  I think that SIEBEL_STRING_REFCOUNT is an environment variable set to solve the problems of siebel and evt is to make sure, that it is not set. However, if you do not have this message or need additional information concerning this variable open a case in support.oracle.com asking for additional information.

  Hi, can anyone help? I use Vista Home Premium on a Toshiba laptop.

  Recently, I deleted a file from D: drive (which has a system set up files etc.). I received a message that "Auto back up had no" and I tried System Restore etc, but nothing worked. I then ran Chkdsk and this allowed Auto back up to go back to my external HARD drive. After Auto save, I checked the drives and horrors, D: drive was full and in the RED.

  I tried the F8 recovery console, but when I tried "Recovery system" (which keeps intact all my files and settings), I was informed that there were "no back ups on the computer '." I tried to use back ups of my external HARD drive, but nothing, still got the same message. In the same Message window, it asked me to insert an of my previously recovery disks. I tried two discs, but got the same message as before.

  My computer works always, but with a drive D: saturated, but if I do a full re-install, the computer back to its original state, I have to make copies of all my data (info from year 8) backup, or that I can then re - install the files on my external HARD drive?

• New XPS 8700 - cannot properly set resolution

  I have a new 8700 XPS with Radeon 7570, that has a DVI - D and HDMI port.  There is also a display port on the motherboard, but I don't have a monitor with a DisplayPort port, so that one is now useless for me; In addition, I want to use the Radeon, so I'm ignoring the video to the mobo.

  I have a DVI-D-to-DVI-D cable, I was using on my old system, so I know that the cable is good.

  I have a new cable HDMI-to-DVD-D who just today.

  I want to drive a Dell 3007WFP (2560 x 1600, and its only entry is DVD - D) as my main screen.  Must it be connected to the HDMI port of the Radeon (via HDMI-DVI-D cable), or the DVI - D port (using the DVI-D-to-DVI-D cable)?

  My second monitor is an old but a goodie - Dell (1920 x 1200) 2405WFP.  There D DVI or VGA as possible entries.

  So I have a computer with HDMI and DVI - D cables to connect out for each monitor.

  I currently work 2405 with the Radeon in 1920 x 1200 (as my secondary display) using the DVI - D - to - DVI - D cable, leaving the HDMI-DVI-D cable for the 3007.

  My problem is that I can't drive the 3007 higher than 1280 x 800,-there is no option to keep the higher resolution.  The cursor I get under "Screen Resolution" only goes to '1280 x 800 (recommended) '.  I tried the two cables, and 1280 x 800 is as high as possible.  I reinstalled the Catalyst drivers.  Everything appears in OK (no yellow exclamation) Device Manager.

  HOW can I DRIVE a MONITOR 2560-x-1600 OF THE RADEON HD 7570 IN CE XPS 8700?

  * EDIT * I forgot to mention that I got the car that came with 8 Win out and put in a new blank disc perfectly and installed Win 7 (64) business.  What is a driver-install-order problem?  Also, the machine came with BIOS A02 and A03 is common, but I don't see that as being the difference.

  Solved.  It WAS apparently a driver-order problem.  "Drivers and downloads" page of Dell is spectacularly counterproductive in terms of describing what are the components (e.g., what they DO).    I took them in this order:

  Here is the problem. Chrome (since version 36) now recognizes the value of the transform-origin as the preferred method for the browser, rather than the more precise definition of webkit-. Here is an image that can help illustrate this a bit more context.

  

  As you can clearly see in the picture above, Chrome is no longer opts to use the values of transformation - webkit and has adopted the most recent method (and I hope that in the near future a cross browser standard) of transform-origin. What missing us here is this value being defined by Edge animate. If we can get these values established in these two areas, it should solve the problem in all areas.

  Our technical staff did a lot of digging on it as well, and Google is point to Adobe for this fix. Values is enough to fix by Edge animate. Here is a link to Google Chrome 2 bound son with this problem as well.

  I can not stress how many MAJOR BUG , it is for heavy users of edge animate as my business. All our animations of the characters are literally crumble and because Chrome is a browser that will be automatically updated, this will be more widespread a problem as time passes.

  I thought the tank param should be set, but changing this value does not affect the placement of the children being added to the container.

  the containers are a bunch of very bad mood. I usually don't like em. I think I came across this question several times. most of the time the reason why they are not have properly is because I don't use the setSize method and set the size of the container. try to set the size and see what happens. Good luck!

• Eurotherm 2416 with driver et24xx can not set time using program parameters VI section setting

  I use the et24xx with a temperature controller Eurotherm 2416 instrument Driver and serial rs232.   I can set up a Segment Type at each stop or ramp (Time To Target) by using Type.vi of Segment of program as confirmed on the front panel of the 2416 display.  But try to then set the parameter to dwell by using Parameters.vi of Segment of program results in the moment to linger value 0.  If I put a break time not NULL using the façade of the 2416, it is set to 0 faces she Parameters.vi of Segment of program I can use this program Segment of Parameters.vi to properly set a rate of climb for a type of ramp segment (rate).  Is there something else or different needs to be done to set the Dwell setting?

