    Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see that you have recently formatted your PC running the Windows 7 operating system and now you cannot print to your F2410 not HP's Deskjet.

    I would like you to follow the steps below:

    Please, try disabling your firewall and perform a clean boot. Now, follow the steps below:

    1. disconnect the USB key if you use a direct connection.

    2. remove the software HP Deskjet F2410 not to uninstall from the control panel of your computers an option of the program.

    3. restart the computer.

    4. make sure that all them that software Deskjet F2410 has disappeared from the list of programs, but also your HP folder listed under all programs in your Start Menu.

    I'm runnning a program as an administrator in my own session (not administrator). When I try to print a document with these programs, it is not printed.
    It's so strange to me... I think that the printer does not receive the order to print the document :/

    The printer is correctly installed, it works if I use another program to test (performed in my own user).

    I solved my problem. I logged in as an administrator user and I had to add the printer manually, because there is not any printer installed for the administrator user. Then when I logged in under my own user I tried again and the document was printed.

    I have a printer all-in-one Officejet 4620 wireless. I have a new router (the same brand and model brand new), and none of my info has changed. My printer does not connect to the internet more.     I had already followed many of the steps in the procedure you provided me with, but I have never type in folder in the start menu

    I just removed the USB cord and went to devices and printers and click on uninstall all software and drivers, then went to the control panel to ensure that it did not appear anywhere and did a reboot. the I went to HP website and downloaded the drivers and full software features and followed the instructions and did a restart, but does not yet so finally I did a system restore to where I got the new router/modem and now it prints very well.

    I think the problem is my browser as you say because in the FILE menu I still don't have the menu SAVE, it is grayed out, SAVE option YOU only.

    Do a system restore back IE 9 but the key is that the printer is now working and sweeping as it was before.
