  Thank you for visiting the forums of answers.microsoft.com.

  It's been a while, we can think that the update is stuck and will not continue any further.  You can press Ctrl, Alt & Del and open Task Manager.  You should see the update on the Application tab, and you can select it and press end task.
  Click on the start ORB > Control Panel > programs and features, on the left, select view installed updates and see if the update that was being Setup finished installing.  If it does not have and does not appear on the list, you can restart your computer and try to install the update mode without failure.
  
  To do this, restart your pc and even if your pc is booting press the key F8 on your keyboard to enter the Advanced Boot Options menu.  On the Advanced Boot Options menu, select Safe Mode and press ENTER.
  Your computer will boot mode safe by using only the basic drivers and services, hopefully allowing Windows Update to complete the installation of the update, you are having problems with.

  I have already created an automatic summary but I need to create a PDF file and I don't know how to keep this automatic summary after transfer to the PDF format.

  Automatic summary, do you want to say table of contents? If Yes, then export to PDF includes the Table of contents.

• These last questions w/eBay font size. Fonts page summary now too small to read.

  eBay policies is always displayed correctly using IE. BUT little by little, eBay police changed the size of font within a given page of eBay. 'My eBay' a 10 drop-down selections. These 5 are OK: offers/offers, Watch List, purchase history, my Collections, Messages. These 5 police being so small almost invisible: summary, wish list, all the lists, sales, followed by research. If all goes well, a fellow eBayer is to see these changes too.

  I'm guessing that eBay programmers have been tweaking Internet Explorer to correctly display the fonts on all pages, as Internet Explorer has had its own problems of font size of eBay in the past. But now using Internet Explorer looks good! However, at the same time, Firefox has really gone South. My guess is the tweaking of the IE has destroyed now possibility of FireFox to display the font correctly sizes in eBay. Ask me questions if you see what I see. I can send some screenshots.   Two other thoughts:

  (1) Firefox allows you to select a font size minimum for all pages. It can destroy a large number of provisions, so usually it not very useful, but if the fonts are unreasonably tiny, you can try it.

  "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Options > content > button "Advanced".

  The top of the page, set "fonts for: Western ' and then about halfway to the bottom of the dialog box, change the Minimum font size to 9.

  At the top, the value ' fonts for other languages: ' and repeat the process. And then click OK.

  Which enlarges the tiny fonts?

  (2) there are scaling of the problems with the new screens of more-than-the-full-HD, especially when the site uses the Flash plugin. If you have such a screen, you may lodge a complaint with the site, so they can update their Flash media.

• Not appear on the page summary of Itunes with my phone connected and synchronized to the top of the applications.

  Someone knows a problem on windows 10 with synchronization of items from their phone to Itunes? More specifically, when I plug in my Iphone and sync it to the top, my apps not will appear on the left side of the summary page. They are on my phone and appear on the right in the pages. but not on the left side individually.

  I am trying to remove the back button in the quiz pages.  I manually remove the back button and save.  In a few minutes, it appears in the page.  I'm Captivate 7.  We do not want our users which goes back into the exam or test questions.

  Using A4 how do I print from a quiz results page.  Insert keys are grayed out on a results page, and the only widget I gives an option to print the slides.  I want to only print the results page.

• Is there a bug with radiogroup when page elements are more than 100?

  I have more than 100 items on one page and in the end there are 6 radiogroups 'yes' or a 'no', the user can select. 'Yes' or 'no' in each radiogroup are mutually exclusive, but the 6 radiogroups are independent of each other. For example:

  It works very well. However, recently, I added more elements to the page. And I realize that the user can select only one answer among all 6 radiogroups, which means that not only the 'yes' and 'no' in each radiogroup to exclude each other, but also the 6 radiogroups are exclusive mutual.

  You can not have more than 100 electronic items on a single page.

• Mobile page is not properly processing 100% width

  I went back and forth on knowledge if it is worthwhile to maintain a secondary site for mobile applications, but currently, I don't think that it is worth. I need really just my Web site for browsers to shrink to the size of the mobile computer. It is not essential that it looks perfect, however, I had a lot of problems whose width is admissible with respect to mobile browsers. My current test site is a perfect example:

  On a computer browser, you'll notice the site looks very good. However, on a mobile device, it has a broad white band. Its very annoying and I would like to remove it. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

• How can I keep the integrity of my page framed for less than 100% resolution?

  If I change the lower screen resolution 100% my left frame aligns to the left of the screen and the right frame is aligned with the right side of the screen, leaving an empty space in the middle.

• Using "Include in Quiz" to determine the completion

  Well, that's a pretty abstract position. Here's what it is.

  Using of Cp9, I created a 'course' that does not quiz questions. It runs on a LMS system, and I want the LMS in order to return a result ' complete/incomplete.

  Under publication of Captivate settings > Quiz > Reporting, we find (1) achievement benchmarks and success criteria (2). As I understand, our LMS includes the former but not the last.

  As the course contains no quiz question, I could set up reports using views to slide. (User access sets the bar too low.) However, there is a problem being given during the course, participants various choices "branching" and so never visit all slides. I can work around this in two ways by using views of drag:

  1. I can choose 100% and branch of knowledge.

  2. I can indicate a number of slides that is less than or equal to a minimum number of slides that will go to any participant.

  However, both options present problems (on which I will not anymore).

  So I came up with one another (and simple) solution. I would like to ask those who have more experience if they see traps, that I may have missed.

  My solution is as follows. The course is divided into sections, where each section is accessible only after the previous one has been completed. (There is a table of contents, but it is blocked until that the participant fills the course - and then unlocked for review.) On the last page of the last section, there is a next button. This button, I chose "include in the questionnaire. Then, in the publication settings > Quiz > reports > performance criteria, I selected 'good for the Quiz.

  I tested this at various times on cloud of Scorm, and so far he's purring along. I wonder, however, if it wouldn't be a problem hidden here. (A lot of my 'solutions' were found to have such problems, issues that came to light in very specific situations).

  The course is one of a number of courses, and since they all use the same device, a problem here would be a headache.

• 100% complete but does not print

  I had my Officejet Pro 8600 works well for almost a year, however, last week I had re format my iMac (10.9). Everything that is connected to it works very well. Since then, I have beeen unable to print. I can go to the utility system in the HP utility and print a confirmation page, but when I go to word or PDf and hit feel like I can see in the work in the print queue, it will usually get to «page1, completed 100% printing...» "and then nothing, no print out and"scanners printer"the Officejet is marked as"in use ".

  So far I have reset defaults to oriningal on the printer, re established the WiFi (which the utility says is "good"), turned off the firewall completely without success.

  Any suggestions welcome!

• HR 2015: WebHelp research showing 100% completion, but no result

  Using RoboHelp 2015 (12.0.1.338) and see this problem in IE and Chrome. When I create and view my WebHelp output locally, its search feature works very well. However, when it has been verified in Microsoft Visual Studio (TFS) and then deployed on a Web site, search might work once or twice, but on the search for 2nd or 3rd, the search progress bar shows 100%, but no result appears and page crashes.

  Seems similar to that reported for RH9 in the discussion linked below, but I use a later version of HR, and I don't know that the fix RH9 applies. Anyone know what is happening?

  Looks like WebHelp output has not been copied to the web server completely.

  File topictable_12_xml.js contains a part of the search database.

  Since the release works fine locally, this indicates a problem with the download server.

  You could just try to download 'topictable_12_xml.js' on the server '[1 piece of URL]/WebHelp/whxdata/topictable_12_xml.js' location and see if it succeeds.
