• Suddenly stop downloads

  Just got a new system and installed a new copy of Windows 7 and I have problems with downloading files. At the start of a download it will suddenly stall or stop randomly, but usually in a few seconds. Same thing happens when the streaming videos. This seems to happen in all browsers and software. Example: Windows Update does not work, because it crashes just on the section "Download". Same thing happens with any software to download files from the Internet.

  This only seems to happen with normal surfing, which I guess has to do with the size of the file. Speedtest works smoothly sometimes, sometimes will pick up, but only on downloads. It will never fail or stop. Transfer speeds are always good.

  I used to run XP and had no problems connecting. I also have a laptop Asus with Windows 7 and have no issues here either. All this happens just on the new system.

  Here are the specs:

  Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit SP1 build: 7601

  Motherboard Asus A88x-Plus

  A10 - 6800K APU 4.10 GHZ AMD

  32 GB OF RAM

  Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller (the most recent driver is installed, dated from: 17/06/2014)

  I have installed Antivirus software (because I could not download it on this computer, I just bought yesterday).

  My router is a TP-Link TL-WWR740N (with the latest firmware)

  connected to a PAUL GPON 2520 HAVE

  I tried the following things without success:

  1. switch the router, connection of the PC directly to have it.

  2 disable TCP/IPv6 on the LAN controller.

  3 turn off the automatic setting of TCP/IP.

  4 turn off remote differential Compression.

  5 download Mode safe mode with networking.

  6 turn off the firewall of Windows and routers. You can also and at the same time.

  I would like to recall the following: this happens on a desktop computer with a new installation of W7sp1 (new, out of the box) and not on a laptop older, also running W7sp1 (preinstalled by the manufacturer, updated for sp1 via Windows Updates), which I think would exclude the router and HAVE as guilty.

  My bet was on the LAN controller, but since replacing it with a wireless controller has not changed anything, the only thing left would be something in the operating system.

  So I made an update out-of-line, download WSUS and Microsoft Updates on a different computer, and after I have them installed on the new system the problem disappeared.

  It seems that Microsoft had already identified the problem and it patched, but since I couldn't run Windows updates it would have been nice to know the necessary update.

  I know that server in CS5 functions or obsolete, but I finished a database with forms from their yesterday.  Today when I got home, went to shortcuts, then the Recordset; the Panel of recordset is not automatically updated with my information in the table as if it was yesterday.  WampServer is on and functioning, and when I test the MySQL connection it says I have a good connection.  Even if I go to one of the pages I created yesterday, who already has a Recordset; When I recheck recordset the Panel still will not automatically update the information in the table.

  Your new screenshot shows the dialog box Simple recordset for a Recordset. The screenshot in the first post shows exactly what you get if you click on the Advanced button.

  In the simple Recordset dialog box, all the tables are listed in the columns text box.

  In the advanced Recordset dialog box, they are listed under the items of data at the bottom of the dialog box. Expand the Tables node, and you will see all your tables listed.

  As I said previously, what you're watching is the dialog box to create a new recordset object. If you want to change an existing recordset object, click the name of the recordset in the server behaviors panel.

  Perhaps.  Visit the hardware manufacturer's website and download and install its adequate for your sound card card device drivers.  (Audio).

  What you have is not something I know in light of what you have. ;-)

  Windows Explorer crashes is mainly caused by an incompatible Shell Extension.

  When the Windows Explorer crashes, Windows Error Reporting Service [1] creates a dmp under C:\Localdumps. Please download the file to your public Skydrive folder [2] and post the link here. I take a look at the discharge with the debugger, maybe that I can see what Shell extension is the cause.

• Control Panel System Windows Explorer has stopped working

  When I press on the Control Panel, system, I get an error "Windows Explorer has stopped working" and then control panel stops. I get this error every time I have to perform this action. When I run my PC on Safe Mode, it works fine and I get no error and I'm able to run the options that appear when the 'Systems' option is selected. Other tasks in the control panel seem to work correctly.  I also noticed that I get similar messages "windows Explorer or the program has stopped working" periodically when I perform other tasks in internet explore, etc.