  ET24XX configure OP program Segment Parameters.vi, case #2 ramp (Time to Target) and #3 cases live the two use the duration setting.  Now I note duration is interpreted as millseconds instead of seconds and has solved my problem.

  I noted that ramp (Time to Target) using ET24XX Utility write to register - Millseconds and the VI there no entry address unit connected to anything.  Case #3 Dwell uses the same VI and his address is unit connected to the value of the façade.

• Problems with static IP setting for the port forward through 2 routers

  I currently have cable internet connected to a router (Linksys E2000 w / v1.0.03 firmware). This router is connected to another router, a Linksys E3200 with firmware v1.0.02. In order to correctly forward ports through the E3200, I understand that I need to set up a static IP address on the router.

  I almost followed the steps in this video, but when I enter all the IP addresses for the static IP address settings, it allows me to access the router configuration page. I try to get the new IP address that I gave (which he tries to move automatically once I have save settings) and the connection times out. I am able to access internet otherwise, however. From here, I have to do a factory reset on the router and start from square one.

  Anyone have any ideas? I'm quite frustrated and would like to get ports forwarded so I can get my server properly set in place.

  1. If it has connected LAN - LAN you will need to disable the DHCP server on the E3200.

  2. the best option would be to use the 'bridge' on the E3200 mode (in the latest firmware) and connect the internet port to the main router.

  3. If connected LAN - LAN (or in Bridge mode) all internet related functions on the E3200, including ports are not relevant. There is no need to set up the port on the E3200 redirects. All shipping is done only on the E2000 and nowhere else.

  4. What is the address LAN IP of the E3200? What is the address LAN IP of the E2000?

• Do not properly configure updates

  Updates download and install successfully.  But then I get the "Configuring updates" screen and it says that the updates were not properly set up.  The computer says then it's the return of the changes and then I don't have updates!  Someone at - it a solution?

• As a class of container return does not correctly

  I have a class actionscript (page.as) with a main container that contains all the components of the user interface of the page.  the issue im having is that when I do addChild (page) of the class of main project, that the container is not properly made since I can't see the color of debugging, or margins, and all the ui just componnets sit in the upper left corner of the screen.  We never seen it before and be willing to help me find a solution.

  I've finally found out of backups scheduled in Windows 7 because I could never determine what was a 'set' as there are has no indicators.

  I'm sorry to say this, but the function of backup on Windows 7 is one of the worst I've ever seen - taking control of the user for what type of backup, they are done but never explain what is contained in a 'set '.   "Windows periodically make a new backup set...". ', they say.  Really? When? Why do I see a game with 250 GB, a second 'package' with 35 GB and when I click on 'save now' the file was 197 GB?  What is contained in these 35 GB?  Incremental?  Differential?  The secret of the Dead Sea Scrolls?

  I'm not the first user to this problem, that is why users will third-party backup programs.  But it amazes me that MS cannot go down this basic procedure and explain it to the user.

  Backup programs work very well with the following options:

  Ask the user if they want to (1) create a 'complete' backup of the selected data, (2) create a "premium" with the files changed, or (3) "incremental" with the added files.  Indicate what kind of file the user seeks to him once it was created.  Is it so difficult?  .  In an attempt to "dumb down" the process there desperately ready to confusion with the result that if you delete a 'set' to clear a space not sure what you are deleting - very dangerous.

  If the user wants to simplify and give software MS control software HAS yet to tell them what a 'set' is and what it contains. (full/differential/differential)   Otherwise, you cannot delete all files or sets for fear of erase something essential.   And you won't find until you crushed.

  All first of all information about the device and the JDE:

  Device: BlackBerry Pearl 8130 (Bell)

  F/w: 4.3.0.66 (Platform 3.1.0.35)

  JDE: 4.3.0.1r

  Our application reacts on the main events of entry of the volume keys and set the audio volume accordingly in increments of 10. While net.rim.device.api.system.Audio.getVolume () works very well and returns the correct value, we are unable to adjust the volume. Adjustment is made through net.rim.device.api.system.Audio setVolume(int volume). Calling the method seems to succeed because there is no error returned. If we call setVolume (90) after that getVolume() return 100 the next call of getVolume() returns 90. However there is no noticeable change in volume. Even though getVolume() returns 0 audio is always heard.

  Play media files is via MMAPI, i.e. javax.microedition.media.Manager and javax.microedition.media.Player.

  Please note that the volume control works very well for BB Pearl 8100 with firmware version v4.2.1.101 (Platform 2.3.0.80) but fails for the above device. Application is signed.

  How is it possible to adjust the audio volume of BB Pearl 8130?

  CDMA devices (xx30) do not properly set the volume if you use the setVolume(int i) function.

  net.rim.device.api.system.Alert.setVolume (int x) is also available.
