I paid for the track and I can't download photoshop
I paid a monthly trial for a year to use photoshop and the payment went through fine. But it is not letting me download photoshop and its telling me my trial happened to expire.

I have just paid for CS6 (not CC) but can't download?
I paid, but when I log in and go to downloads, I can click on photoshop and I need to download the CC version. I thought they were different? I want the CS6 version. (I paid for the entire creative suite premium).
I would really appreciate help. It took me quite some time to get nowhere :-( It seems that all roads lead to the CC in the Adobe site now. It's disconcerting.
You can download the installer of the trial directly and after download, activate it by putting the serial code for same.
You must be on a page of trial download to use the links, otherwise, you get an error message.
For example, to load the next page: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements&loc=us
before you paste the link into the address bar.

Paid for the Image license do not have download

I fired image 60127676 today (July 28, 2016) and myself were charged for the latter. I checked the download file on my iMac and have undertaken research on the iMac for it, but he's not here. I even checked the trash, but it's not here.
The image is in the history of my purchase and has the tag associated with the tile.
All the other images that I bought today were published in my downloads. It is only what is missing.
