimistic locking in Oracle ADF BC) he explains the difference between locking type available in the application model (optimistic and pessimistic). Will I change the lock mode in the request form for the client application that is mentioned to be optimistic rather than pessimistic? This will solve the problem? Is it OK to do with the behavior of the application who explained.

  I thought about this a bit more and would not use temporary tables. Because the ADF does not guarantee that a session database is still used by the same am it will be difficult to control.

  You can use a column in the table itself to write, for example, the name server that will manage the data before doing the real work.

  Our you will find further information in the table that allows you to balance the work using this in a query.   Here's how stupid I am. I recently tried a problem with my control panel. I couldn't open half of the icons in the Control Panel folder for "Windows/rundll32.exe is not found" after some internet research, I tried various ways to solve this problem. To resolve this problem, I had to be the administrator. I bought the computer out of Craigslist and have no idea what happened to the previous administrator password. I disabled somehow the administrator user and all users. Essentially, when I start my computer, I gives me the splash screen windows XP telling me to "click on a user" in the list but there is no list of users. My only option is to close. I tried to hit CTRL/alt/del, which brings up a window where the user is the administrator and he asks me for the password that I have no idea what it is. I have looked through the commissioning in BIOS and Boot mode but do not know how I can bypass the first screen prompts the user of Windows XP. I locked myself out of my computer. Someone please Help! The computer came with Windows XP Professional already installed, so I don't have too much of the Windows CD.

  We recommend to start your computer in safe mode and check if you can connect to windows using the default administrator user account. To do this, try the following steps:
  a. start your computer and press the F8 key to display the advanced startup options.
  Hit and b. Select safe mode enter.
  c. connect on the default administrator user account.

  Note: You can also try to start your computer in "Last known good configuration" and check the result.

  See start the computer in safe mode

  If nothing works, then going to use Windows XP disc to continue to solve the problem.

• Grant Local Admin rights to users in the domain

  I need to grant privileges to local administrator for the users in the domain on our network. I did it through local users and groups. In groups, I go to the Administrators group and assign the Group of teachers to have local administrator rights. This works very well for the first day. Later, when a teacher says they cannot update the applications or install the software, I'm going in and finds that the privileges for the Group of teachers under managers disappeared. It continues to be. Can anyone shed some light on what's going on? I did it on the XP computers all the time and it worked fine. Thank you!
