  Hi, Yes, I know this is how it should work, but was funny. It's a problem with my old computer I think. I am trying the implementation of a new system and when I downloaded 'documents' on my new machine everything behaved normally and he did the right folder thing.  So it doesn't seem to be a problem with my old vista machine that goes down!   Sounds like Firefox cannot have been closed completely when the files have been copied, or the copy and replace files with the same name did not. Windows should have asked if you want to replace each old file with the 'copied' version, and that didn't happen to you ignored.

  Or you copied the files in the profile \Local Sattings\App Data\ folder and not the profile folder OK \App Data\ - , but that would not have re-created empty files.

As of late, however, we are more able to copy files or folders which are in all shared folders. Basically, when we try to copy any file or folder that is located in one of our share points, we get the error "Unable to connect to the server because the name or password is incorrect". This error occurs for each user account, including my own, that has been specified as an administrator account. We are able to add files and folders (e.g.: copy from our local computers to folders) as well as rename the files and folders that are located in shared folders. We can also create files without any errors, so I'm fairly certain it's not a permissions issue. In addition, I tried deleting completely all files and recreate their but not always the same error. I also tried to create new user accounts (accounts directory Local as the Local network directory) and the problem persists when you are connected to the server using these new accounts. I just don't know what else to do as this seems to be a software problem. Any ideas?

  OK, a little update. We have a mac (iMac) client computer that still works under OS X Yosemite. The user on this computer is able to copy files and folders without receiving this error. This same user has also a Macbook that runs El Capitan. Using the same network login for access to the server of their Macbook results in the same error message. All users who receive this error also run El Capitan on their Macs. With this latest development, I'm pretty much able to conclude that this error is the result of El Captain customers access to a shared folder on a server of Yosemite. What is curious is that I did not always have this error since the upgrade to El Capitan. I am sure that this problem came only in the last month or so leading me to conclude that either update to El Capitan (on the computers of our customers) or an update to Yosemite or the Server app) on the computer server has created this error. The issue is upgrading of the computer server to El Capitan solve this problem or am I in for a whole new can or worms?

  Since no one answered my call, I sat and researched and studied WaveBurner behavior and I can myself answer my question and solve. Since there were a lot of people asking similar questions on WaveBurner files I will post what I learned.

  Whenever you drop your audio files in the list window to make your WaveBurner CD copy not copy your audio files, but relies on the original audio file, where they are located. So whenever you move the files orig. and you open WaveBurner, it can't find those and displays an error window to suggest it will search for the missing file or if you know where he is now lets you find manually. WaveBurner usually place the .wb3 project file that contains everything including your home folder.

  For this reason, I reserve now an audio file WaveBurner also folder in my home folder. In order to save themselves from WaveBurner cannot find the audio file, all audio files that I do, I put in my folder of audio files WaveBurner first, then copy them in WaveBurner from there.

  Select the drive in the Finder and select the get info in the file menu.

  If it is the Windows NT file system format, install software such as Paragon NTFS on the computer or reformat the hard disk.

  If it's in a different format, choose Utilities in the Finder Go menu, open disk utility and use the repair disk function or first aid in this regard.
