• Successfully transferred on behalf of the Dollar Photo Club (even uploaded a photo) but now my account and credits have completely disappeared. Help, please!

  I used to be a member to Dollar Stock photo ([deleted] user name), and I finished my transfer April 14 and was happy to get the special scheme. I even downloaded a picture of Adobe stock within the last two weeks. However, there is today no trace of my account (removed). I select password assistance, but never receive an e-mail from reset, and there is nothing in my spam folders or in bulk.

  I had about a dozen credits left, and I hope that my account does not exist here. Because I made sure to transfer my account before the deadline to receive the price of $9.99 / month. Can someone help me?

  Please ensure that connect you to stock.adobe.com using the Adobe ID (email address) that you used when transfer you your CPD credits and signed up for the plan of Adobe Stock.  It is not a subscription under the ID you used to post on the forum, and we do not have an account for the email registered in your feed address in order to check what other email addresses you may have used.

• Stock of credits disappeared

  Hello. I had a subscription for shares adobe with my creative cloud subscription. I had about 30-40 credits on my account. My account has been canceled because I was offline for a month after moving. I recently renewed my account, however, the credits are gone. Is it possible to recover these credits? There are about three months ' worth of photo credits here. I don't think I'm going to renew my account adobe stock anytime soon, as 30-40 will last me a while, but I would really like these back that I paid for them.

• Why broadcast limiter disappeared and why this constant reinvention?

  My project files have now a 2014 of the first version, a version of 2015 and a 2015.2 (2nd update whatever it is).  2015 stank, it has totally messed up my audio which kept falling, my colleagues were moaning about Adobe reinvent a product perfectly work in something of so buggy it was unusable at times.  I guess that the tire was when I sent a spot for the clearance of TV, three times I have sent and three times he's been bounced. I finally managed to talk to an engineer who told me to use the Broadcast limiter, which I explained Adobe advised (in their wisdom) in favor of the video limiter (which does not work for these purposes; Yes Broadcast purposes!).  His advice; return to the 2014 version and use the Broadcast limiter (Adobe isn't this ring alarm bells?).  I tried the limiter standing with different settings, Yes, I know that you can set it to 'Intelligent' just Chroma, Luma only or the other two and that any combination under the Sun, yes I tried to limit to 0% and 100% not the default, -30% and 130%, I even tried an upper limit of 97%, it has not yet been QC.  So I decided to download the version of 2014 and guess what, I couldn't open my project because the first isn't aaaargh backward compatibility. A quick search of your forum and the first message that I've read is a guy who has been sending tasks for years using the diffusion filter and now they fail, even irritable QC that I landed said "if it ain't broke...". "so, they think that's crazy and these people are the reference on what we do in this industry.

  That is that with large Companies, they arrive at a point where they think they can do what they like because they own the Lion share of the market, then they wonder why everyone jumps ship when a better more stable platform, the arrogance (or is it megalomania) is remarkable.  I would rather have a reliable product that works that this constant need of reinvention, do you really think it makes you love your customers, have you stopped to consider why people stayed with windows 98 for so long before going, or why Windows 10 is now be delivered free, by the love of God wake up, stop and think before send us these terrible updates?

  It is just a forum for users.  If something does not work, you must inform the PP engineers directly.

  The start menu can only be achieved by using ctrl and esc.  Sometimes, it would be great if they kept things simple.

  The taskbar is visible? Usually when you ctrl + esc and get the start menu, it means that the hide feature is automatically enabled for the taskbar.

  ·         Move your mouse to the bottom of the screen, the taskbar expected popup.

  ·         Right-click on the taskbar visible now and left click on properties.

  ·         Search for auto-hide the taskbar, uncheck the box in the box and click ok.

• We had all our stock credits disappear mysteriously last weekend.

  We had over 1000 Images Friday and then 0 Images Monday.

  Our Adobe Stock great plan seemed to pass a plan of the trial for some unexplained reason.

  We have created with Adobe Stock support that we are on the plan "Adobe Stock wide".

  We pay our $200 to 750 images stocks per month.

  Thursday November 5, they said they would have answers that they had "escalation" of the case, but still there has been no response, and we waited patiently for four days. I have ried chatting with support and we also tried to call once or twice to calmly express our situation. Unfortunately, nobody seems to be able to re - turn on our service. It's very frustrating because we rely on Adobe Stock and only recently made the transition from Thinkstockphotos.com.

