  When the user rent a report via internet explorer, it shows "file does not begin with '% PDF -'". I reinstalled acrobat, but it still does not.

  I am getting an error for all my reports 11G BI Publisher saying PDF file does not begin with ' %PDF-'Local\EWHj-

  Where I'm able to see the data in HTML, Excel show etc...

  All these reports are works fine until last Thursday and no change was made to the models. I saved the sample data in the data model and associated with report BEEP again, but still no luck.

  When I tried opening in the generator of Template for troubleshooting it shows error below saying Preview failed.

  Thanks, got the fix. The issue is due to disk space on the server - not enough memory.

  Made available space, and now My PDF files work well in BIPublisher.

  Have a weird problem today.

  We use RoboHelp 5 to work.

  I opened a project help today and when I tried to open an HTML file, be it in the project manager, TOC, right click on a file and clicking Edition, the file does not open. He can't see in WYSIWYG or real Code.

  I tried with several different aid project and had the same problem. My boss had the same problem after only a few years back and rebooted just to make it work. I tried, but it did not help.

  Yesterday, everything was fine.

  Does not open my encrypted file and the key is lost.  I did it in windows 7 and my system crashed.  I then restoed operating system, then my encrypted file does not open and the key file is on the same partition and also, he was gone.  It of a personal record and is very important and punch.  I tried to take possession of the file and that did not work I was wondering if there is a tool or method which can decrypt the file.  I know that their around the key file, or if there is a way to get the certificate...   Let me know what happens if you copy files from the USB on your desktop, then open it in Reader.

  If the error persists, then try to disable the Protected Mode under ' Edit > Preferences > (protection) "and see if that helps.
