  I'm trying to connect the usb-6221 to an old laptop with XP and Labview 6.0.2. I said that's not possible with NOR-DAQmx. This old version of Labview does not NOR-DAQmx, there NEITHER-DAQ 6.8 installed. Reading me for it suggests works with USB, but I can't find the USB drivers in installation.

  Based on the response to your message here, the only USB devices supported in NOR-DAQ 6.8 are old appliances DAQPad E Series USB such as the NI DAQPad-6015 or DAQPad-6016.  All material of the M series, including variants of the USB, are no longer supported in NOR-DAQmx.

• Redeclenchee HW with line Enable Pulse Train

  I am using the 'Multi-multifunction-Ctr Retrigg Train generation of impulses for the Clock.vi sample' in the Finder for example LabVIEW to sample a waveform. It worked great, but now I need to sync my purchase with another piece of equipment. The material defines a "Enable" high TTL line when it is ready to acquire and I need to start my purchase at the pulse of available next synchronization. The option "Activate" is low and I have to stop acquiring after than the gust / the current image is complete. I tried to use a line of 'Pause' and a 'Digital Plan' trigger but doesn't seem to work with a finite pulse train. Since it kinda is diffficult to explain in the text, I have attached a waveform.

  Any suggestions? I use an inLabVIEW DAQPad 6016 8.5.

  I would treat differently the digital. If you watch the digital parallel and just read single points, then you will have a quick way to signal to the loop to HAVE the enable option has been low. I added an untested VI which should give you the idea. There is probably a better way to manage stopping both loops, I just did a quick and dirty method. After watching your VI it dawned on me that you could build a machine of the State where he's just looking for available samples then actually starts reading, and once there are no samples available after a certain period of time you would stop. You would still need the door AND but would not need to worry monitors the enable line. This would be probably as fast that monitors the line to activate it if.

  For a door AND every door TTL AND must accept a 5 V power supply. If I remember just a 74LS08 should work - if you only need the one you may be able to get a free sample.

  It happens when I try to use the DAQmx controls Task.vi to abandon a task that awaits a digital triggering of an analog acquisition that has no time-out.

  I'm using LabVIEW 2010 sp 1.  My version of DAQmx is 9.2.3.  The camera I use is a DAQPad-6016

  When I was running this software on a USB-6251, I had no such problem.

  Hmm, the error you see certainly seems buggy and should be the subject of an investigation.  However, I'm not sure about the validity of the abandonment of a task in the middle to access the DAQmx Read.  There is a better way to achieve your final goal.

  The easiest way is to simply ask the number of samples available.  You would then only call DAQmx Read after there is a number not null samples available.  See the code attached below.

  Hi Daniel,.

  The timestamp format that you see is a time timestamp (specifically a millisecond time timestamp). You can convert timestamps using something like http://www.epochconverter.com, although this is probably not accomplish what you're looking for. You are wanting the reports exported to show the timestamp as hh: mm: MM/DD/YY? If you need to present this as a feature request, but I'll do some tinkering in my lab to see if I can't export to this format.

  EDIT: a few quick searches turned a few posts on the MS forums discuss conversion Epoch timestamps in Excel. This link seems to include a formula that converts the timestamp of the time in an excel-readable format, which can then be converted to a human-readable format by setting the cell a Date/time format.

  I have not tested yet, since the posters in the forum do not specify whether or not timestamps with which they deal are in seconds or milliseconds, then it may require additional conversion to make it work if they deal in seconds with the provided formula.

  EDIT again: I took the formula that they suggested in the link above and it seems to work only on the timestamps that are provided in a few seconds. As the time stamp that we provide is in milliseconds, you need to split the time value of 1000 as a result of the following formula:

  Final cut (I promise): I pulled a measure of consumption in excel report, to see if it was possible to convert the entire column, and so far the best solution I have found is the following:

  -Insert a new column between #Time and DNS host name (I called him 'Converted time')

  -Select the line below the title and your entry form (B11 in my case)

  -Formula ' = ((A11/1000)/86400) + 25569 "(with additional info at the top of the rerport values time started to A11)

  -Press ENTER to insert the formula

  -Select the cell containing the formula

  -Double click on the box in the lower right of the cell, it will apply the formula to all of the following lines

  -Select the column, and then right-click to open the menu "Format cell".

  -Define the colum 'Time' and select the desired format

  When I 'Browse' the detailed report of the use, the format of the time is 11 04:05, i.e. day 11 at 04:05. Logic so far.

  The timestamp in the detailed billing report and detailed use is in ms since January 1, 1970.  Although export of the billing reports was not initially intended to be dealt with by the end user, you can convert the format of stamp of linux machine in a human readable format.  There are some examples on how to do it online depending on the application you are using.

  RAM of billing is calculated for each virtual machine in the collection, not at the time of the report.  Starting with version 2.1, billing vRAM was awarded vRAM based switch, which means that the virtual machine has been configured as, for booking vRAM based with a minumum of 50% reservation.

  A few examples:

  If the VM reserved vRAM is set between 0-50% of allocated, bills to a minimum of 50% usage meter.

  Example 1:

  Allocated vRAM: 4 GB

  VRAM reserved: 0GO

  Billing vRAM: 2 GB (min 50%)

  Example 2:

  Allocated vRAM: 4 GB

  VRAM reserved: 1 GB

  Billing vRAM: 2 GB (min 50%)

  If you use vCloud Director in your service provider configuration, please know the model of distribution of VDC which is used by your customers and understand Pay As You Go model of default allocation to 100% booked vRAM unless amended by the service provider.  What this means is that, unless changed, each deployed virtual machine will be clocked at 100% reserve vRAM and use of the virtual machine will be charged similar to example 6.

