  We integrate a CRM (opencrm) software with the business of the IPCC. How is it possible. I know that cisco has provided plugins for CRM, but not for this one. is there a way for the integration of the two? or is there a workaround or we are ristricted to those specified by Cisco?

  You can use the OCX and Java libraries provided with the Toolkit ICT Cisco. With these libraries you van do the integration, but be aware if the CRM allows the use of libraries.

  I will deploy a CC with model Parent child and I want to use CVP also. In my template I deploy parent and child (IPCC system) of the two child (also system IPCC) to different geographic locations of three. The question is how do I use the CVP for failover scenarios. I studied some models of depleyment, but these models you have to use CVP side parent. Can I use the CVP alongside the customer.

  You cannot use CVP customer side because the IPCC system only supports Cisco IP/IVR (5 IPIVRs) as well as point queues self-service applications, not PVC.

  For example, you can deploy only CVP on the parent of the IPCC.

  Support for the Nikon D750 was introduced in the last version of LR 5.7 and ACR 8.7 Novemder 18 2014.

  New updates for LR 4 were arrested when LR 5 was released on June 9, 2013. No other updates of bug fixes and new camera support.

  Nada, LR 4 will never support Nikon D750. The Nikon D750 was introduced on the market in September 2014 some 15 months after further development of LR 4 was arrested.

  You can use the Adobe DNG (free download for packing) program to convert your Nikon D750 Nef (raw) files in Adobe's DNG format which will allow you to import those into LR 4. This is the crutch provided by Adobe to allow the processing of raw files with versions out-of-date LR and ACR.

  You can also update the ACR for PS CS6 version 8.7 plugin that can also work with the raw files of the D750. For direct support in Lightroom, you will need to upgrade (paying) to version 5.7.

  Whether HOT or COLD:
  BACKUP DATABASE will create BACKUPSETs

  (this default value can be overridden if you have set up the TYPE of DEVICE...) BACKUP TYPE to... where the backup type can be changed by default for the COPY.

  Whether HOT or COLD:
  DATABASE BACKUP AS COPY will create Copies of the Image

  An incremental backup can be a HOT or a COLD backup.

• Confusion about the Source of excitement in the bridge SMU-4331 input module

  I had some confusion through the input of the bridge SMU-4331 sheet module.

  In the features section of excitement, its current Minimum as 29mA says. What it means. It can only current greater than 29mA delivery!

  

  I think this should me Maximum current specification.

  If you look at the table below

  

  350 ohm resistance, the current should be 10V/350 ohm = 28.5mA

  but for 1 K ohm, current will me 10V/1Kohm = 10mA, which isn't normal, if you specify current minimum as 29mA.

  any thoughts?

  As for your other question, the SMU-4330/4331 are inherently peripheral ratiometric.  This means that they are designed to detect the level of excitement and range of the ADC to the appropriate scale.  In this way, we can compensate for permanent changes in the voltage.  One of our engineers wrote a big article really nice area on the subject I would recommend that you take a look at: Sensors of Measuring Bridge-Based with the ratiometric approach

• Confused about the notion of VLAN

  I'm confused about the VLAN. I thought that the notion of VLAN was this computer on different VLANS were not suppose to be able to communicate with each other. I am setting up a 6248 and for me to get DHCP to work, I need to enable ip Routing. When I turn the routing ip, all computers on different VLANS are able to ping each other. Is - it the way it was suppose to work, or am I missing something?
  MGMT is on vlan 4093
  DHCP is on VLAN 100 trunk e34 10.10.1.1
  Host 1 is on VLAN 200 trunk e34 10.10.2.1
  Host 2 is on VLAN 300 trunk e34 10.10.3.1

  I do not use ripple either but can see what the problem is (nothing to do with the ripple)

  Open your file config.xml for the new project (probably copied 'App A'?)

  In the widget section, change the id to something different, for example com.example.AppB

  Save - reload the ripple and make sure you have the new ID in the Config-> Widget

  With IPCC 7.0 you must use Mcafee 8.0 versions / 8.0i / 8.5I or 8.7i according to the following link

  I don't know if you got the answer to this question, but there is no any way to decrypt the password of the agent. The product uses a mechanism of one-way hash when the password is first created and stored and it is checked each time.

• Deployment of high availability of the IPCC 4.5

  In a future HD architecture implementation, the voice service will provide CallManager 5.0, that will integrate with 4.5 of the IPCC. 4.5 (required with 5.0 CM) IPCC does implement a high availability. How can we ensure that technical support continues to operate if the IPCC goes down? One possibility might be to configure CM such that if the IPCC goes down, all the number of help desk calls are automatically and immediately headed to a group (which includes all extensions help desk). This redirection can be configured in CM? Is there a better option?

• Laptop user moves between 2 servers the IPCC CAD problem

  Call unique Manager cluster 4.02 SR1, separate the 2 servers of the IPCC (3.5 (3)) are installed, one in each building. 100 MB ethernet between the sites.

  I have a user that moves between the 2 buildings. They have the installed CAD. How can I get the CAD turn to the IPCC correct server when the user changes buildings? Is there a. INI file that could be exchanged with a batch file or is it a bunch of registry entries that tell the CAD which server of the IPCC to connect to?

  We do this from time to time, when you work with different clients. Assuming you have the same exact versions of software, which you say that you don't have, you can do it with only changes in registry. You must exchange the content of:

  Setup HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Spanlink\Site

  and then run the agent. You can pick up the right CAD clients installed registry values, or you can get them on the respective servers of IPCCX who have exactly the same inputs in the same places. Use the registry editor to export the contents of this key in a file, their two servers or two customer installs. Give these two .reg files to the user.

  Just a double click on the .reg files in Windows in the local registry (after confirmation), is important to crush what is already there. Then start the CAD and he will speak to the good LDAP directory and the server IPCCX.
