Configure routes static ip on CS ACS - SE

We use a Cisco Secure ACS Solution engine turns V4.2.0.124.3.

The device have two Ethernet Ports.

-We need to know how to configure an IP address on the second port. But more:

-We need to know how to configure static IP routes on this unit.

GBA, you can only use a NETWORK card, and there is no way you can define static routes on it.

Your system of 1113 Cisco integrated 10/100/1000 megabits - per second (Mbps) Ethernet connectors. ACS SE takes care of the operation of an Ethernet connector, but not the two connectors. Each Ethernet connector provides all the features of a network expansion card and supports 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-TX Ethernet standards.

Each NETWORK adapter is configured to automatically detect the speed and duplex mode of the network.

How do I get this set up? I have to do something about the ESXi on the server console? This interface 2nd should be in place, or it must be down as if it was originally? Yesterday after watching someone videos on YouTube, I added the second virtual switch and moved the virtual hosts of this switch 2 and he entrusted the 2nd NIC.     If I understand the above, I need to show some VM and set up as a router? If the virtual machine that will act as a router must have two network interfaces, where it is connected to a switch and the other to the other switch network card. Am I do?     I found that I can not configure the static IP address for Cisco Touch on TC7.0.1 / 7.0.2 with the procedure described below.

    1. upgrade a codec (e.g. SX20 TC6.3 or less) and a touch paired with the codec for TC7.0.2.

    2. after the upgrade, désapparier (with the help of désapparier Touch button) touch and it reboot.

    I guess many users uses the static IP assignment like us, so please fix it as soon as POSSIBLE.

    Hi Kotaro,

    It is a known problem in TC7.0.1 and TC7.0.2. The id of the bug is CSCum82147.

    To work around the problem, set IP address you want the button before moving on to TC7.0.x.

    The bug has been fixed and will be included in the next version of the TC software.

    There is not much information in the doc around the new configuration of static file.  Someone at - it an example of this dads.conf he file should look similar to static files?  Everything else seems to work fine - it's my only hang up now.

    I figured it out on my own - the doc has a section "6.5.4 configuration Support for static file" which basically said yes, it is now supported for static files, then a "see also:" link to the dads.conf section, that I'm not good enough to see there are now 2 new parameters in your dads config file...  All is ready!  It works!  YAY!

    My ISP requires static configuration.  I plugged in the numbers and trying to save get a message from the 192.168.1.1 page "value cannot be equal.  What does that mean?  The ip address of my router is the same as the default gateway.  I'm naïve, any help?

    What should be a simple task turns out to be difficult and I really need help.

    The Cisco ASA obviously isn't a strong point on mine and could do with a point in the right direction. I hope that this will allow me to learn more about the ASA 5505.

    OK so I have an ASA 5505. VLAN 1 is 192.168.254.1 and VLAN 2 DHCP of my cable modem.

    I have a cisco 831 Ethernet router that will sit between my main LAN and my LAN test I want to implement for multicasting. the Cisco 831 has 1 Ethernet as 192.168.254.254 and Ethernet 0 is 10.1.1.1.

    The ASA I have an interior route 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 192.168.254.254.

    On the Cisco 831, there is a route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.254.1. I can pass traffic via Cisco 831 to the ASA 5505 and internet, for example I can ping 8.8.8.8 and access everything on my main local network, but the other wan of any host inside the ASA 5505 is unable to ping anything on 10.1.1.x.

    Where I'm going wrong? I did all my access to my a whole ASA, but it is still unable to do anything.

    I will attached my configs with deleted passwords here and would like a good kick in the right direction. Without a doubt, it's something simple I'm missing and I'm sure it's with the ACL on the ASA 5505 like the packet tracer said that the package is abandoned due to the ACL
