If no malware this question looks more material however the BIOS, chipset,

Remove ALL power and then reinstall the cards, memory and cables (both ends when
possible) - actually delete and replace - do not just tight. Clean the dust bunnies,
Turn off vents and make sure the fans are working. Try adding a small fan blowing in
the inlet to reduce the effects of heat. (Associated heat does not always mean there
is an excessive amount of heat. Rather a component might be too sensitive to even the
normal levels of heat).

Bug Check 0x8E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

A value of 0x0000008E KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bug control a. This bug check indicates that a kernel-mode application has generated an exception that the error handler did not.

Important info if you received a STOP Code

If you received a blue error screen, or a stop code, the computer stopped abruptly to protect against data loss. A hardware device, its driver or software might have caused this error. If your copy of Windows is shipped with your computer, contact your computer manufacturer. If you purchased Windows separately from your computer, Microsoft provides support. To find contact information for Microsoft or the manufacturer of your computer, Contact Support.

If you have experience with computers and try to recover from this error, follow the steps in the Microsoft article solution STOP (blue screen) errors in Windows.

These actions could prevent a mistake like this does not happen:

  1. Download and install updates for your computer from Windows Update device drivers.
  2. Scan your computer for computer viruses.
  3. Check your hard drive for errors.

Parameters KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

The following settings appear on the blue screen.

Parameter Description

1

The code for the unhandled exception

2

The address where the exception occurred

3

The trap frame

4

Reserved

Cause

Bug KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED control is a very common bug control. To interpret it, you must identify which exception has been generated.

Common exception codes are:

  • 0 x 80000002: STATUS_DATATYPE_MISALIGNMENT indicates that an unaligned data reference was encountered.

  • 0 x 80000003: STATUS_BREAKPOINT indicates that a breakpoint or ASSERTION was met when no kernel debugger was attached to the system.

  • 0xc0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates that a memory access violation has occurred.

For a complete list of exception codes, see the Ntstatus.h file located in the directory Inc. of the Microsoft Windows Driver Kit (WDK).

Resolution

If you do not have to debug this problem, you must use certain basic troubleshooting techniques:

  • Make sure you have enough disk space.

  • If a driver is identified in the bug check message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.

  • Try changing video cards.

  • Check with your hardware vendor for updates to the BIOS.

  • Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading.

  • If you plan to debug this problem, you may find it difficult to get a stack trace. Parameter 2 (the address of the exception) should identify the driver or function that caused the problem.

If the exception code 0 x 80000003 occurs, a hard-coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but the computer has booted with the /nodebug. switch. This problem should occur infrequently. If it occurs repeatedly, make sure that a kernel debugger is connected and the computer is started with the Switch/DEBUG .

In case of exception code 0 x 80000002, the trap frame provides additional information.

If you do not know the specific cause of the exception, consider the following:

    • Hardware incompatibility. Ensure that any new hardware that is installed is compatible with the installed version of Windows. For example, you can get information about compatibility with Windows 7 in the Windows 7 Compatibility Center.

    • Service system or driver faulty device. A chauffeur service or defective peripheral system could be responsible for this error. The hardware problems, such as BIOS incompatibilities, conflicts of memory and IRQ conflicts can also generate this error.

If the verification of the message bug list a driver by name, disable or remove that driver. In addition, disable or remove drivers or services that have been recently added. If the error occurs during the startup sequence and the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or to delete the faulty driver. If the driver is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file.

If the problem is associated with Win32k.sys, the source of the error may be a third-party remote control program. If this software is installed, you can remove the system startup service using the recovery and then Console by removing the offending system service file.

Check the system log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help identify the device or driver responsible for control of bug 0x1E. You can disable the cache in memory of the BIOS to try to resolve the error. You must also run the diagnostics of material, especially the scanner memory, which provides the manufacturer of the system. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.

The error that generates this message may occur after the first reboot during Windows Setup, or after installation is complete. A possible cause of the error is lack of disk space for installation and the system BIOS incompatibilities. For any problems during the installation of Windows that are associated with lack of disk space, reduce the number of files on the hard disk drive target. Find and delete all the cache files, temporary files that you do not have to have Internet, backup application and .chk files files that contain fragments of file saved disk scans. You can also use an another hard disk drive with more free space for the installation.

You can solve the problems of BIOS by upgrading the version of the system BIOS.

I was stuck in the cycle of crash/restart explorer.exe since September now and I am curious to know if there are definitive solutions. A fix would be nice...

