somehow, I have two of each song (different transmission speeds) on my wmp. Library. I have a lot of files. IM simply trying to delete all the songs in double with higher throughput. I think that sounds better right lower bitrate? If I have to delete them individually, it will take all day! Please can you hlp model?
Hi kari skeins.
You can re-create the database of Windows Media Player and see if that fixes the problem. Follow these steps:
(a) output Windows Media Player.
(b) click Start, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player, and then click OK.
(c), select all the files in the folder and then click on Delete on the file menu.
Note: You don't have to remove the folders that are in this folder.
(d) restart Windows Media Player.
Note: Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.
If this does not resolve the problem, disable the Windows Media Player database cache files. To do this, follow these steps:
(a) output Windows Media Player.
(b) click Start, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoftand then click OK.
(c) select the folder Media Player and then click on Delete on the file menu.
(d) restart Windows Media Player.
Note: Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

Music files will not appear on Media Player
I downloaded a few songs that are bonus, either to a store or Japanese bonus tracks exclusive track. I put all the information and initially, they were to be seen with the rest of the album. But for some reason, they show now. If I click on it in Windows Explorer, they play and it shows the album cover. But for some reason it won't put them with the other songs on the album.
Hi James,
Thanks for posting in the Microsoft community

Discs CD - R burned with the Finder in Yosemite are unreadable by other players of CD despite the burned music files individual, .aif format. When it is burned with iTunes, all right. Any ideas?
A CD to use in an Audio CD drive must be formatted as an Audio CD.
Finder cannot create an audio CD, instead, it creates a data CD.
Therefore, use iTunes to create create an Audio CD.

WMA WMP-import of files to mp3 format
Hello
How does a wma import flies as fies mp3 in Windows Media Player. I want uplode files to Amazon Cloud.
Any help appreciated.
Concerning
Jim
Hello
If you try to import from an audio CD WMA files (also called rip a CD), the information contained in the following Help article should be useful, specifically, the information entered under the option to rip music from a CD . Please read this information carefully and see if it helps you as well, here is the link:
Extract music from a CD
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/rip-music-from-CD#rip-music-from-CD=Windows-Vista
If the WMA files you're talking about are stored somewhere else outside of an Audio CD, please let us know more - where are these recorded WMA files? These WMA files are stored locally on the hard drive of your computer, so if you want to upload to Amazon cloud as MP3s, you can consider converting these WMA files into MP3 files using a file converter software. In this case, Windows Media Player is unable to help you. Take a look at the information shared by J to volunteer in the following thread:
This article contains information about uploading files to Amazon Cloud.
Hope this information is useful. Keep us informed on the State of the question, we will be pleased to be of further assistance.

I want to convert my video files in FLV format as im eager to export the video in flash, this seems to be the only format that it will accept. Media Encoder is more to this format, how can I get around this?
I could be wrong, but in my research for this issue, I learned that there is no solution from Adobe to convert an F4V or a FLV. I talked to Adobe support directly and they told me to buy a 3rd party conversion program. I find absolutely stupid that the only way to embed a video in Animate using a FLV or F4V, and there is no codec to convert video in this format.

May I know the process to convert Doc to PDF files. If you use Acrobat to convert the files, and then with the same application you open.
If you used another process, in this case try using the Adobe Acrobat Reader application. Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

HP 19 all-in-One: burn rights for Windows Media Player
I can't se a problem with the media player, but recently, I've had several songs/albums in my Media Player present information icons next to them. When I click on these icons, it says that I have no burn rights for these files. The problem is, I've always been able to play and burn them in the past, and now I can't even read. These files are exactly my own CD that I bought and ripped to my computer in the past. When I am trying to collect information about how I can fix this, it opens a new window which provides the following:
The license can not be downloaded because your Web browser is not supported.
To download a license, you must install Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or later.
To install the latest version of Internet Explorer, see the Windows Update page.
So, I guess my question is, why in the world I download Internet Explorer just for that? I have Google Chrome as my browser and I don't want to download Internet Explorer, because I do not prefer it. Any other solution to the problem or explanation why this is happening now? Please let me know if you can and thank you for your time.
This happens when using. WMA, * Windows Media Audio format.
You can convert your audio files. MP3 and that should fix the problem.
Convert several files first to check. So if successful you can batch convert your files using the Converter of IQMango or other converter files media of your choice.
If you found my answer helpful please say thank you by clicking the s cursor Up icon. Thank you!

Hi all
I loaded music from a USB key for the 'my music' folder in the document library, even though I can play music through media player, I can't find a way to create a burn list, because the music does not appear in the media player library - can you please help?
Thank you
Yvonne
No need to copy and paste. Simply add the folder that contains the music files to the library in this same dialog box.