  So far, they said that the issue is on their end, but cannot give us more details and that they can't seem to fix this.

  How is it difficult to pass our plan from the trial version on "Adobe Stock Large" plan we had?

  And how not to be treated as a priority, this feels like an easy solution?

  Anyone else have this happen to them with Adobe Stock?

  Yes, four days after that initial distribution has been updated the Monday this week it has been resolved.

  We learned Monday that it could be corrected by Thursday and that our case could be "wound".

  On Thursday morning, when we had not heard back, we tried to contact support to verify the State of the question. We tried the chat of online support, a couple of us tried calling support and told us once or twice that the problem would be "escalation" by the support Adobe Stock service.

  We also placed an investigation with the help of other users of Adobe on the support forum of Adobe to see if other users have the same problem with Google search and search for the forum, it appeared that there was anyone else having the same difficulties and this left us thinking why are we not a higher priority for support from Adobe.

  We look forward to continue working with Adobe Stock and appreciate the assistance of support we have been able to receive. We understand that things happen and hope that Adobe will provide better support to their team of assistance so questions like these can be dealt with in an hour or a day at the most.

• After years of stability, FW800 drives now randomly disappear

  I have a Mac Mini to / 2009 with 6 2 TB G-drives attached via FireWire 800 and configured as RAID 6 to mirrored volume. My system has been configured in this way for about 4 years.

  About three months ago I started having problems with the volume randomly endangered (incorrect disc is ejected). It happens when the drives are inactive and when there is an intense activity of IO - makes no difference. When this problem started, the volume has been configured with the AppleRAID and disks are connected in Garland, one to the other, on the back of my Mac Mini. I have since turned off all power management features, replaced cables, left for SoftRAID(4) AppleRAID, reset the Mac Mini, reinstalled OS X, makes a partial disk swap off Spotlight, put a fan on the push to reduce their usage time and installed a powered hub of Nitro AV to remove the Garland. No substantive changes - only they don't give up much, but it happens still regularly (every 24-48 hours).

  Interestingly, not all 6 discs disappear. Sometimes when it's just one, or maybe two or three or even five of the six. I can't decipher a pattern. I find it odd that only some readers drop out and those who is different every time. Sometimes reboot will bring them back, but not always. The only sure method to get the reader to put it back online is tension on the drive.

  The one constant I've observed more recently is there is always this error FireWire a few seconds to a minute before readers abandon "Lucent ID 5901 integrated: handleUnrecoverableErrorInt.» I did some research and found not much - more info on audio problems than drives.

  Before moved me to SoftRAID(4), who owns a proprietary driver limit myself to a single PC, I moved the disk on another machine of circa-2009 (a MBP). The problem was always present, but not as bad. Maybe an obscure issue with interaction between El Capitan and my older hardware?

  This problem has led to problems of significant data corruption and too many hours of troubleshooting of headaches and so I'm done with FW and move to a Synology NAS. I thought I would check here if to see if there is new way of thinking about this old topic or something obvious that I may have missed my troubleshooting.

  I say that whoever reads this? This constant guard when installing and using your FF, it causes a lag in typing, scrolling, and video. I have and always had Norton, but when I install CG I have this problem of late. I have remove the constant guard and the delay has disappeared. Please SEND THIS thank you.

  Is - this constant guard Xfinity? This works outside Firefox or it is an Add on Firefox?

• When I type the text in the Google box, it disappears towers green box, but still searches, txt entry boxes on other sites just turn green but txt is always visible?

  The problem seems to be related to Firefox, IE looks ok. Returned to a well known previous restore point did not help. Running Windows 7, FF6.0.2 Java is up to date. Before I did system restore, FF crashes frequently these questions of text entry. After SR, box turns green, Google homepage entry disappears with the 1st strike but always displays search results. As stated above boxes on other sites green with first strike but the text is visible.

  Please explain exactly how to find the keylogging in constant guard area. I disabled it and now everything is ok, except that we no longer have this protection. Typical.

  I also remove the constant guard... can do that. Would only know if the Norton that I downloaded from the constant guard anti-Keylogger also...

