Connect two HD monitors and two readers of L_g33?

I have two external drives from G-Technology (G-RAID and G-Drive). I have two HD monitors, each of which has a HDMI port. I want to connect each one to my new Macbook Pro 15 (MJLT2LLA), which has two thunderbolt ports and a HDMI port. I want to get the most out of sight to ensure a rapid transfer of data to external drives, where I store my images (G-Drive) and store my video editing and make files (G-RAID). Of course, I want the best use out of the HD monitors.   How can I better connect this mess and get my best video and graphics editing facility?

These docking stations have many additional ports: http://eshop.macsales.com/item/OWC/TB2DOCK12P/.  Not portable, but functional.

TB monitors can be connected in Garland... just don't expect readers after the string of monitor to be accessible.

  • Connection between the monitor and the Studio 1458 laptop seems broken

After happily using my Dell Studio 1458 for a little over a year, all of a sudden my laptop screen went completely blank (not black, but a sort of grey empty) when I started yesterday. I have reset several times, I let it run and I heard the sounds of standard Windows startup. Since I assumed the laptop worked again very well, and I plugged an external monitor. I am now using the laptop with this external monitor and everything except the monitor to the laptop works very well.

I can still go to "change screen resolution" and see the laptop screen correctly detected by Windows. I can turn it on by selecting "extend these screens. I can also change the screen resolution on the laptop screen. It's the same kind of gray white whatever I do. Of all this I conclude, there is nothing wrong with the drivers: the more likely culprit seems to be the link between the laptop and the screen of the laptop. Unfortunately I ran out of warranty three weeks ago so I don't know what are my options here. I started to disassemble the laptop to see if maybe I could plug a cable loose once more, but I got cold feet at halfway when I remembered that I had saved not properly all my files.

Any ideas on how should I proceed?

    Thank you

    Johannes

This would mean it's time to start trying new parts - cable first.  If that does nothing, try a new inverter (if the screen is CCFL).  If it's backlit by LEDS, try a new screen.

  • HP 2000: Double monitor and identify as #1 and 2

I have a HP 2000, it has a HDMI, VGA and 3 USB ports (1 is already in use). My graphics card is a radeon HD 8400 AMD / R3 series.  My question is can I connect a second monitor and use my laptop screen as a principal with the external display as a secondary where I can move documents or other pages of the second screen, so he was working on a screen. If the answer is Yes... How then?  If I connect the second monitor with a HDMI or USB cable to it automatically dectet the second monitor.   Just for clarification... I DON'T WANT THE SECOND MONITOR FOR JUST the MIRROR display my laptop.

    Thank you

Yes, you can have the two screens as extended with your laptop desktop. Wheter you are using a VGA monitor o USB HDMI it works the way you want. When the monitor is connected Windows will detect the two screens and choose the cell phone as a primary and power monitor in the secondary office, extended.

  • monitor and TV resolution problem

I have a computer connected to a monitor and a TV, using the configuration double monitor.  The problem I have is that when I put in place the TV and computer screen to display the same resolution, the icons on the computer screen are moving to a point approximately one inch above the bottom of the screen of the monitor.

I can't have the icons to stay closer to the bottom of the screen, as they do on my other computer that has two computer screens.

No idea what I can do about it?

Have you tried setting the screen of the computer at its optimal resolution and the same thing with the TV? Chances are they'll be different. Check your TV manufacturers site to see what is best for your TV.

    I hope this helps.

I think to buy Tecra Z50, but one of the features that I need is the ability to connect two external monitors.

Is it possible to have a monitor connected to the HDMI and a VGA (with computer laptop lid closed)?

    * Hi-speed III Port Replicator is not an option, because it is not available in my country (Croatia).

    Hello

I don t think you will be able to connect two external monitors to this laptop using HDMI and RGB port at the same time because of different types of signals.

The RGB/VGA port supports analog signal.

The HDMI port provides the digital video output and when the external monitor is connected to the HDMI port the device is set to HDMI.

What of the Dynadock? Its an external device connected to the s for computer laptop USB port.
It supports own graphic unit and you can connect to another external monitor such Dynadock 2nd.

    1. do I need 2 x HDMI monitors? A DP HDMI monitor to use with different socket or adapter as well?  If you do not already have the monitors, I definitel would get both of them with HDMI connectors.  You will need a DP to HDMI connector:

  • Satellite L850 - is possible to connect two monitors external simultaneosly

Hi, I have a L850-150 and I would like to know if it is possible to connect two monitors external simultaneosly, one by Hdmi and the second by Vga to enjoy an installation of three active screens (including the laptop screen). Im trying to figure out how to do without using a USB to adapter vfga or a Matrox dualhead2go.

I want to use the outputs existing.
    Thanks in advance

Some laptops supports a dual output: for example the Qosmio X 500 as shown here:

But for Satellite L850 this isn t possible.
But you can use an external device, such as Dynadock

  • Tecra M5: Is it possible to connect two monitors?

    Hello

Is it possible to connect two monitors the Tecra M5? Is it possible through the port replicator, perhaps by a split of dvi output or a dvi, one on the vga monitor. I want to divide between the two monitors.

    At soon now
    Iain.

    Hello

No, it's not possible to connect two external monitors.
If you want to split the screen, you can use the extended desktop option.
In display properties, you will find the option to extend my desktop on this monitor. You must select the second monitor and activate this option.

  • Re: Can I connect two external monitors to my Tecra M7?

I have a Tecra M7, I would put up two external monitors. I install one on the VGA port and one DVI port and I try to extend the monitor overall, but the only option I have is to an external monitor and the screen of the tablet itself.

Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

As far as I know that something like this is not possible. Graphics card can send the signal on a port only, VGA or DVI.
If you want to use two external monitors, you need an external device, such as Toshiba Dynadock (docking station USB with VGA or DVI port). Using the docking station, you will have three monitors shown in display properties. We will be connected directly to the laptop and the second on this docking station.

My office was purchased in 2007 and has the onboard nVidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 graphics. Is it possible to connect two monitors to this system?  There is only a single RGB connector on the back which is connected to my flat screen HP vp17 monitor.

Tuna, no.  Should upgrade you to a dedicated with two video ports video card (1 VGA port, 1 DVI or DVI 2).  According to the use of the computer, the video card may require an upgrade of the power supply, also.
