  When you say it "will not open', do you mean physically or you want to tell the printer object in the printers and devices folder does not open when you double-click it?

  Have you tried to delete the printer and add it again?

  How do you connect to the Stylus DX4050?  It is USB, wired network or wireless network?  The documentation says it is USB, but I connected USB printers to the network, then maybe you have as well.

  Thank you for keeping us posted on the State of the question.

  I see there is that the antivirus installed on the computer could not detect infections. To ensure that the computer is clean, we can run a thorough scan using Windows Defender in offline mode.

  I suggest to download Windows Defender Beta offline to a flash drive, CD, DVD or USB and then perform the steps.

  The articles explain how to create a disk and run the scan.

  NOTE: the program must not not to be run / run from the office.

  Yes you can try to identify the hardware info induvidually and download the drivers from the website of its manufacturer, it may or may not work.

  The best way is to restore the operating system to the factory delivered one, so it shouldn't have any problems with the NB.

  You can order the CD from recovery online or call HP.

  As the active camera or earthquake?

  It seems to me that to have an earthquake or the busy camera, a series of images will have to be moved by the software.  In other words, you need a video clip with separate images.  A still is an image.

  You might be able to get around that.  Place your image in a dedicated project, a video share/export.  There will be many executives you need.  Report a project like the video rather than as a still.  Then you should be able to apply your chosen effects.

  I did not had time to try it, but I think it should work.

Oddly enough, even the level of volume (in settings-> Volume slider) moves from top down during playback of the clip. But the same audio output is completely unaffected. Weird.

  On what computer operating system is your first items 13 running? Have you updated to the 13 to 13.1 yet? If this isn't the case, please do.

  Assuming you are not a misinterpretation of the workflow for keyframing property of volume at the level of the timeline or tab/adjustments volume pallet/expanded, please remove the file Adobe Premiere elements Prefs (configuration file). For the elements first 13/13.1 on Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit

  and in the folder 13.0 is the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file that you delete. If it does not, then delete the 13.0 the folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Don't forget to work with folder Option show hidden files, folders and disks enabled so that you can see the full quoted path.
