  There may be a program to interfere with Parental controls so that we can try a few things to see if we can determine the application or program that is causing problems.

  First of all, we run System File Checker to see if you have a corrupt file system.

  • Click Start
  • Click on all programs
  • Click Accessories, and then right-click on the command prompt.
  • Select the Security tab and choose "Run as Administrator"
  • Click on command prompt
  • Type SFC/scannow.

  It will scan and repair any damaged operating system files.

  To determine if there is a program because of a conflict, we recommend that you perform a "clean boot" of the computer. A clean boot is designed to disable programs and services in the background as much as possible. • With regard to the Epson V300 scanner. I installed the current version software driver successfully. It works fine until I turned off the computer. After the reboot, the scanner is not recognized and driver not found.

  When the recovery process is complete and you are prompted for a reboot just press start button / stop and turn it off. I think it's only thing you can do.

  Anyway, why not start Windows and go through the configuration option. New owner can modify this basic anyway parameters. As username Admin and language and the keyboard can be set as default.

  For example, if you have a picture of German recovery set to German. New owner can change in any case.

  First of all, make sure that you don't have two accounts with the same address. What happens if one of them is an iCloud account.

  From the Mail menu bar, you select

  In the window that opens, look for an SMTP (outgoing mail) account with a name that corresponds to the account that you are trying to add. Double-click it. Another window opens, displaying the list of all outgoing mail accounts. Click the sign button less to remove the corresponding one, and then click OK.
