• BC is collecting tax on shipping.

  I have my shopping cart set up so that the tax is charged on orders to Utah and not charged anywhere else.  Well now if I put a fixed port fees it charges tax on so that shipping charges.  For example, I created a delivery option for $1-$50 orders have a $14.00 shipping.  When I have an order of Utah and choose this option in the shopping cart, it shows the cost of shipping as $15,03 representing $14.00 more % 7.35 tax.  Tax should be charged on the products but not on shipping costs.  Is it possible to not tax shipping charges?

  As you mentioned that you have not applied any tax to navigation, but are applied automatically, seems to me that the tax is applied as you mentioned the State tax. You can disable the tax to apply to navigation by clicking on shopping cart page layout and set it to false for 'Apply tax to shipping' in the following format.

  {tag_shippingoptions, true, OnlyChargeCountryUsers, ShipToSingleCountry, a pplyTaxToShipping, ApplyTaxToGiftVouchers}

  Only users of fresh country - True by default. For example, if your customers are in the United States, while they are obliged to choose the State they want the goods to be shipped and you will have to pay the relevant taxes. However if the customer to purchase is in Australia and expedient the goods in California to the United States, they are forced not to pay taxes to the State.

  Ship to one country. If you ship only to one country, then enter the country 2-letter country code, for example US to the United States, otherwise leave blank. Empty by default in order to allow delivery to any country.

  Applying to the tax for shipping fresh - True by default. If you do not want State taxes to be applied to shipping, then that the false value.

  Apply tax to gift - True by default. If the basket contains products and good-giftware state tax is applied to each of them.   I have a document of numbers with 2 sheets, and I use it to calculate the postage costs. I have a sheet that has costs for each weight (100 g, 200 g... 800 g), and I'm trying to enter prices in weight on the second worksheet.

  Basically I want to do is have the following (imagine that each row is a column of a row):

  Name of the product ()Entered manually) for example socks

  Weight of the product (so already rounded to 100g, don't have to worry about lines) for example 200 g

  Cost of shipping the product (taken from the cost of sheet 1 to send weight given) for example, £ 5.00

  How to display this value?

  I searched everywhere trying different methods, but I can't seem to make it work.

  I managed to solve this problem by using the SUMIF formula:

  SUMIF(B3,800,$World zone 2 Economy cost $800) +.

  SUMIF(B3,700,$World zone 2 Economy cost $700) +.

  SUMIF(B3,600,$World zone 2 Economy cost $600) +.

  SUMIF(B3,500,$World zone 2 Economy cost $500) +.

  SUMIF(B3,400,$World zone 2 Economy cost $400) +.

  SUMIF(B3,300,$World zone 2 Economy cost $300) +.

  SUMIF(B3,200,$World zone 2 Economy cost $200) +.

  SUMIF (B3, 100, $World Zone 2 economy cost $100)

  Basically, if B3 shows 800, then show the sum of 'Costs in economics world Zone 2 800'. Sum is the only figure here because I'm not adding anything, and using this formula with $ about the cost of the economy world Zone 2 (column name) and 800 (value), then it retains these for copy - paste.

• Repairs under warranty in the United Kingdom

  I bought a Toshiba M305D-S4830 in the United States, with limited international warranty Standard (1 year). Currently, I am now in England.

  My screen flashes (no fault of mine), and I'd like to get it fixed now, that my warranty expires in September this year. I looked at the authorized service providers in the United Kingdom which would fix a laptop with the International Service guarantee, and I contacted the closest to here where I live now. The repair shop said that it would cost 17 pounds to ship the laptop per trip (which is 34 pounds!) for the service.

  (It is ridiculous, because when I was in the United States and had laptops from other brands, shipping was free, or I had to pay for Fedex shipping for only one way. My laptop at the time were bought in Malaysia and was under warranty international too in the United States).

  In any case, I expect a cheaper method. If I send the deposit of Toshiba UK & Ireland, is it cheaper? Everybody here experience with repairs under warranty for this ASP and have knowledge about the costs of shipping?

  Of course, there is difference between Americans and Europeans of the rules. To be honest, I think these rules also depending on the country and may not be the same for all European countries.
  Have you tried to contact other SPAS in the United Kingdom? Just to see if there is some difference.

  My portable German model was repaired this year in Croatia (holiday).
  After 10 days I went laptop repaired.
  Service was not so far in my case and I brought here alone.
  Maybe you can do the same. The key is that your laptop will be repaired.

  Any suggestions on where to buy a replacement for a HP 14-q010dx Chromebook charger? Product # F2E142A.

  I bought a universal computer charger laptop iGO, who was supposed to work with any laptop (all kinds of different "stuff" to plug into the computer), but none of the advice to adapt the Chromebook.

  The HP site doesn't sell chargers for their Chomebooks as far as I could tell (I tried several ways).

  Amazon.com has a Pwr +® 12 ft 90W AC adapter laptop laptop charger for HP Chromebook 14 - q series but whereas it specifies "14-q049WM" it does not mention "14-q010dx", which makes me suspicious. It's $24,90 + $3.99 S & H = $28,89 for delivery the next day (I have Amazon Prime, which reduces the shipping cost).

  Amazon has also a replacement adapter cord for Pc/computer Hp Chromebook MSN: 14-q010dx by Thor Ultratek for 13,98 $5.49 + shipping costs. Ships from and sold by ElectronicExpert. Estimated delivery date: January 5-8. No expedited shipping available. Since I was only 2.5 hours left on my battery, I'd rather have something faster.

• BUG: Windows Update, a negative impact on the user.

  This is the second time I had this problem, but this time I thought what is the problem.

  When Windows Update installs an update and requests that restart the computer and you can report up to four hours. The problem is, it ignores completely any request to postpone until after the first. If you select 4 hours, then 3 hours later tell him to postpone once again for 4 more, it will still restart regardless of your desire, an hour later.

  I have a V3-112 p-C3CM here for someone who wants more storage. After opening the unit I noticed that there is space for a 2.5 hard drive and also solder points but no normal connection.

  So my question. Is it possible to add a SSD or other hard disk of 2.5 inches and someone if it's possible could give the link for the product.

  About 2 years ago, I bought a converted copy of Vista Home Premium to replace the disks 'restore your PC OS' terrible that came with my Gateway PC.  I have replaces chipset in my Tower and I wanted to get the disc for the 64-bit version of Vista, but the old links do not work.

  How can I get this upgrade?  I don't want to get Windows 7 now with 8 relatively soon.

  With other editions of Vista, if you have purchased a retail license, Microsoft would ship the 64-bit Edition for the cost of shipping.

  If a friend has a drive for Vista 64-bit, you can borrow and install the 64-bit Edition.
