  When working with a either a point to point or point to multipoint configuration we configure a unit as the unit of the root and other units such as the root no, we define the same SSID on all units, the SSID can be broadcast or not (it is not necessary), we define the units with the same security encryption method located on the root of the channel to use and remotely.

  Then you should make sure that the units were aligned to each other, there is no obstruction and a line of clear view object.

  Here is an example of a unit configuration defined as root using 2.4 ghz radio, broadcasting the SSID using WPA 2 PSK with AES version.

  PSK is cisco12345 and the configuration of the root should be the same only defined as root rather than role station.

  I'm looking to expand my network to cover a number of office buildings in an industrial area with a distance of 200 m max to offer 10 MB internet access service supported.

  If I had to mount the Cisco Aironet 1300 on a pole with a visibility of buildings and also provide the same Cisco AP on the side of the customer, from this point to multipoint link (mounted outdoors if possible) would need no additional hardware? Other then DHCP, DNS servers, switch and router.

  I would recommend the 2506. The 24120 would not be a good target for this application. Such a high gain omnidirectional antenna can cause the signal of your remote sites exceeded. And Yes, the internal antennas for remote sites will be just fine. The internal antenna is strong enough and can go at least a kilometre. 200 m is cake for her.

  Best practice is to use the supplied antenna cable length and do not lie down. You can definitely do what you're suggesting, but depending on your length of coaxial cable, you will lose a bit of signal in doing so.

  The double-coaxial (from the bridge to the power injector) and Ethernet cables can each be up to 100 m in length, with no loss. Therefore, recommended would be:

  Antenna mounted to the mast

  Bridge mounted on mast

  <100m of="" double-coax="" (runs="">

  Power Injector (mounted inside)

  <100m of="" ethernet="" (runs="" to="" data="">

  If you want to consider installation of the bridge in your pop and running the antenna cable to the top of the mast, just know what kind of loss, you'll see. Coaxing them manufacturer, Cisco or otherwise, won't say what is the dB/foot or dB/meter, so you can know exactly how much you will lose the length of the cable. I would recommend against the design however, because you might need a larger antenna that will result by distributing a noisy signal.

• How to configure subdomains pointing to the folder of your site

  I am trying to determine if it is possible to implement a series of subdomains such as each points to the content in a folder in your site with the URL of the pages showing the sub-domain without the name of the subfolder.

  The case in question... If I have a Web site to say with subfolders mysite.com.au, dir01 and dir02 which contain each pages I have to show in what concerns subdomains. I created sub02 and subdomains sub01.

  Is it possible to have my work site of BC as I can reference a page, let's say page01, in the subfolder to be displayed with the name of subdomain as sub01.mysite.com.au/page01 rather than see it as mysite.com.au/dir01/page01

  I know I can do the homepage for the subdomain to a page in the folder, but it still shows the subfolder in the url - I want the pages in the subfolder to be associated with the subdomain and show/use url based on the subdomain without reference to the subfolder.

  In addition you don't no need to do it at all, especially with the liquid to get what you say... This isn't what Greg asks however. He doesn't want the subfolders.

  Hi Greg, because it's not true accommodation separated, you can't configure it in British Colombia as your request, such that a page will always sit in a folder. The only way to achieve this is to make sure that all of your pages to sit in a root and named differently.

• GetCommand does not return my configuration of entry points?

  For my ISP DHCP, I only change the Ethernet1 tunnel source.

  Is it possible to configure tunnel interfaces different related 2 on 2 physical interfaces (like: 1 Ethernet1 and 1 in Dialer1).  The challenge is that I can not change the configuration of hubs at all.  So I can't put the ip address of the tunnel in 2 different subnet.  There is only 1 tunnel on the hub interface

  Yes, I see it now. Unnumbered IP will provide the interface to the MTR and tunnel interface you have is point-to-multipoint. I'm afraid that there is no good solution to your needs.

  I have a Cisco 4505 MCU and several endpoints.  Is there a way to allow that my end point called multipoint adhoc using MCU 4505?  For example, I would say that dial site1 using mcu, then dial site2 help mcu or call a group (site 1 and site1...) using mcu and it would know that it is supposed to use the 4505.

  Of course, you can configure (a few 100) static, meeting rooms, auto create conferences on the fly, based on a model or have the means put in place and there is even an on screen menu allows users to create or join conferences.

  It is disconcerting to the 87-year-old who uses the computer.  (Read: barely in computer science.)

  FYI, I don't have not noticed this until I went from a wired mouse to Dell for a Logitech wireless mouse.  (I have turned to bike computer.)

  By examining the registry, I found that MouseSensitivity is set to 2 for two HKEY * users, but it has been set at 10 for the other four.

  The problem was solved by putting others 01:56 institutions.

  I have this will mark as answer unless someone offers a better solution soon, ideally one that doesn't require editing the registry.

• Invalid entry in the configuration of the system on vista

  The system configuration Windows blocks always Open Office to run at startup.  The only thing is, I don't have Open Office installed on this computer anymore.  I read somewhere that I could use checking the Windows registry to resolve this problem, but this isn't a part of Vista.  The system configuration tool points to a text file I can edit to remove the invalid entry, or is there something else I need to do?

  Autoruns has failed.  In fact I ended up doing a system restore to an earlier point in time.  I think it could work if I knew what I was doing.

  This thread can be marked as resolved; It's too much work to get it right.  Just a nuisance that I have to endure, not a real problem.  If I knew how to close a message, I'd do it myself.

• correct faulty run configuration

  I based my project on one of the samples and simply copied.

  Now that it does something that I wanted to rename it, I changed the name of the project, the name of the pro file in the handle bar and the makefile.

  I ran clean and build later, the generation takes awhile but is completed successfully.

  When I try to run the project, I get the warning "no binary. The binary files are there, but the points of run to the old binary (hellocascades) configuration. The text is grey and I can't change it. The clues how I can get the run configuration to point to the new file? Creating a new run configuration does not help, it still points to the old (nonexistent) binary file.

  Nevermind, after a file search, I found some values in the source of the bar - descriptor.xml, I had to manually change.

  I have the SG300-10 for my home network, and I have the installer except static bookings via DHCP

  exactly how you re ones?  I have several things set up for the port-forwarding, which requires static IP addresses.  I've already configured with points of departure to leave me the room for bookings of several that I need pools, but I don't want to make a mistake and suddenly something upward.

  You MUST use the same SSID.  I think that you misread my post.

  And Yes, a channel problem is that what I have proposed.  You can try to configure access points using the 3 discrete channels (1, 6 and 11) to minimize any overlapping units to the same channel coverage.
  At least this is the traditional way, we do it, although the automatic selection increases common and 11n 40 Mhz channels (if defined in this way) are also in.

  Using this link as a reference, I created a data control Web Service, and when I deploy via JDeveloper for different environments I can change my point of endpoint accordingly on this screen:

  It turns out that the connections.xml had the url of the endpoint that the profile of the deployment and jdeveloper was referencing at deployment time.

  In order to get our automated generation work, we use a search and replace of Ant utility to change endpoint in this connections.xml before construction/deployment of the application.