      Details
I installed Windows 8 Pro x 64 September 18 (reliability monitor information). The first instance of this crash/restart cycle was September 24. Then, I tried to find out what happened on this day: there was an automatic installation of an update of definition for Windows Defender (KB2267602 (definition 1.137.336.0).) Looking at the previous day, the following are installed:
      • Google Drive
      • Update Google Helper
      • Microsoft Hardware USB keyboard
      • Microsoft Hardware USB mouse
      • Generic Non Plug-and-Play monitor
      • AccuWeather.AccuWeatherforWindows8
      • InvokeITLimited.TableClock
According to the reliability monitor, the problem occurs about fifteen to twenty-five times a week. The level of reliability varies from 1 to 4. (I don't know what the vertical scale means that there is no label.)
In Event Viewer, this is a typical mistake:

Every mistake I checked has the same code exception and faults of program and modules. (Besides - I tried to click on the "Event log online help" link but get an error itself is in error, but it's a slow minor compared to the issue of cycle explorer.exe crash/reboot.)
I just started going through applications Windows 8 and uninstall, in hope, where is the problem. (One interesting thing is that the issue almost never happens when I'm not using my computer - it occurs most often when I save a file in a program (it is often with Photoshop Elements, but this is not the only program that seems to induce the cycle crash/restart).) At least the file I save is not damaged...

You have the MacBookPro6, 2 - the Edsel of Mac. There may be the failure of logic-board that was covered by a recall program that is now complete.

The model was abandoned in February 2011. It is now classified by Apple as a "vintage product." This means that Apple will probably refuse to fix (see exceptions on the linked page.) In this case, you will need to go to an independent service provider. The part can be is no longer available, or the repair may not be profitable.

Often, the problems start after an upgrade of the OS. If the upgrade has been recently, and you have backups, you can then go back to a previous version of OS X.

Otherwise, an appointment of 'Genius' in an Apple Store, or switch to a different service provider authorized, to have the tested machine. The trial will be free to an Apple Store - unless Apple refuses to even look at the unit, as it could. Diagnoses of current equipment used by service providers don't detect the fault. There is a specific test for this number called "VST" (for "video system Test.") Ask for it. A "Failed" result means that the defect is present.

If you decide to go to an independent service provider, be aware that the replacement part may also be faulty. Some owners reported that they went up to three replacement boards before you get one that worked. Don't expect any help from Apple if you have to pay several hundred dollars for an another bad logic board and that the supplier will be replace again.

If you don't want to take that risk, or if you don't like the price you quoted, you may (or may not) be able to work around the problem by disabling automatic switching graphics. To use the separate graphics processor, you will need a third-party utility to manually switch to him.

    • My iMac just has frozen and then restarted itself?

      Hello

I just got my iMac freezing screen and then spontaneously stop and get back to work. There was no window of kernel panic or anything. My pointer froze right on the screen, then a few seconds later my iMac restarted itself. I've never had this happen before. Anyone know why? I recently installed 32 GB of RAM - that this has something to do with it?

      Richard

If it works OK, then it just may be a little problem of memory. Don't forget to fix your hard/SSD to be sure there is no data corruption caused by the abnormal termination.

Repair the hard drive and permissions - El Capitan

      HD recovery start:

Restart the computer and after the buzzer, press on and hold down the COMMAND and R until the menu screen appears.

      Repair

When the recovery menu appears, select disk utility and press the continue button. Disk utility charges and select Macintosh HD entry indented from the list on the left.  Click the first aid tab in the toolbar... If disk utility reports any errors that have been corrected, then re-run first aid until no errors are reported. Wait until the operation is complete, then quit disk utility and return to the main menu. Select restart from the Apple menu.

    • 5 bad iPhone battery and restart itself IOS 9.3 Beta

Hello, I have a few problems with my iphone 5.

After I updated ios version Saturday, my iPhone 5 do not update the battery percentage. He remained at the same percentage every day, no matter how much I use and would change only if I would turn off the phone and turn it back on. I did the update and now my phone consantly restarts every two minutes. I can't keep it longer than 5 minutes. Even if I just leave without him doing anything, it restarts itself. I use ios beta version 9.3

Back to 9.2.1. That's why I don't do any beta test.

After the update I noticed that our device a1427 began trolling a bit.

It is now unusable. The device freeze, restart even when I try to go into the settings.

I did wear it all off the wall thing, tried to use Ethernet instead of wifi etc nothing works. I'm afraid, I have a camera after the update missing (... thanks)

    • Satellite P300-h-13: stops, restarts itself and then freezes in the BIOS

      Hello

      I have a laptop TOSHIBA SATELITE P300-h-13.
When I turn it on, it starts before blocking immediately down and then it restarts itself (twice).

Then it freezes in THOSHIBA default start screen.
I can't access BIOS (says it charges but nothing happens).

