Configuration of MDT
I try to configure the "configure configmgr integration', I'm learning as I go here, so please forgive me if I have this completely messed.
We have our MDT installation on server mhuc10056
We have our database on mhuc116v.
I am trying to get the installer of configmgr correctly and looking at, and after the installation of other guides it looks like they point the install configmgr to the database server, but I do not know how to find the site for the installation code?
Should this I completely wrong?
any help would be appreciated.

MDT 2013 Thinkpad Yoga 12 - WinPE boot problems
We have two models of Thinkpad Yoga and use the same ethernet USB dongle to run MDT and their image with Win 8.1.
Type 20 c 0 works very well. When we arrived the 20DK of a new type, we had some problems with our image of fat because of the different hardware profile and we weren't using a configuration of total control for drivers on our MDT.
I created a new MDT installation on a virtual machine and I use the method of total control of the management of drivers by model. I have a profile of selection for winPE and imported the drivers of storage and network for both models (x 64 only, we don't have any x 86). I tried initially the USB3 Ethernet adapter driver I found under downloads for the 20 c model 0 but have tried since the upload of pack pilot SCCM and other I found specifically for the adapter realtek and SCCM, but nothing has changed. The current versions of pilot in my winpe folder are 8.15.0701.2014 and 8.8.0911.2013. Have updated the deployment share, copied the contents of the x 64 folder and copied the litetouchx64.wim in the sources on our USB startup folder and renamed to boot.wim.
Currently on the 20DK I get the initial screen for MDT spash with blue background, but before any connection charges of screen I get the blue screen of crash with error (ndis.sys) System_thread_exception_not_handled. I guess I do know for sure that it is a problem of network driver but because it fails before the same connection to the deployment share it led me to believe that this was the case. I tried to turn off 3 USB mode in the bios to see if this will have an impact, and he didn't.
The 20 c 0 still works fine and I was able successfully to the image (from my old wim of fat that I copied from my old server mdt)
Completed up to add all the drivers for this model in the folder of WinPE drivers and who took care of her.

How to deploy Windows XP using MDT 2012
Hi, I would like to use 2012 MDT to deploy Windows XP on our workstations.
I recently started this new job and our deployment server is dead. The system was not subject to return so I'll have to re - build the server from scratch. Fortunately the previous database of the server was saved because it was located on a separate SQL Server.As I am new to the whole process, I tried to find some online resources to configure MDT and the MDT database. I would like to use the MDT database to get information from the PC and automate the configuration of PC host names, DOMAIN join and set the local administrative password. We use a password for local administrator separated for each workstation. This was previously defined in the MDT database and it would be configured on the workstation during the deployment.Can someone help with this configuration or direct me to a guide on how to proceed?Hello

Where can I download MDT 2008?
Our installation of MDT 2008 is very personal and is not compatible with newer versions (and bosses do not want to spend the time and money it would take to make it compatible). I can't seem to find the x 86 or x 64 downloads for MDT 2008 and I need them in case I need to rebuild the development server. Thank you!

Microsoft could probably provide you with a link for $245 (US) for the phone call - then again - they could just take your $245 and tell you no.
Think - I just deleted my backup of the installation files of MDT 2008 less than a week ago – summer 2010 running for a LONG time, but just has not the will to erase old media installation and instructions and other collections for 2008 until recently. System admin thing. That and 2012 being officially released.
I would like to ask around--you might cling to system administrator friends who - as I did - the old configuration files.

Error on Windows XP with MDT 2010 deployment
I imported the source files for Windows XP SP3, so I can deploy XP and created the sequence of tasks, but when the system restarts after installation without assistance theres an error in copying the files. When I copy the files to skip the configuration is interrupted due to the main installation of files cannot be found. Can anyone help me solve this problem, so I can get windows xp to deploy with no problem using MDT 2010?

Failures of deployment with systems - SCCM precision 2012 R2 using MDT to deploy Win7
I managed to deploy several types of Latitudes and OptiPlexes using the driver cabins here to create packages of drivers. However, I can't deploy precision systems - in this case, T3600s and M4700s are both in check at the same place - pilot phase of injection. The smsts journal and the dism log indicate that the first pilot injected image offline successfully but fail when you try to inject the second pilot.

Not sure what was broken, but I built another image captured with MDT 2013 and details began to Imaging without problem.
The differences between the captured images were:
- inscription on the installation of JRE 32 bit
- change in the licensing model on the installation of Office (from MAK to KMS)
- software updates since last build - which would have been patches of January and February.
Still, I don't think that the differences above would have corrected the problem - but nevertheless, I'm now building systems of precision without problem.

