creating a copy protected disc

Hello Sir,

I want to create this type of dvd or CD that everyone will be able to see the contents of this drive. But if they try to copy / move any document of this disc, then it will be not possible. How to do the same thing using the 3rd party software?
Thank you.
Mihir Mani Prasad

Hello

To turn on the right on the DVD copy protection, you cannot do it using Windows Media Player or Windows DVD Maker.

We don't think that we can accomplish on a video CD/DVD copy protection. It can be activated on an Audio CD in Windows Media Player.

You need get the software of third-party manufacturer. Please use your favorite search engine to find a software that does the job.

But although he will play some movies from my local library without problem, there are some programs that give me an error on Windows Media Player, I need to update my drivers and DVD - RW settings or something to that effect, all pilots are still on day and everything seems to be set correctly in the control panel for the DVD - RW drive.

And sometimes, I get a message "your computer is running low on memory.  Close other programs to continue", or something similar.  Huh? Nothing else is running.

I wonder how you installed this game (program) on the laptop if the drive cannot recognize the Middle?
However, I put t I think the problem with your game happens due to the disc copy protection. I never heard these protections on portable players from Toshiba.

"In my view, the error message this program has caused an error and closes" is is because of the software problem. I think you should ask manufacturers of games for support. Maybe he knows more about the product clean error messages.

  • In the Sonos/DRM iTunes copy protection - help!

    Hello world

I followed the tips in this article: on iTunes Plus - Apple Support, about how to get around iTunes downloads that have been protected against copying.

It worked I had about 800 + the songs that were copy protected, so after reading the article and wanting to get my Sonos system to play some of my favorite music, I trashed my old songs via iTunes copy-protected and only he re-uploaded the new DRM no so-called songs via my purchase history.

After an hour to do, I opened iTunes and - unfortunately - my 'new' songs are still protected AAC files. File for each song information shows the date of purchase, and when it was still downloaded. In my case, there are about 30 minutes.

Any ideas? I would prefer not to have to burn everything on CDs - that's a lot of CDs that will only be used once.

    Thank you all

    Christian.

    Hello

When you remove the original track and re-download previous purchases only get you the same way you bought it. Before iTunes game, you might pay a little extra through the upgrade to iTunes more.

You must register to Match iTunes to be able to remove the DRM. Subscribe to iTunes game - Apple Support

  • Create a system repair disc?

    Hello:

    RE: HP Pavilion DV-7-4270us Windows 7 64-bit

Recently, I replaced an internal hard drive on the pc that is referenced above. I have re-installed the drivers and software I want.

My next step would be to create a System Image disc?

(I created a restore of the system or the rescue disks while the computer is new, but it would not be installed on the new hard drive, so I'm cautious in doing that, once again, because it wasn't before).

    Thank you

    Hello:

Yes, I use Windows 7 backup tool and do a system image and a system of disc repair, so you can access the system image.

I recommend that you use a portable hard drive, and then you can boot from this CD to repair windows for you, select restore backup image option and have your portable hard drive connected when you are recovering.

Windows will look for the image on your drive hard laptop usb and restore.

You can keep the image for the new installation, that you just did, or you can keep up to date and create a new image whenever you want.

Just know that Windows will overwrite any previous system image, you created on this portable hard drive for the PC.

  • where can I find driver DVD digital copy protection, decoder, card vidio

When I try to play a vidio on windows media player, I get an error message that I need to update my DVD decoder, digital copy protection and vidio card. I don't know how to do this.

    Hello

I suggest you follow the troubleshooting steps form the article and check if it helps.

How to troubleshoot problems that occur when you play a DVD in Windows XP

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/308012

To prevent the illegal creation of digital copies of DVD, information on most of the DVDs are blurred. Your DVD decoder and Windows Media Player have software to copy protection that decodes the information on the DVD just before posting. If this software does not start successfully, you may receive this error. Remove the DVD in the DVD drive and then reinsert. This will force the copy protection software to reset.

While the DVD is out the disk, make sure that your DVD is clean. If your DVD is scratched or dirty, the DVD player may not be able to read it correctly, and you may receive this error.

If this does not work, try the following:

    one)

If you have been able to play DVDs on your computer before and you receive this error message, you may be able to solve the problem by restarting your computer or Windows Media Player.

    (b)

If you receive this error message the first time you try to play a DVD, you're not a DVD decoder installed, or your decoding software may need to be updated. In addition to your DVD - ROM drive and playback software, you must have a software or hardware decoder to play DVD decoders. devices and their drivers are available from third-party manufacturers. For more information on the software decoders, see decoder DVD plug-in. If you have a plu decoder installed, contact the manufacturer of the decoder to obtain an updated version that is compatible with the operating systems Microsoft Windows and Windows Media Player.

  • HP OfficeJet 6500n keeps creating a copy of itself

    Hi all

Already have this printer for a year and it works great. The printer is using a workgroup of computers, all 4 Win7 64 bit Ultimate and everything works fine with all the computers to share resources and all the light and able to connect to the printer, a wired and the other 3 using the wireless option.

There is only an annoying problem... The printer is connected to a computer via USB, and sometimes from nowhere share, it creates a copy of the printer in the control panel with the same name as the original one more (copy 1) at the end. This 'Phantom' printer will not appear if a job is sent to him and he keeps creating bad... I already uninstalled and installed several times including in the computers connected wirelessly and it solves the problem for a short period of time... to nowhere, from a point to another, here it is... copy 1.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem once and for all? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Marriage for the second time: the triumph of hope over reason...

    Hi, speedmaster.

As you say the computer that is connected via a USB cable, after cunplug and reconnect the USB cable creates a copy of the icon of the printer, it's because of the plug-and-play feature on Vista and windows 7 (which happens on Xp). In order to prevent what you can do is to click on the start menu on your computer > click search and type services.msc and press ENTER. It opens in a local window of services. Locate the service named as HP CUE DEVICE DISCOVERY service. Double click and open that service now, select the startup type to manual and then click Stop and then click on apply and ok button. This service would stop the printer to automatically load and copy icon would not charge automatically.
Hope for the best and you wish every possible success.

    Hi tehshibz,

Please use the Microsoft Windows 7 forum.

Belongs to your computer from a domain?

This is by design and is a function of (UAC) user account control and the
ACL on the root of the drive. The ACL allows that the administrators and system
for writing files to the root of the drive. UAC means that even if you are a
Member of the group from the administrator, you are not running as an administrator, unless
    raise you.

If you really want, you can launch a process allows you to write the
files with as an administrator, then you can write. If you try to
Drag / move a file, you get a prompt for elevation. It is recommended that
solution is do not store data however.

If you really want to store files in the root of the d: and you do not want
raise every time, you can resolve the situation by adding an access control

list entered for your account to the root of the drive, as follows:

    1. click on the window button: all programs: Accessories
    2. right click on command prompt
    3. Select run as administrator and accept the prompt
    (4. run this command: icacls d:\/Grant fooSadOI) (CI) (M)

That grant foo user alter permissions on d:\. All objects (IO) and
containers (CI) will inherit these permissions. You replace foo
with the name of your user account.

Once do you any application you run as user foo will be able to store
data at the root of the C: drive. You will also have losened default
security settings, with all the caveats that implies.

Your user profile may be damaged and therefore you can remedy.
