Correct the settings of export for an HD project from Canon xh - a1

I came to Premiere Pro to use Final Cut Express. I captured images of my Canon XH - A1, edited it, added music and am now ready to export the file to DVDs and youtube.

This is where my problems start. I thought that the format Quicktime would give me a preset for HD video. This isn't. I looked at several alternatives and not managed to confuse me.

(1) what would be the best setting to restore a file to use for creating DVDs?

(2) what would be the best setting for the rendering of a file to use to create youtube video? Section "B" to this question would be "is H264 where I should start at the creation of youtube?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I tried to use Lynda.com for this and not sure that my answers will work for this.

1 Mpeg-2 dvd, game source, quality attributes. Multiplexer No.

2. simply choose a preset of Youtube (its under H.264) they work fine.

  • change the settings of export based on photo

    Hi all, I searched a lot, without finding an answer to this task: I need to change the settings of export based on unique photo, for example settings megapixels resize factor rating function.

    I know that export settings can be changed with updateExportSettings but it is global for all photos of.

    I also know that in the Export Department, I can define a processRenderedPhotos function in the loop inside the session: "renditions", I can do additional actions on each photo, but after having been made.

    I know finally I can define a filter Service where to put the postProcessRenderedPhotos function, but it is a post-processing work so after the photo was made and registered...

    Then... How do I? Where to put code to change exportSettings for each photo based on a feature of the photo?
    Thanks a lot for your help

    How to access every photo in the function "filterSettings = function (renditionToSatisfy, exportSettings)"...? As I said, I need customization of the exportSettings based on characteristics of the photo, so I need to access the photo associated with a current rendering: how?

    The 'renditionToSatisfy' argument is class LrExportRendition, and renditionToSatisfy.photo gives the restored LrPhoto.

  • Confusion with the settings of export to YouTube

    I looked here, but there is so much of it that I don't understand and cannot find sufficient explanations for anywhere.  It's not very often that I have create YouTube videos, but when I do, I need to use the best quality.  Please keep in mind that what I'm looking for above all is WHERE and HOW to change these export settings format in Premiere Pro while exporting to H.246.

    https://support.Google.com/YouTube/answer/1722171?hl=en

    So basically, I have a list of questions, what I need answers.  I use the latest version of first Pro CC 2014 (2015 is NOT yet).

    "Container: MP4.

    • No lists Edit (or the video power are not treated correctly)
    • Moov atom at the front of the file (quick start)"

    I tried to find something this moov atom, but most of the explanations that I find are very old.  Similarly, they are confusing to me.  What is Premiere Pro automatically takes care of nowadays when exporting H.264?  Is there something I should be doing instead?

    "Video Codec: H.264.

    • Progressive scan (without interlacing)
    • High-profile
    • 2 consecutive B-frames
    • Closed group of PICTURES. GOP of half of the cadence.
    • CABAC
    • Variable bitrate. No rate limit necessary, though we offer recommended flow rates below for reference
    • "The chroma subsampling: 4:2:0"

    From what I've read about the GOP, I think it has something to do with keyframes, but I really don't understand it no more.  In the export settings for I make that adjustment?

    Similarly, is something that first already uses, or is there a setting that needs to be adjusted so that CABAC?  If so, how do I adjust that?

    I'm also not sure what decides the type of images (as in the B frames, above).

    I don't see where this Chroma subsampling option is either.

    Finally, if YouTube recommends being transferred to 384 kbit/s AAC stereo audio, why do stereo audio AAC which is attached to the H.264 video in first is limited to be exported to 320 Kbps?  I noticed that audio 5.1 going up to 640 Kbps, but my audio is not stereo, so I do not think, it would be wise to use 5.1 just to get a flow rate higher with AAFC.

    Now, understand, I'm aware that some of these options are probably the things that are determined by the H.264 on its own; but that's what I need to know in the first place.  That's what recommend YouTube and read the pattern online that really does refer to the YouTube is NOT useful; That's why I need to know how to change all the settings I've already mentioned, what instead of some of the things I've done and also how to change these export settings since some of them appear not at all, if they can even be changed in the first place.

    Personally, I wouldn't worry too much on this subject that recommend YouTube and just use the appropriate YouTube H264 predefined in PremierePro.