JumpStartKit installation hangs at 87% complete when creating the database / instance configuration
Hello people, I am wanting to evaluate Oracle WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.8 (huge improvement over 11.1.1.7, which I have already given a quick test in the VDI provided by Oracle).
So, I've discovered this Jump Start Kit that installs every needed part once you have a properly configured Linux environment. I had fun with the prereqs but now that everything is finished and I am so EXCITED to make it past 'STAGE 4 '.
So now, I encounter the same problem during installation - STEP 6 of 22 Configuration of the database Instance (creating database filling) it gets 87% complete and then nothing seems to happen, it never beyond this point, even if I wait 10 hours more:

NOTE: I think that my problem is not specific to the "Jump Start Kit", but is rather something others have met during the stage of creation/configuration of the Oracle Universal Installer in general database. And I hope that others have solved.

I use VirtualBox on Windows 7, I tried several times, first with the OS as Oracle Linux 6, then Oracle Linux 5 (learning to update the version of Java of fun!).
It always happens at the same point, and then it just seems do nothing - no progress, but no error no message on the screen (see below the log files). But it seems to use less than 5%... the use of the processor and 10 hours of waiting makes no difference.
After that I got tons of Google to search, I tried increasing my paging file, adding more memory and disk space (12 GB of RAM and 10 GB sap) and 20 GB of free space on the hard disk, but still nothing has changed.
In post #2 of this thread, I'll give you separately the registration details that I hope will be useful.

Installation with installation "office" is not the problem - no conflicting package it.
I did add a short and FULL in/etc/hosts domain name and use the HTTP_SERVER_NAME option. (But again, that shouldn't cause any problems during dbca.)
I didn't install VBox extensions, since I'm just using a text installation (and created a corresponding configuration for VBox and vSphere), but I don't know that this is unrelated to all the.
Regarding packages, if the database installs fine (which did you), your packages may very well.
Here is my kickstart file - maybe you can try to use it, and then we can rule out configuration problems. After the kickstart, everything I do is copy the installation files (in fact, I have them on a separate vmdk I just ride), and:

Configuration of SSO restart OBIEE
Recently, I tried enabling SSO for our environment obiee.
In Enterprise Manager, I went to the page where you "configure SINGLE sign-on" by adding a connection url and a logout url.
He mentioned that he needed a reboot of the server.

Preparation for Dell (CFI) Configuration Services
Hi people,
Looking for some direction.
Was reading white papers to configure/prepare my CFI MDT TS, but according to me, there are a few batches of referenced files that do not come with the current deployment toolkit revision. (Example: "% SCRIPTROOT%\CS\CFI_START.) BAT")
Plans to take advantage of the CFI on future purchases, doing research on the CFI and ImageAssist.

Tips to add a VPN router to my current network configuration
Dear all
My apologies if the answer to this question already exists, however, I searched in many situations and none seem to match what I'm after.
I currently have an ISP modem/router in Bridge mode connected to a TC of Apple which is my wireless router, I have 2 Express airport connected to this acting as the extensors of the range. I have a VPN service through the MyPrivate network I activate on the desired device when required and everything works fine.
What I want to do now is to be able to use my AppleTV and burning Amazon via the VPN as well so you need to add a VPN router in the configuration. I want to finish with 2 wireless networks running together for these devices who need VPN and those who are not. I don't want to lose the opportunity to extend the network to express it however airport.
If someone could explain to me if this is possible and if so how do I set up the network.

Basically you would need a device that supports VPN-passthrough and VLANS for your goals of networking. MyPrivate network, seems to be a VPN SSL, which is a user-server configuration. In other words, you install a client VPN on your Mac and you connect to the VPN network MyPrivate server to establish a VPN tunnel.
Networking two or more "separated", should be using a router that supports VLAN services. Each segment of VIRTUAL local area network, in essence, would be a separate, she either wired or wireless network or a combination of both. This would probably be the 'easiest' part for the installation program.
Now how combining the two would be the question, and I don't know what would be the best way, or even if it is possible.
A few thoughts:
- Use a router that supports VLANS. Create at least two VIRTUAL LAN segments. One for Apple TV & Burns, one for Internet access in general. Connect the device to VPN client host on the first segment, and configure for Internet sharing.
- Download a dedicated VPN network application that supports hosting of third-party VPN clients, like yours. You would still need a router that supports VLAN to provided separate network segments.
- Hire a consultant network. Let them know what you the goals of networking and ask them to offer potential solutions.

I use a PC for business purposes (I know it's bad) and I would like to set up my email address in a Thunderbird client. I tried to use my email address in @ mac.com, me.com and icloud.com with iCloud vainly password authentication each combination.
This means that there is a password different email than the one iCloud and if yes, where can I find it?
