  • How to connect Equium A100-306 to HDTV?

    Hello

I was wondering if it was possible to connect my Equium A100-306 to my HDTV using a VGA cable component? The laptop has the chipset intel 945g.

    Thank you.

    Hello

You cannot convert only a RGB (VGA) signal to component (Y-Pr-Pb), since you will need a converter that transforms the signal vga to this component.

Which means that you also a converter for cable that could be very expensive. But if you've got components that you should be able to display an image on a device that has entry components. Don t think you will be able to run the HD-ready or full HD on a HD TV, since a HD signal requires an HD port on your computer and a disk hard taking supported system with better graphics chip and then a chipset intel.

    Welcome them

  • Is there a way to connect XYBoard to an older HDTV without HDMI?

    Hi all

This is probably a silly question... but is it possible to connect the XYBoard to an older HDTV (2005) which has no HDMI port?

I have a Samsung HD TV for about 2005 in my room and I would like to watch movies of my XYBoard on this subject. It has a S video input port but not HDMI.

I searched the forums and couldn't find any info.

  • Windows 7. PC to HDTV HDMI connection

Several months ago, I have connected my PC to an HDTV via a HDMI cable. The computer has detected the TV and it was listed among my devices in the control panel. I selected "To extend these screens" and could spread on my PC and see it on my TV. I tried yesterday and could not use "extend these screens. HDTV icon went from "Devices" on the Control Panel, and a second for my computer screen icon on "devices". By selecting "Change the appearance of your display" TV is on the display list. The only one I see desktop on TV is to select 'show the office only on 1.

    Hello

First of all this laptop does not support HDMI or DVI port.
It seems to be equipped with an output port that can be used to connect an external video monitor VGA.

Now everything depends on your LCD TV.
I don't know which ports are supported by your TV but you should look for a cable or an adapter that would connect laptop VGA (RGB port) s and the video in port on your TV.

But it of not possible to connect the VGA to HDMI. But maybe you can connect VGA/DVI (DVI would be supported by TV)

Open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open display devices - note equipment listed here i.e. ATI, NVidia or Intel.

Then connect your laptop via HDMI to your TV.  Do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar, and select playback devices.  Once (just to emphasize the entrance), the HDMI output which has the same name as your graphics card, and then click the set as default, see if you now audio left click.

  • Satellite P200 - 1EE, problems of HD - DVD after you connect to the TV via HDMI

    Hello

Like many others I have read on here that I'm too have problems with playback of HD DVD.

However the difference for me seems to be that, initially, I was able to read my DVD HD (it was the movie 300 passing) until I tried to connect the laptop to my HDTV via HDMI (it is only 720 p not 1080i). He doesn't have to play with the message "not responding". Now, the HD-DVD will not play even on the laptop.

    Any suggestions?

I tried to use windows restore without success and also tried to download the update of the driver, as described in other posts, but the download is not completed. (also I can't find an update of the firmware on the Toshiba site)

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

  • I have just updated to windows 10 and I have no sound, everything else works fine

I have no Audio, sounds or volume afte the update/upgrade of Windows 10. This is NOT the case yesterday when I don't have Windows 10 update/upgrade in my laptop Vaio from Sony. Everything works very well, is to take a mouse of logitech usb among other things. My Audio jack does not work for headphones will not do. I found an old usb headseat PS3 seems to work, according to this logic, a set of usb speakers would do the same thing. If you have a HD cable you can connect your laptop to an HDTV and use the TV speakers. What can I do to solve my audio problem?

Go to control panel > system and security > system and to the left, click on advanced system settings. Once there, go to the Advanced tab, and under performance, click settings. Then, click on the Advanced tab, and under virtual memory, click on change. Now, I did uncheck automatically manage it paging file for all readers size and check again, but if this does not work I heard uncheck automatically manage paging file for all readers size and selecting size made on order and set the initial size and maximum size to 3072 should solve the problem. I hope this helps!

  • Equium L300 - 17Q does not appear on my external TV via VGA

    Windows Vista Edition Home Premium

Recently, I connected my laptop to my HDTV UMC of 22 "via a VGA cable. It worked fine for about a month, until the day my TV says 'no signal' when I tried to connect to the laptop. Now, I tried the last month trying to solve this problem and have had no luck.

I tried unistalling and reinstalling the display driver, changing the resolution, tinkered with each parameter but without success.
My laptop recognizes that there is an attached monitor and when I press FN + F5 and scroll through the different options of the computer knows that the monitor is there, but the style of TV says 'no signal '.

I know this isn't the TV which is faulty, I connected laptop computer Sony my father on my TV via VGA, and the TV display Sony laptop screen.

PC World wanted me £40 just to "have a look" load which I of course said no because this can be something simple to solve.
I could be wrong, but I hope someone has a solution for me.

I'm not a massive wizz with computers, but I have a knowledge base.

    Hello

For me, it would be interesting to know if you have tested this laptop output VGA on different TVs?

PS: Have you checked the BIOS settings?
There is a tab called display. Please change the settings and check if you can activate the display (signal) on external LCD.

  • I can't set the HDMI output as default device and I don't get sound from the HDMI output.

I have been all over these forums and the most useful tips I found, I was not yet able to implement. On the reading tab, there is no Audio HDMI option (Yes, I have two disabled devices show as well as the options show disconnected devices checked) is simply not there.  Someone mentioned set up the speakers as default (I don't have speakers) or possibly definition Realtek Digital Output as default, (the option set as default value is grayed out) I rolled back drivers, drivers updated, unplugged, replugged, rebooted, shut down and was strongly tempted to throw the PC the trash bin as well as my xbox (just for good measure). Is someone can you please tell me what I'm supposed to do now, in addition to courses and purchase of a mac.

  • try to get sound through my TV

I have connected my pc to my tv with an hdmi cable and have implemented multiple displays (which shows very well) but I get no sound through my TV? I know it should work as I had sound that goes through when I tried first. Unfortunately I do not know what I'm doing differently. Thank you!!

    Hello

Cables HDMI support audio signals, but not all compatible HDMI video audio support cards. If your HDMI compatible video card is compatible audio, you may also need to set the audio device HDMI as audio device by default. To check if sound is supported via HDMI, follow these steps:

    (a) click the Start button and then click Control Panel. In the search box, type sound, and then click sound.

    (b) click on the Read tab, and then look for a HDMI device. This appears as a "speaker" icon and is labeled as speaker, followed by the name of the device.

    (c) If you have a HDMI device, click the device, click on set as default and then click OK.

Change the audio device may require that restart you your computer.