  I tried all the recommendations described in of KB/269949 and KB/929135 knowledge articles and many items in the Microsoft community, Microsoft and the Internet site. For example, update the video driver, auditor of file system (CFS), Virus scan, Mode safe, clean boot, memory RAM test, etc.. I also tried all the relevant actions I could think under the Microsoft Fix tool. Each of them has not solved the problem.

  I have a laptop Acer Aspire 5742 G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 with 8 GB of memory, running Windows 7 with all the latest updates installed, so all drivers have been updated. I also use the last IE 11 with all updates.

  This is an update to my problem. It might be useful to others with similar problems.

  My problem has not been resolved, but I decided to live with it. It was a difficult decision after a major disaster, I almost lost everything on my PC to try and solve the problem.

  I put the finger on the problem with the graphics ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 version 8.741.1.5000 dated dated 25/08/2010 driver. I noticed that when I check for an update using Control Panel, Device Manager, select the graphics card above and updates, windows comes back with a message indicating that it is the best available driver.

  I made the mistake to check the AMD website to see if there is a newer driver. According to their instructions and download their program, they recommended a more recent drive using the catalyst for AMD. The new driver is Version 14.301.1001.0 dated 15/09/2014 date. The same driver is also selected if I the Slimdrivers application user. With this new driver, the problem disappeared. In other words, I was able to use the Control Panel, System menu and access the submenus system without any problems. I thought I had solved the problem. I repeated the process and checked for the driver from the Windows Control Panel, Device Manager and look for the updates. Surprise. This review of windows update back to the original version of the 25/08/2010. The problem is back again. I repeated this process with re-installing Catalyst from AMD with the same results.

  However, I noticed that the AMD Catalyst, never finished the installation and the installation crashed. Updated the driver before it crashed.

  My major problem occurred when I tried to restart the PC with the new driver installed by AMD Catalyst. My PC and Windows would not start. He gave me a number of errors that the problem cannot be corrected. I tried all the solutions, Safe Mode, point to restore, System Restore and all the choices given in the articles from Microsoft. None of them worked.

  Finally, after many hours, days and nights that I was able to use an Acer recovery disk, I created when I bought the laptop. One on the Image worked system recovery options and I could get my PC to a more ancient date. The driver is the original edition of 2010 the year with the same problem.

  Therefore, I decided to live with the problem. I can access the submenus of system using startup and entering in the auxiliary system option in the search box. I wrote these submenus.

  WARNING TO OTHER USERS. DO NOT TRY to UPDATE THE ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470, 8.741.1.5000 driver version dated 25/08/2010, using catalyst of MCDA.

  Furthermore, my assessment is that if I try to restore my PC to the factory default condition, once all windows updates are installed and I install my apps, the same problem will occur. If I did think I would lose a lot of useful applications, which I'm not sure that I can restore. I have a lot of useful data that I use for more than 20 years and I can't afford to lose their jobs. I would live with the problem until something more grand occurs. In this case, I would by a new laptop. I would make sure that there no AMD ATI products on this topic.

  For some time many of my Control Panel programs have stopped working. They don't open and absolutely nothing happens when I click on them... even not an error notice.

  I tried the windows update, but not yet that works. I tried to use the Microsoft Fix It tool, but tells me there is no problem.

  As part of the same show, I can't install new programs. They will download but I can not fire installers.

  Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

  I was going to suggest two options, but I think that this laptop is beyond the point where it can be retrieved by the bits here and there the pieces...

  So save all your documents, music, photos and more on an external drive, then go to restore full back to factory ...

  Click on the link view and request hotfix downloads select the platform (x 86 or x 64) and type in your email twice and enter the captcha ad click request hotfix.

  Install the update and restart, now, the problem should be solved.

When I right click on any folder it says "recording of the UI language is not valid" 5 times and for a split second, it says "Corrupted registry" then it works.   The error message says something about corrupt registry.
  So, it seems that this issue would be related to incorrect or damaged registry entries.

  If the registry is damaged, your operating system will not work as it should and can feel such or similar problems.

  I m using the CCLeaner to clean the registry and other system files.
  It s a free tool and you should try it.

  If this does not work and if you notice the same question so I would recommend reinstalling the OS using the Toshiba recovery disc.
  In most cases this will help you fix this registry