  Also, using the global billing report, make sure you enter the Cape by MV 24576 (24 GB) memory whose size limit that bills VMware against.  Customers can deploy larger virtual machines, but VMware caps the size to the accusation.  If there are virtual machines more than 24 GB, you would see a difference in the Total global VRAM and vRAM total billing where vRAM total billing would be less.

  Note: Column names can be terribly confused and we approach this more other customer feedback in the next release scheduled for Q1 2012.  Please refer to the GBA as vRAM Total total = Total billed without vRAM memory CAP and total billing = Total vRAM charged vRAM with memory of Cap.  Also be aware that the global billing report also has the calculation of vRAM booking already built since it was taken into account at the time of collection.  This report shows just gross GB use by license type for the month.  You will still need to factor in the number of hours in the month and by type of license points, but refer to you aggregators instructions on how to do it.

  How are you using the consumption meter to charge your customers back and you are not using vCenter Chargeback Manager?  The measure of consumption is designed for VMware for use of meter service provider and does not factor in other services and features allowing service providers to their customers?

  I'm trying to write a code that did a bit of manipulation of the table and some simple trig to do something quite critical time. I noticed that the use of the processor in my machine was terribly weak, has never really superior to 50%. Puzzled, I tried to write a very simple code (some time infinitely loop executed a few simple calculations for the iteration counter) and who was running. Even with this simple code, the CPU usage is not improved. As already said, I'm writing something quite critical time, so the utilization rate, the better it is.

  The computer I'm running this code is certainly not the high-end - an Intel Atom Z530 clocked at 1.6 GHz with 1 GB of RAM. However, I am limited in my choice of material (note that memory usage is no where near pegged, either - with my code and the simple loop).

  Is that what I can do to increase usage? I tried to turn off debugging, with little luck.

Attempt to disable Load System Services through the system without result Configuration utility, because cpu cannot handle this function before of 'Services' system of pigs. Is there a way to access msconfig. through BACK? Have tried all modes safe mode, same problem.

  I would exercise caution in handling things in the System Configuration utility.  If you disable the thing (s) evil, you could make your problem worse.

  I suggest provide you a little more information on your system, run some scans for malware, then fix what's left more that needs fixing.

  If you see services.exe equips in the Task Manager, suspect malware first, work to eliminate this possibility (with the scans below), then if you still have a problem, we can fix.

  It makes no sense to try to solve problems on a system that could have malicious software on it.

  You can also try to run system restore if you want, but I don't really know, it counts as 'fixing' of the problem.

  Maybe someday the dialog box 'ask a question' forums XP will ask these questions automatically when a new thread is started so I don't have to ask every time.  It might even be possible to solve a problem in a single response when enough information is provided.

I've been looking around on the internet for centuries now, and I can't find any problems like mine because only the process takes more than 35%, the rest being very low.   AVG might be the root cause of the problem, as the two 8.x and 9.x are problems.

  A tip about SpyBot, which is a program very well, has problems with IE8, Vista and Windows 7. In his
  settings disable TeaTimer apply / OK and then start - type in search-> Services
  Right-click the top CONTROL - right on - RUN AS admin find the Service SBSD and set it to MANUAL
  STOP. You can now use SpyBot as a scanner on demand without slowdown problems
  which it is resident. Vista and Windows 7 have also excellent built in Spyware Scan with
  Defender and most of the antivirus/security products add so there's already a bit of
  redundancy resident. Don't forget to RESTART after setting those.

  What process is using all cycles? Tab CTRL SHIFT ESC - Task Manager - processes-
  column of clcik the CPU for processes more are displayed (System Idle do not count).

  Currently our software control seems not to function. It is set up on the side of the console. It appears on the workstations that something does not work correctly.

  In the mtrmgr.log file, I see the following messages on a constant loop.

  Can someone tell me if the Blackberry 8110 has a counter of data so I can see how many bytes have been sent or received?   I can't find one anywhere on the phone.   If there isn't one, is there more that I can control what is my use of the internet?

  Eager to try to provide a report that shows usage statistics in order to determine the adoption of users.  I would like to see information such as the number of connections, access to customers, access to opportunities, etc.  Is there a report/place like this?

  No this is currently not available. Ive created a report based on the opportunities that are created and modified, as well as activities within the system indicating that if they create or change something, then it's assuming they use the system. The issue you have with the number of connections is there are too many ways for users to access sales Cloud, with mobile outlook, etc. this all count and screw the results.

• High TEMP tablespace usage

  In our DB Oracle 11 GR 1 material, we are facing a problem of use high temporary tablespace...

  Currently, I did the size of tablespace temp that 200 GB, but im afraid, that will be used too much upward.

  My concern is

  1. when I checked in the sessions of $ gv, gv$ sql table, SQL not runs, which uses temporary spaces, but the current use of the stand space temp near 75%, i.e. 175 GB!

  I read on other forums that temp space may not immediately released. But 175GB is too much in my opinion

  I tried the sub queries that will tell which session uses the amount of temporary space. But normally the same query will run and 97 GB of temp tablespace is sufficient to run the query.

  Excessive temp space is more often associated with inaccurate estimates (too weak) to sort and hash operations.

  Solve the excessive use temp space is usually a two-step process:

  1. find SQL with excessive temperature, get the metric of effective implementation of the enforcement problem, look for estimates inaccurate when comparing estimates cardinalities real vs.

  2. once the estimates are correct, if the temp space usage is always high then consider sizing of manual activities.

  Although the use of temporary space has increased sharply, then either you had a sudden increase in the data or you have had a change suddenly in the execution plan.

  Use the AWR and ASH to study, subject to the license.

  If it is a change suddenly in the execution plan, then you have the easy option to use a plan sql database or a sql profile to lock in an older implementation plan with a lower use of temporary space.