    Try to match their recommendations for what would probably be a different infitesimal of quality would simply wither away your life

    We use Office 365 and I have problem like this. Thank you

    Sorry for the delay in replying, but we believe that it is because you have the 64-bit version of Office installed, which is not supported by the DPS to export the PowerPoint Plug-in. You must use the 32-bit version of Office (which is what recommends Microsoft, see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee681792.aspx)

  • What are the permissions of file for temporary files downloaded from IE?

    I'm just thinking that if I was looking for the web and a file is downloaded from a Web site, can these files in the temporary folder then in turn have permission to do whatever he wants on the computer too much, or is the purpose of these files to make sure that all temporary files downloaded by IE usable only by Internet Explorer. Confused? Made you think.

    In other words, these temporary files are not allowed to be access by any other program other than IE, right?

    Only, I can't find an explanation on the internet, so I thought I would ask here.

    Hello

    Please contact Microsoft Community.

    I understand from the description of the issue, you have any question regarding the temporary files that are downloaded as well as other files.

    Temporary files may or may not affect other programs outside the Internet Explore.

    If logged in as an administrator, these files may be authorized to may changes to other files or programs.

    However, if you use a standard account, they maybe isn't complete or sufficient permissions.

    You can keep safe surfing online as temporary files may contain spyware or viruses.

  • correct the settings of the sequence for my a7s sony images?

    What is the parameters in the correct sequence for my a7s sony images? I turned it to 1080 p 23.976 FPS using the codec internal xavc of cameras.

    I havet always has a yellow 'making' line above when I fall into the sequence?

    Meaning of yellow bar:

    It is not an indicator of a problem, or is this something to worry about. It's just a status indicator.

    This means that in the estimation of workstations in the file source and current hardware configuration, it 's going to be most likely to be able to reproduce the material in real time, but this is not certain.

    This is because the XAVC codec is highly compressed, which means that Premiere Pro to "decompress" each image - in the Group of pictures (GOP) it is stored in - to display 23.976 times in one second everything by getting both audio and video streams, as well as follow-up of the unsolicited user entries.

  • Correct the settings of 16 X 9 Source Mini-DV SD

    I finally have my HDV workflow down. Know the correct import, project Pro P, project again and Media Encoder of rendering parameters to use to get a nice outing.

    But could use help from some 16 X 9 (widescreen) SD source Mini-DV video from a Sony DCR-HC90.

    My ex NLE users these values are set automatically and I have not edited any of these images in CS4 Pr Pro and more.

    I know you must get X X correct parameters so that a TV big screen at this SD material is displayed correctly.

    My final product will be DD 5.1 SL or DL DVD SD, more high-quality rendering.

    So what resolution of project settings (I guess there are presets that work) should I use for:

    Capture format - I guess that DV?

    Pro PR project settings

    Rendering of Media Encoder settings

    Yet the project settings?

    With my HD workflow, I can keep my the same HDV resolution throughout the workflow. I am at a loss on the way to best quality to do with SD DV source material.

    I have to use the media encoder to make my video and audio separately since I use DD 5.1 audio so I use media encoder and links not dynamic.

    Thanks for the help!

    Much will depend on how you found your material PrPro in yet.

    If you export the PrPro as a 100% compatible MPEG-2 DVD, and then again should show as do not transcode.

    If you export as DV - AVI, then still have to transcode it into MPEG-2. In this case, there is a DV - AVI transcoding (uncheck resampling), but who will be minimal. Then again will transcode MPEG-2, either automatically, or you can click the transcoding settings in the project Panel to specify exact transcoding applied. If you use the ADL (Adobe Dynamic Link), there will be no export, so no transcoding PrPro, but then for the DVD release, there will be necessary, just as transcoding above - defined manually or auto.

    In regards to the big screen vs Standard, there will be flags to tell you, if she's from a file exported/imported or ADL. PrPro material, should be without issue with seeing and honoring these flags. With another material, it will depend on many factors.

    Hope that helps,

  • format of the file exported by the plugin SDK exporter for first pro cs4

    Hello

    I am trying to build a plugin that can use a codec customized to export a video imported to h264 format.

    The codec I use converts a raw YUV420 format h264 video. As stated in the Guide of the first SDK

    the exporter SDK is not compressed 8-bit RGB with or without alpha and packed
    10-bit YUV (v410). The initial rendering is done by the RenderVideoFrame() function call, which is said in RenderAndWriteVideoFrame().

