Just moved over FCPx at first. FCPx has been a lot of animated titles and models as title sequence of rolls, cool text effects. I know that first some basics that you can load the CS6 version but they are just static titles. Are there other libraries (whether on the cloud or purchase) which have enlivened patterns etc that I can use in first?

There are a lot of After Effects to sell models that are animated, however.
We have a limited number of models After Effects free here, as well.

Hey guys, I was just wondering if Windows had an editing software, like the Mac does with it's Final Cut Pro, which allows me actually add and move images on the film plays in the background (Ergo you can have photos and movies playing at the same time and have photos take not whole screen but can be placed and sized anywhere). I know for a fact that this isn't an option with Movie Maker and I just got Adobe Premiere and it doesn't seem allow you to do that. Are their options for Windows?

Final cut pro to quit unexpectedly
I use final cut pro to make a slideshow of the meeting. I have downloaded some themes from film studios pixel has never had a problem before you export video will happen to about 30 to 50% then will leave the program.
I deleted my preferences and has a fixed disk utility still no luck it's the error I get.
I really need to get this implemented I am already stay up all night I have to do another video, but don't cause of final cut pro keep quitting. I managed to use iMovie is perfectly fine. There is enough space on my iMac did try it on my macbook pro even question really annoying any help will be appreciated the person of chat apple could not help me and the hotline came out. Software is also updated I have Siera.

Editing GoPro footage in Final cut pro 7

I shot a lot of footage recently on my new GoPro (30 p) 2704 × 1520, (.h264) and I need to convert for editing with Final Cut Pro 7, so that my system can handle it. My question is: what is the large size of the Final Cut 7 format can manage to edit a GoPro high resolution files (or other camera such as 2.7 k, 4 k formats?) I'll assume that I need to convert down to Apple Pro Res in 1440 x 1080? Correct size and codec?

Final cut pro works only with iCloud music
I have Final cut pro 10.2.3 sound only the trial version, I was about to buy it but I'm having an annoying problem may be due to the error of the user. When I download music on the cloud and try to put it on final cut the song appears but there no audio as if the song never had any audio recorded on it. If I double click on it before I drag it times the song, whats up is it me or final cut or a number?
p.s. If I out of youtube mp3 download I can use but which is not ideal and songs I've owned before iCloud work very well.

Hello, I work in a church and to help make videos of our service, we use Final Cut Pro. Now, the program crashed on me the other day and I got a message saying:

The frame for you size source of material is HDTV 1080i (16:9). That only sets the size of the image, not the domination of the field, it's what makes progressive or interlaced. The reason it's labels with the 'i' is that when FCP7 was abandoned by Apple, they have never updated the software in order to take account of 1080 p contents.
To make your progressive sequence, set the dominant field to None.

In your screenshot of the properties of the element for your clip to the source, the material is interlaced. At the original camera file interlaced or progressive?
Also, the fps footage was actually 30 original and 29.97 not standard? 30 images/s is very limited its use.

Import Final Cut Pro library media
Is it possible to import media from a library of Final Cut Pro X? The library is displayed in the import box, but is grayed out. I can't navigate down to see the content to allow access to the already imported media.
Not directly as much as I know.
Right-click on the FCP X library and select "show the contents of the package. There will be a folder for each event. Within each of these folders will be a "Original media" folder that contains links to clips (external media) or clips (managed media). Just make drag and drop links and clips into your iMovie event. Copies will be in your library from iMovie for you is going to be duplicate files. (I just checked that drag a FCP link creates a copy).

Audio visible, no audible after the .aaf of the Final Cut Pro project import
I received a file of a CONF (Advanced Authoring Format) of a Final Cut Pro user.
It simply gave a .mov for video and audio accompanying wth AudioFX and trails of laughter in the AAF file. He wanted to see if I could clean up the audio since I use Adobe Audition and have dome such work.
I followed the procedure that I understood to import the AAF:
I used After Effects to import the AAF. (Pro Import AfterEffects)
I export the created folder and then the comp on to Premiere Pro CS6.
Everything looks good, all audio is enabled, I see waveforms on the timeline. But I can't hear audio when I play the timeline (where video is displayed in the program window.)
If I double-click on a waveform in one of the layers, it opens in the Source window and VOILA! I can hear the audio.
What could I do wrong that I cannot hear the sound when I play or scrub in the Timeline?

Select all clips in the timeline, right-click and chose to remove the effects/attributes and uncheck everything except audio level, audio gain etc. There are at least three different places that control the volume out of the clip that sits in a timeline.
Also check the audio effects for each individual item

Export a Final Cut Pro XML file problem any translation problem
When I export the XML pro final cut, there is always a problem of translation like this "Transition... not translated, chained <>used instead."
Most of type transition can cause translation problems, except the wipe and cross dissolve.
Is there any body know the reason? Is it OK?

I work for a long time with Adobe products and generally when you encounter an error that has nothing to with an XML file export problem its due to such things as the effects you may have added in, color correction, bland Crusaders or any type of video transitions between clips. Don't forget that your workflow must be
Import your videos into Premiere Pro
Name your clips (help to find things later)
Place the clips on the timeline in the order you want (DO CUP that DO not add anything, transitions effects color nothing)
Then once all of your clips are placed on the timeline in your voucher order you then EXPORT > Final Cut Pro XMLNow you can put this in other programs for adjustment of colors, or whatever it is you do. You will find there is no error on export.
Once your fact is do what you do for the clips in another program (for example: the Divinci Resolve color adjustment) you can then export to your main project, and then add your effects and transitions.

