  • Audition CC 2015 crashes at startup (win 10 64-bit)

Since I've upgraded to Windows 10 I can't run Audition CC 2015 (although it's been a while since I ran hearing so I'm not quite sure it was at the beginning of the question).  As soon as I start the application it is inadmissible, then displays the error "Adobe Audition CC 2015.1 has stopped working."

I tried to use compatibility mode, run as administrator, logging in as a different user, delete the % APPDATA%\Adobe\Audtion, reinstalled the application, reinstalled all creative Cloud applications, run AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe and updated drivers audio - all without success.

Finally, I found out now button SHIFT DOWN when starting the application to work around the settings and it worked - I can enter the application and move.  Then, I tell myself that it is a matter of preference, so I try to go to the preferences, but whenever I do that, I get the error "hearing has encountered a fatal error and needs to stop.  Cannot find the directory of shared documents. "I tried looking online for help with this error in regarding the hearing or any Adobe applications for this and have drawn a blank.

I guess it's to talk about the user's documents directory, but if that's the case I don't know what the problem is because Windows and other programs are OK.  All other applications CC are working well - it's just hearing that is having a problem.  Please find below the hearing journal file.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  • InDesign CC 2015 crash at startup (Win)

I've updated to 2015, a few days ago and only today, suddenly I have a problem with indesign. Everything freezes before it shows something in the startup/welcome window. It is just a blank window.

If I try to open indesign by opening an indd file, it shows the file open, but won't let you access it. The program froze everything.

Oh, and my creative cloud is disconnecting me every five minutes, despite two separate calls to support to try to resolve the problem. Both solutions have lasted a day or two, then came back.

I am running CC on a Win 7 machine.

OK - I was able to solve this problem by using the creative cloud cleaning tool, which you can use to do a correct uninstallation of indesign and creative cloud. After that, I have re-installed, and fingers crossed, it seems to work.

  • CS6 Dreamweaver crashes on startup - Win 7

    Hello

I already looked in the forums and tried some other solutions without a bit of luck.

    Dreamweaver CS6, Windows 7 64 bit

Installation under license from a DVD on a new Dell Latitude E6540

After the installation there was also an update (via Adobe App manager) is common.

    Photoshop CS4 64-bit works fine

Problem - Dreamweaver open, gets past the start screen and a 1/2 second I see the program, and then it stops.

    Already tried:

    Uninstall/reinstall with reboots in between

Delete the file cache WinFileCache-* .dat (in other positions)

Removal of all of the personal configuration file and restart (from other positions)

Renamed the Dreamweaver CS6 folder under ...\Roaming\Adobe and then do a regedit to remove the keys under Hkey_Current_User\Software\Adobe SC6 Dreamweaver and tried it again. Same result

Since that worked on my older desktop (I have disabled before you install on the laptop) I even tried corresponding to the resolution of the screen, but that did not work.

    Other solutions out there?

    Thank you very much!

  • Whatever happens, PS CS4 crashes on startup, please help?

So, to start with, I just built a system, here are the specs:

    Intel Core i7 920

    6 GB OCZ Ram

    MSI X 58 Pro Motherboard

    ASUS EAH 4870 top graphic

    Vista Ultimate 64

Initially, I built this system about a week and a half and place a copy of the Windows 7 beta on this subject in the meantime that my copy of Vista to arrive. PS installed fine, was blazing fast, and everything was good.

Then I had Vista, formatted the system, etc. Tried to install PS, and it would crash at startup. I thought that it was pilot issues, so I decided to treat it later. I updated all the drivers, etc, and it still doesn't work. I uninstalled, but got an error on uninstall. Finally, I found the PS clean uninstall script, and that helps. Now when I try to reinstall, it reinstalls all right, but once again, immediate crash. I thought, long shot, but perhaps in some kind my PS disk was corrupted, so I spent last night DLing a trial from here. Once again, an immediate crash.

Running 64-bit Vista, I have the ability to open fade Adobe Photoshop CS4 or Adobe Photoshop CS4 (32-bit). They both have the same exact error.

It becomes quite annoying and I was honestly already too long perusing the KB articles, and I hope that you guys might have a solution for me. I've attached a screenshot of the error I get. If it's important, it's a shot of the installation of the test, I downloaded.