    It is then converted using various calls such as ConvertFrom8uTo32f(), ConvertFromBGRA32fToVUYA32f() and ConvertFrom32fToV410().

    The problem I facing m's than I m not able to check if the RenderVideoFrame() is working properly and the format in which he writes.

    Is it possible to check using any multimedia player that can play the exported video. Unless I know that the exact exported format (correct)

    I won't be able to convert the required format of YUV420 I need.

    Also if I use the ConvertFrom functions and use only the video stream released RenderVideoFrame, can u clearly specify the format

    and any multimedia player that can play, in order to check the operation.

    Thank you

    Agam

    Hello Agam,

    The exporter is what writes the actual file, so, technically, you can create everywhere where you want.  The exporter gets exDoExportRec.fileObject during the exSelExport selector.  You can use the file Export Suite to get the path provided by the host (Premiere Pro) and instead to write media to a different file path using your own file system calls.

    However, written to a different location may have undesirable side effects, since the host won't know if you changed the destination of the file.  This could cause some things to not work, including:

    Automatic importation after having made a direct export (do not use the queue of rendering SOUL)

    * XMP embedding (for metadata)

    * Post FTP Encoder process (which can be specified by the user in the export settings FTP tab)

    You can deploy MP4, from a file-cpvc also internally, but this is pure video, non-interactive.

    The classic way to create a simulation with Captivate uses automatic Capture (file cptx), where you have the choice between the demonstration, Simulation and training simulation assessment (with an increase of degree of interactivity). And these files can be published to SWF/HTML (interactive) PDF format...

  • Correct the sequence of events for the loading of XML

    I have a complex object in Actionscript that I managed test and loading on a local computer. However, when I publish on the web, different network conditions cause the application trying to access the properties of the complex object before the XML file that defines it is finished processing. So I get null reference errors.

    I'm trying to understand the correct event system to notify my application I want only to access the properties of my complex once the XML file has been finished read to and populated my complex object properties. Any suggestions on what to do?

    I really wish that these forums have a tag formatting code or something so it's horrible, but in general this is what I have:

    package {}

    import flash.events.Event;
    import flash.events.IEventDispatcher;
    import flash.net.URLLoader;
    import flash.net.URLRequest;

    public class {ComplexObject
    private var xmlDoc:XML;
    private var request: URLRequest;
    private var loader: URLLoader;

    private var property1:String;
    private var property2:Number;
    etc.
    Supposed getter and setter functions
    }
    public void loadData() {}
    This.Request = new URLRequest ("config.xml");
    This.loader = new URLLoader (this.request);
    this.loader.addEventListener (Event.COMPLETE, xmlLoaded);
    }
    private void xmlloaded(evt:Event) {}
    this.xmlDoc = XML (this.loader.data);
    fill the object with the elements read from XML file
    This.Property1 = xmlDoc.property1
    etc.
    }
    }

    I can import and instantiate an object of this class in the main MXML file and call the function loadData fine locally. When there are network issues involved (IE on the web) I want the XML processing to occur independently and complete before doing anything else. What is the correct order of events management? My question may be too complex, but any tips or pointers to resources would be appreciated.

    I see nothing obviously 'wrong' with what you do; the complete event should not be distributed until the data has been loaded. I don't see where you apply the actual load.

    However, I use this technique to load XML data. There are easier ways. I would like to use HTTPService with resultFormat = "e4x". The HTTPService result event will be triggered when completely loaded data. You can do either in MXML or ActionScript.

  • Correct the settings to use the mov and mp4 files in CS5

    Hey guys,.

    1st time on the forum and probably a pretty noob question, but if I change an instructional video and images is in mp4 and mov formats, is there a particular model when you create a session that I should use? I find that my video don't line up when I import it within the parameters of HDV. I'm trying to align, but the audio shows that it is a few milliseconds each side.

    Frustrating!

    Charlie

    UPDATE *.

    Now, I realized that the two videos have slightly different frame rates. MP4 is 30.01 and MOV is 29.97 could that cause synchronization problems? Any way to change this?

    Convert the 30.01 to constant framerate with HandBrake

    Use including a hdv preset, in my opinion, as a xdcam ex preset is a better choice. Long ago, I'm using cs5.