If I press the ESC key, I got a screen saying that the processor is detected and it gives me the ability to L2 cache, it says the RAM passed and then it indicates that the Bios system & video are overshadowed.

I tried without the battery, but it doesn't change anything.

Please help me solve this problem on.
      Thank you!

      Hello

I don't know why this is happening and it's really strange question that should not happen on the new laptop.
In such situations, you can simply try standard measures and see if it will work properly again.

By the way: how old is your laptop? Have you noticed this behavior from the first day?

In any case, try to enter in the BIOS somehow and set it to default settings. try to enter Advanced boot options using F8 at the start and check if the installation of operating system work (during the first backup of data, if possible).

If nothing helps I would recommend not to do anything, but contact the nearest authorized service provider. Let them check your laptop computer and, if necessary, repair. Warranty will cover all costs.

    • Re: Somehow my Satellite L650 - 1 K 5 restarts itself

      Hello everyone!

      I have a big problem!
      I bought a Satellite L650 - 1 k 5 2 weeks. I have Windows 7 Professional x 64 is installed.
The problem is that, somehow, it restarts itself. When starting, he asks a windows bootable disk to restore the system. I tried, it didn't, displays an error.

I tried to reinstall Windows many times, even installed the x 86 version of Home Premium, same problem.
      Help, please!

      Stand by.

      You created the recovery DVDs?
You can install original Win7 using this disc?
You can use preinstalled recovery image?

    • Help! W500 dead. Is update system, restarted itself, makes 3 loud beeps and thats all!

I just changed my hard drive, stuck in a windows 7 cd, successfully installed. Chrome, dropbox and update system installed. Ran Lenovo update system and at one point the computer restarted itself, made three loud beeps (long followed by two short) and that's it.

The bluetooth led is on, as it is powered, battery and charger lamps. The screen is dead.

That's happened? What are these three beeps? What should I do?

It turns out that my new HDD is loose. Something must be done to ensure that it does not move.

      It was a scary time.

    • Help! My A1-811 keep restart itself

I need help! Ajter try to update to KitKat 4.4.2 manually using this article http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29931#_ga=1.159508285.1207883840.1437316707 my compressed get reboot forever. I did everything also, I downloaded the PDF of drivers and manuals Section and did exactly what he said, but the update will not install, just the image with the fallen Android and some information such as that in the manual. So after that I just pressed restart system and... nothing. It keeps restarting itself. Help me is it possible to fix it?

PS: In the section drivers and manual there are two files for the different image files. I get the WW_GEN, because before trying to update, I checked the last image in my settings, and it was ending with WW_GEN.

Good news! Today, I bring my tablet of service and it works with KitKat 4.4.2. But IronFly I have question for you. You said that the first time that I connect my Google account it automatically detects the applications installed in the front, but he didn't do it. I'm going to Google game store, and he wasn't the applications and games that has been installed on my front tray. Why?

EDIT: Oops, does not check in the sections "All". Sorry now everything is fine as before. Apps and games backup is saved and I can't countinue where I was arrested

But still, after all that I spent, it was terrible. Acer should do a video how update manually, I did everything as it says in the article! Maybe I should post this in the suggestions subforum?

    • Browser crash, restart on its own, can not do the system restore. Help!

OK, so I tried EVERYTHING I know how to do, and some things I did research.

Whenever my computer restarts itself, I get an error message saying that there is a faulty driver.

I checked my drivers with the audit tool, nothing.

I uninstalled all unnecessary programs I could find (nothing critical, just programs like Glary Utilities, Acrobat, Flash etc..).

Eventually I got to a point where everything I did was to get worse, and my computer told me that Windows did not start upward.  I rebooted in safe mode and tried to do a system restore.  Cannot restore point to restore I get an error indicating that the system restore was not successful.  I tried FOUR different restore points.

      I'm at my wits end!

I don't have my Windows XP cd, or one of the disks with the computer came.  This used to be my computer at work, but let me keep as part of my departure, so all the disks are in the old company.

      Please help :(

(For some reason, the police in your post is a very light gray!)

Please transmit the full text of the error message.

You used the phrase "everything I've done." In addition to uninstall unused programs, what else do you have?

If your company gave you this PC, they should have you good discs too. Fortunately, Dell XP Pro installation CD are ubiquitous and interchangeable. First of all, contact Dell to see if they can issue you a. Otherwise, see if anyone you know has one.

A number of security (for example, Norton and Zone Alarm) programs interfere with the restoration of the system. If you identify your security programs, we can tell you how you can get the system restore to work. For now, these pages can help:

You should be able to disable your restarts automatically in this way:

Finally, what is the status of this PC malware?
