  The guy at the shop was really helpful with the unpacking and installation of the cover but I forgot to pair...

  Now I can't run and I can't get the NFC 'tag' to the front of the cover to the back of the phone.

  I think that this is a null modem cable.  That worked for me.  I have attached a PDF file I found that explains how to create hexagonal RS232 commands for Samsung screens.  I tried a little of this list and they worked for me.

  I bought xperia z3 compact 4 days after I sold my old HTC a x. a few things I want to share is 2 years.

  (1) even with 2 GB of RAM, it seems to work more slowly than my previous phone that was only 1 GB of RAM and more applications installed on my xperia.

  (2) sometimes touch don't work the first time when you tap on something, be it double tap the screen to wake up or press any icon.

  Have you tried the software repair option in the Guide of the Xperia as well? If this is not the case, see if you are able to perform a repair of software.
