Hello Bahramgur,

Your system might be infected, you will get better results by using safe mode, see below:

Try to start your system in safe mode:

  1. Restart your computer if it is running.
  2. Press and hold the F8 key after your computer powers initially on.
  3. Once you see the Advanced Boot Options menu (or beep) you can stop.
  4. Up/down arrow keys to highlight your selection.
  5. Select Mode safe mode with networking and press ENTER.
  6. You should see drivers loading, it may take a few moments.
  7. You should then be at the Welcome screen.
  8. Connect to your computer using an account with administrator privileges.
  9. Now, you download (free) MalwareBytes from here: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?tag=mncol install, Update then do a scan of your system in safe mode, to ensure that it is indeed clean! Once the scan done remove anything it finds. Simply restart your PC to see if your problem has been resolved!

Hope this helps you. Let us know anyway. Make it a great day!

  • I lost the ability to upload files to a Web site. I transfer files from my computer to a web site and I get an error message "the connection was reset" and the file will not download. I try to transfer the photos and I get the same message.

I have download a scanned receipt on a Web site and I get the error message "the connection was reset". I downloaded these reception for two years and last week, I had to use a different browser to complete this operation. I log onto the site and make the report, I have to do, but I can no longer download on this site.

Safe mode does not work. However, when I downloaded Firefox laptop everything worked. Any suggestions as to where I should go now. Thanks Fire Fox works on other sites I work with. The download has started working. I think the problem was the website.

  • On initial Setup, I enter a computer name using only valid characters and get an error message saying that some characters are not valid.

I installed Win7 using a .wim that I used successfully several times before. The .wim is on my USB and the computer is not connected to the network. Using a disk to start Windows PE and imagex, I applied the image. When Windows 7 was started for the first time and prompted me to a computer name, I entered a name with only lower and upper case characters. An error message told me that some characters that I had used were not valid and listed the characters not valid, which I had used.

What is my next course of action?

I did a hard reboot and Windows later accepted my computer name.

    This has been resolved.

In this case, you can try manually deleting registry keys.

Well Yes, since the date or purchase, you may return the product within 30 days, I guess. You can go ahead and buy the upgrade 14 items. Same Support from Adobe can help you with the installation process, they can access remotely your comp and install the application for you.

  • Slow CPU, red error messages, cannot disconnect Hotmail

My Op system is XP. Lately, as I have let my lapse of subscription of MacAfee (coincidence or scam?) my computer was very slow and Mgr. task shows a ton of operational tasks at the same time. Csrss.exe also shows a 'million' errors Red! Additionally, every time that I log a message from Windows Live Hotmail

    "Disconnection is not complete...".

We couldn't you disconnect from these sites:

    Hotmail.
I googled "Customer Service for Hotmail" and a link to a phone no. came, that I called, but after the guy connected to my computer remotely, he showed me tons of errors in "csrss.exe"and said that the only way I was able to fix my computer was to obtain a certified Microsoft Technician to get rid of all the spyware and virus & all that was on my machine so I wouldn't be in "big trouble". He quoted me $250.00 for two years of protection and $ 150.00 for one year. I was shocked! How could I possibly know who I was talking to and what kind of fool he thinks I was to give my credit card no. and hundreds of dollars to him without thinking about the first or shopping locally for someone to come fix my computer? In any case, I hung up on him because he was pressuring me to buy this service and I run like that pressure.
That's why I'm about my problem on this forum. Anyone know what I can do these things without spending an arm & a leg with the Geek Squad at my house or have it remotely for $150 - $ 250? I work only a temporary job and my real job has lost more than 3 years, so I'm not in the best financial conditions. This computer is my only means of job hunting so I need every day. Help, please!

    Hello

Have you run any other virus scan to check the infections on your computer?

Csrss.exe is an essential component of the Microsoft windows operating system. It stands for Microsoft Client/Server Runtime Server Subsystem. This process is responsible for dealing with the majority of the windows interface.

Csrss.exe is a process which belongs to Microsoft Corporation. However, some malware programs install and use a process with the same name in an effort to be detected. So, you will want to determine whether the instance of csrss.exe running on your computer belongs to Microsoft Corporation or a malicious program and take appropriate action.

I suggest you follow these methods and check.

Method 1: Run a virus with Microsoft Safety scanner scan and verify.
    http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx
Note: before you perform security analysis, make a backup of important data.

Method 2: To improve the performance of the system, please follow the steps mentioned in the article below:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-XP/help/Setup/maintenance-improve-performance
Note: The use of Disk Cleanup removes all but the last point of the disk-based restore.

It could be that the computer is running a little on the hot side and the thermal protection has kicked. One of the down sides to get a pre-generated computer who is yo have no control over the thermal limits. Try to blow out the dust accumulated inside the computer, just him ensure that the computer is turned off and unplugged before you open the side of your computer. • Mozilla Firefox crashes at startup without any accident or error message either.

Today, when I double click on the icon for Mozilla Firefox, jumped out of the window for a second and then the moment after moment he disappeared suddenly. I can't access Firefox, not even in Safe Mode, Compatibility Mode, run as administrator or another mode.
I tried re-installing, did not work. I get no message crash, it just closes by itself. Firefox.exe will appear in the Task Manager when I double-click it in Windows Explorer, and it disappears when the window disappears, the moment after moment.
I have Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. Never encountered such a problem before.

There is no crash report, the crash window appears, so no accident report is generated. I can't access the troubleshooting information, because I can't operate of in Firefox.

I managed to find the problem. Apparently, an add-on installation page has been implemented service by default in my browser for a reason, and it has closed several times himself, so closing the browser. When I opened an HTML document on my hard drive, it has opened in a new tab and maintained this page Add on open in another tab. If Mozilla remained open. But when I went to the tab add-on, the closed tab itself. But Mozilla is open! Yay!

Also tried to hit history - recently closed tabs to reopen this page, but it keeps itself closed, so I don't know what add-on which would be. In any case, now, I managed to solve this problem, because the tab is closed, so I hope that my home page will pop up then, instead of this thing with the add-on.
