Could you please cancel my subscription?
I downloaded and did my first payment to the Adobe Creative Cloud, with Photoshop and Lightroom and don't get me wrong, they are amazing programs. My computer, however, is not as fond of the tools that I am, and that's why I also ask you to cancel my subscription so I can get some more respectful of the computer laptop software (s).

I got the e-mails concerning a final payment attempt failed, and at least I update my payment method that they cancelled my membership with fees for possible cancellation. Could I have it please my membership cancelled without any cancellation fees?

Cancellation fees noted in the "terms & conditions" purchase.
There are some conditions such that when you make a purchase of CC or CC couldn't work due to technical problems after troubleshooting widely etc. where cancellation fees can be waived off the coast.

If you encounter a problem, then you can contact customer service.
Make sure that connect you to your Adobe ID, under which you have Acroabt license and choose the product in the list.
Then select chat or call option under "still need help? Contact us. "

(50 +) notifications that you can get is about your activity on the forums. When you go to the Inbox so you can mark all as read invite him (50 +) will disappear.