• Constant beach ball since upgrade to El Capitan

  Hello

  I use a middle of the retina 2014 MBP with 16 GB of ram and a 512 GB SSD, the machine would never cause me problems or failure until I updated to El Capitan.

  Now I am constant beach balls gets when I use the machine, it is sometimes finder which crashes, or Safari, whenever the accident lasts 5-10 minutes until the BONE is still sensitive. I can switch between applications, but can't do anything with them, force quit does not work until after the accident.

  I was hoping that I could go down with time machine, but my previous backups seem to have disappeared, so I only have the backups I've made since the update to El Capitan, so now my only options are to find the source of accidents or wipe my machine and do a clean install.

  I hope someone can help me to get to the bottom of this issue. I tried to run in safe mode and everything works well, I tried to connect as a guest user but accidents still happen so it seems to be a problem with OS.

• Windows on Ideapad Y510P ExpressCache question - gel Constant 8.1

  I recently bought the laptop Y510p and updated to 8.1 windows

  Since the upgrade, I'm telling gel, which could last 10seconds or 10 minutes.

  Any time I restart the computer, it crashes, and the only way to kill him is to press the button works / stop.

  After much research, I came to the conclusion that the ExpressCache is the cause.

  at the time wherever I've uninstalled it, issues disappeared.

  System will reboot without any problems, it will not be freez.

  Tried to re - install ExpressCache but the problem started to presist immediately, constant freezing and the message above in Event Viewer.

  Everyone knows the same problem? If you did, did you mange to solve?

  Talked with Support and unfortunately, this seems to be a matter of HW.

  Given that I've owned only the laptop for less than 31 days I received a full refund/replacement code.

• LED constant name does not match between window Panel and attribute popup

  Edit a range of gui (file .uir) in CVI, I double click on a LED and change the name of the constant.  The name in the Panel summary attribute on the right of the IDE indicates the wrong name.  What causes this?  I had copied and pasted the other LEDs before editing their names.  It seems that the copy and paste operation has confused CVI.

  I used CVI 10.0.0.  I called support and the support engineer was able to reproduce the bug on 10.0.0, but not on 10.0.1.  So I upgraded, and the bug disappeared.  I think that the problem occurred in version 10.0.0 when I exceeded 256 LEDs.

• bracket in the regex constant?

  I'm a little perplexed by the behavior I feel in LV 2011. I hope to have light experts out there.

  I try to analyze a messy header ASCII file and after you divide it into individual lines (strings), I use the regular "Match phrase" function to remove some of the information prior to the important information.

  Strings of hooks (-), which are special characters for the function, that of why, as documented in help, it takes preceded them by a backslash.

  Example:

  I want to analyze the following line:

  #PR [PR_DEV, I, 2]

  One way (which I use because of considerations related to the rest of the header) is the following:

  

  Note that the first constant string using 'Display of the Code' while the other is the use of 'Normal view'.

  Why did not a backslash in front of the media in the first string, you may ask? Well, I did, but he disappeared after typing the other characters. And returning to "Normal view" did not restore.

  Of course, the first version is not parsed the input properly, string while the other does very well.

• Adding items to an enum shifts the constant on the BD...

  A picture is worth a 1000 words, here is my qualm:

  

  Why adds an element to a constant of the enum addressing the constant of the comic?

  I use a lot this approach for Pseudo-stacked sequences (I use instead a state machine) and I end up spending the enum constant after adding item wach, otherwise, it ends by disappears under what structure it is right...

  Of course, I could just right-click and use the Edit items property (which I've been using today doing my level of tolerance has ebbed down a lot lately), but unless this feature has been voluntarily integrated in LV, it is bordering the sadist.

• "black square shrinking" appears when some the search results for "Array Constant" are double-cliquée.

  In the process of troubleshooting an issue of size of table, I did a Ctrl + F search after selecting a constant matrix.  I find a large number of raster constants in the search results.  However, many of these results (most behaves normally), if the item in the search results has double-clicked, momentary displays a black square, about the size of a standard icon, which immediately reduced to nothing.  There is no indicator selection outline.  I used this nice ShowAllControls & TabCtrl .vi utility to display all the controls, but nothing appears in this place.

  Someone has encountered this?  So far, it's just a nuisance. I am not free to view the code that was developed by a third party.  I would like to make a screenshot, but the black square disappears too quickly.