    CS4crash.JPG

About a "program" causing the it and closing of Windows, this happens even with nothing open to all, including things from system tray. Whatever Windows also says, it closes, this isn't either or it does not help.

    Thanks for any input.

Depending on just how Win - 7, Photoshop CS-4 and work of Vista, you will maybe to wipe the Master Boot Record of the disk area, reformat, then re - install the operating system and Photoshop, as well as all the rest, you put on it.

I hope there is an answer more simple that helps, but it's the best I can find.

  • Firefox not working in Win7 now it crashes at startup even after a clean install. is there a problem with Symantec?

Firefox worked on my Windows 7 desktop. One day he gave me a report of crash at startup, I went through the troubleshooting procedures suggested. I tried restarting, upgrade, uninstalled and reinstalled, uninstalled and cleaned the files and the registry and deleted the files module then resettled but nothing works. It keeps giving a crash report on startup. I remember that my Symantec software gave a message that FireFox has been stopped due to an attack on my system. Ever since then, it won't work and I can't seem to cross the screen to crash at startup of FireFox.

Thank you for the report crash IDs. If you open the error reports and click on the 'Modules' tab, you will see that the first on the list in each case is "FLVSrvLib.dll". This module installs with various programs of Applian Technologies including Freecorder and Replay Media Catcher.

This crash is closely related to have BOTH software Applian software of security AND Norton. As no doubt you don't want spend away from Norton, you can remove or disable the Applian software as follows:

    (1) uninstall and restart

If you have either of these programs and it is not essential, try to uninstall it then restart Windows to ensure that none of its components are running.

Firefox will start normally after that?

    (2) avoid auto-start

If you do not uninstall the program, a few others said using the msconfig program to stop execution at startup FlvSrvc.exe circumvented the problem.

    See: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/using-system-configuration

You may still need to restart to unload the software of your current Windows session.

    Success?

Firefox started crashing on startup today ' hui - goes directly to the Crash Reporter. Does not correctly send the accident report. Firefox in safe mode does not help. Hmm, Yes, incident reports are old now.

As long as I can guess, I note something that is coming a lot lately: If you use Norton Security software, it seems to be a serious boot problem crash if you also have a program called Freecorder from Applian Technologies. If you find Freecorder in your Start menu > all programs or in your control panel, uninstall a program, and it is not crucial to keep it, please try to delete it. You have to maybe stop and restart Windows to make sure that it is completely disabled.

  • 41 of Firefox crashes, FIrefox was crashing at startup from the 40.0.3 updated

    Crash ID: bp-fceb36ed-dad2-4eab-9836-687df2150928

    Hello
After update to Firefox 40.0.3 several weeks back, Firefox would crash at startup. I uninstalled Firefox, reinstalled FIrefox (now with version 41), this is updated to Windows (Vista 64-bit), shockwave and Flash Player updated, uninstalled Firefox and deleted the Mozilla folder in AppData Roaming directory. Update some addins, FreeMake in particular. Disabled antivirus (Norton 360). I'm unable to start Firefox in safe mode (when I hold SHIFT and you try to start Firefox comes immediately to the crash report). Versions prior to 40.0.3 worked without any problems.

I look forward to hear from you, thanks! David

Sorry to hear about the accident and that you have the ID of the report.

The signature seems a disproportionate impact on the users of Vista. There is a bug in the accident report, but it is for the test of 64-bit versions of Firefox and the final versions are all 32-bit versions.

I see a reference to FLVSrvLib.dll in the report (at the top of the list in the mini Modules tab), which is a DLL associated with Freecorder program Applian Technologies. In other threads, users have experienced startup crashes if they Freecorder and Norton.

If you have indeed the Freecorder program and it is not essential, try to uninstall it then restart Windows to ensure that none of its components are running.

Firefox will start normally after that?

Crashes in safe mode as well (hold down the SHIFT key)
No present addons in the other user.
    Ran Malwarebytes and cleaned
Ran CCCleaner and clean up all registry including uninstalled Firefox entries.

This is not useful if firefox crashes at startup. because you cannot start to create the new profile.