If you plan to spend in FCP7, FCPX, Avid or another edition of Premiere Pro CS6 program, there are SEVERAL good reasons to do so, HOWEVER, if you deal with the edition of several cameras (multicam) so you think twice, until this problem is resolved.
How to edit in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 multicam? What is the best program editing for mulitcam or multiple camera editing? - The answer, as long as the question below is fixed, isn't Adobe Premiere Pro! From CS6 (version 6.0.2), this lack of 'design' or the 'weirdness' described below, multicam editing is very difficult and inefficient in Premiere Pro. These first two issues above are what I searched Google in hopes of a solution to a problem plaguing Adobe Premiere Pro for years, literally. Unfortunately, in the new Premiere CS6, with so many other great innovations, the question remains still makes it very difficult to do an editing multicam compared to Final Cut Pro 7, Avid, Sony Vegas, FCPX, etc.. They all handle editing multicamera in different ways but, having recently passed away from FCP7, and has worked on several modifications mulitcam, Premiere Pro CS6 (and CS5 and CS5.5) has serious problems with the multicam function that is broken right now (version 6.0.2) in first CS6 and fact editing multicam VERY frustrating experience and a lot less effective compared to the other NLE. If it's a drawing, then its imperfect as Yes, you can work around it and difficulty about what you did, but why so you have to keep wasting time precious 'fixing' in such things? All is not supposed.
The question:

Problems to export a sequence in Final Cut Pro XML... ideas?
I hope someone can shed some light on a problem that only seems to be one with first Pro CS5.5.2. Every time I try and export a unique sequence of a project of multi sequence in Final Cut Pro XML to return to fix the XML from the DaVinici file is a very large XML file that lists each sequence in the project and all files used by each sequence. Rather than simply describing the sequence selected when I go to file > export > Final Cut Pro XML.
I'm at a loss as to what is at the origin of the problem and have vainly what follows:
- Delete all files in rendering
- Project > remove unused
- Media preference cache cleaning
- Re-save the project under another name
- Import the calendar one at a time into a new project
- full reboot
- Copy the contents of a sequence to a new timeline using a different setting that is all deadlines are Black Magic XDCAM 1080p25 fps to own Prems XDCAM 1080p25 fps
None of these answers gave no success so far, but he has worked with other projects in the past on this machine.
Details of the system are: 12 Core 2010 Mac Pro 64 GB memory, OSX Lion, Master Suite CS5.5 (fully updated), black magic Deklink Extreme HD card, Nvidia Quadra card and an ATI Radeon 1 GB card standard.

Well, after some research, I found the disappointing answer to my problem.
Mainly down to my own ignorance that has just begun the process of transition in Premiere Pro and partly down to how XML and the XML Export options are processed first. In any case, I thought that as Final Cut Final Cut Pro XML Export option would work in a manner similar that is exported XML has been selected only sequence. I had made this assumption in part as other export as export Media options are specific selection and not the project globally.
All this means that it made for a very difficult workflow in terms of using color classification apps like DaVinci. Yes there are tools like those produced by the red giant for the ranking within the first large but personally I find them slow to use compared to a dedicated system, with adequate control surface, and while many are not as versatile as an application dedicated in my humble opinion.
I guess the other reason, he took was simply down to the fact that in many instances of first if something is global by default as the importation of another project you have the option to select the project or a sequence and a similar approach is being implemented in dynamic linking, which is great.
I think it would be great if Adobe would implement the option to export only a single sequence in XML format for round trip for the purposes and of course keep the full export of the project which I'm sure because many will be useful. It would also be useful if the XML Version 5 implementation, as this should allow the use of other third party XML tools as excellent Media copy 3.0 Atomic duck to get a report or copy files related to a project or a sequence based on a universal XML file. As well as extremely versatile and powerful return options.

Migration of files from final cut PRO HDV
I am trying to migrate from Final Cut Pro to Windows Adobe Production first CS5.5. I have a number of video files that were originally shot with a SONY HDV camera and captured in FCP. First will not import these files and Adobe Media Encoder has the same problem with the files. It gives me an error to import file:
... . MOV could not be imported. The source file is an invalid codec. Please verify that this is a file is valid.
I have no more SONY's HDV camcorder. I still have my FCP system I try to transcode the files with it. What can I do with these files to run in first? The rest of my video files are of a Canon 7 d.
Well, I give you two options:
- Extracts audio PCM stereo AC3 448 kbps mono the MOV, transcode the dual HDV video and wrap it as a M2T file. It is autonomous, but the audio is recompressed (although it is still high-fidelity).
- Extract the HDV video to M2V file, extract the audio PCM stereo WAV file (no recompression) and then you import both in Premiere Pro. You can select both components, right click and select Merge Clip and create a new clip married, then, to hold everything together. You would have to do this for each pair of files, but the advantage is that the audio is exactly the same as the original.
Take this zip: http://www.mediafire.com/file/94zvvop8rsm9pld/hdv.zip. Extract the content - ffmbc.exe and two batch files called hdv1.bat and hdv2.bat - the folder that contains your images. Double-click the package corresponding to the desired file. hdv1.bat creates a single file (n ° 1, above), while hdv2.bat creates two files (#2 above). Batch files are going to do this for every single MOV file in the folder. It is good to have the choice, no?
NOTE: It may not work. SBDAs HDV that I already have stereo audio, while your have two mono channels. I think I represented or in the batch file, but you may need some adjustments. What I suggest is to extract these files to a fresh folder first, and one of your copy inside SBDAs and then runs a batch or another. In this way, you can make sure it works without creating gigabytes of unnecessary files.

If I buy a newer computer (macbook)... with a NEW version of final cut... If I transfer all my info from my hard drive to the new computer, and if this newer computer has a new version of final cut pro, it will always show my "timeline" I have... to remember all my files?
If not... If I buy the same old version of final cut (6.0.6) and any transfer to another computer, my files will appear exactly as they did when I just changed my project?
