Creating cloud App stuck or crashed
In the design and my design files work fine, but the creative cloud App seems stuck or crashed - the blue circle keeps going around and around. I tried to close the application, restart the Mac, connection back to Adobe, stimulus Creative Cloud App, same thing. What should I do?

- reset and reinstal the CC App several times

I found what the problem was.
Another application causing the cc crashing.
If someone using GROWL for Mac this application has a conflict with CC App.
I close this application and everything seems to work properly.

Creating cloud App work does not correctly
Creating cloud App is installed on my computer, but the window is empty when I open it. I use PS on Windows 10 CC. (If the information system in Photoshop says it is on Windows 8) All updates are underway.

I just bought a new Mac and transferred all over my old. I came across some problems with getting LR and PS and creative cloud app to load and work on the new. Finally got everything settled, but Creative Cloud Desktop App tilts my version of LR in "trial" when I have a paid-up photography subscription which includes PS (PS app is fine). Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
Make sure that you install products on a new computer, rather than transfer, copy, or restore them.
If you open an application that belongs to your creative cloud membership (CS6 or LR6) and you see a message indicating that you are running a trial. See this link: why app launch in trial mode/creating cloud app unexpectedly returns to the mode of trial?
If you updated to Creative Cloud 2015 and some or all of your CC applications show 'trial start or buy now' in the desktop app creative cloud, or if you launch any product of CC 2015 and the pop up displays a test message window, please check this link for the resolution:

OK DL cloud app he never in the newspaper. I used the information as
- Of the same gear in creative cloud icon, choose to leave Creative Cloud.
- Rename the OPM.db file that is located in the OOBE folder located here:
- Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
- Windows XP: \Local Adobe application
- Windows 7: \AppData\Local\Adobe
- Restart the Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Reconnect to your Adobe ID
Then locate the OPM.db file successfully? If yes then please also try to delete the contents of the OOBE folder that contained the file OPM.db.

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I decided to try this since assistance telephone Adobe has been catastrophic. I bought Adobe Creative Cloud, installed and registered on 25 February 2013. Since that time my computer crashed and I lost the programs and the link to download. I still have the serial number and the product is in my account section products registered to . How can I get a download link?

Updated cloud creative app install gets to 100% and then closes. I re - open app told me there and update the same thing. I've updated the about 5 times now.

Could you please share the OS version you are using? In case you are using a windows machine, try to run the installation as an administrator and to share the results.
As you tried to update creative Cloud applications a few times now. I ask you to download the version of the application from this link: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial and install again.
Before installing the latest version, please try to uninstall creative cloud this link: CC help | Uninstall the creative desktop application Cloud.

Creating cloud App on Android keeps disconnecting me
Hello
I use a 6.01 Android device. I have Creative Cloud App version 2.4.878 installed.
About once a day, the screenshots do not download with an error.
I have to launch the app to its icon and get invited to you connect...
Once I click the button "Log in with your Adobe ID", to sign me in WITHOUT asking my Adobe ID
Then the screenshot will post resume.
Anyone else having this problem?
Any thoughts on a work around?

Creating cloud Apps Panel does not open
I have the creative cloud to open and am able to navigate between tabs home, assets, Stock and community, but when I try to open the application I get a loading image. The loading image was present for hours with appearing happy. I tried cloud closing and reopening, I always get the loading image.

If the links above do not help, try cleaning remove the creative cloud application and put it back:
(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:

(2) remove the rest of the files:

Creating cloud App does not seem to be updated itself
I am running Mac OS El Capitan on my rMBP. Such, 26 January 2016, my creative cloud app version is 3.4.1.181 which, according to the release of these notes are released on 26/11/2015. Release notes for the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application
- There has been some updates since then, for example 3.4.2.187 on 11/12/2015
- Office Manager has not get up to date, despite her "always refresh app" checked, and I'm the only administrator account on this computer.
- Director of office notified me on other updates app for the PS, InDesign etc.
Is there some updates it downloads not, or if I have a problem how can I fix?

Ideally creative cloud update should be installed itself. But for some reason if it does not update itself you can uninstall the creative cloud desktop application and install again.

Installing CC on a second computer properly updated the same apps for newer versions so I'm confused. I tried to uninstall and reinstall CC app but he still thinks that my apps are up to date. ' Check for Updates App "does not help. Has anyone seen this behavior before?

If this does not help, please try to uninstall the creative Office Cloud app using the directions and the uninstaller available here: uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. You don't need to uninstall your other apps, just the desktop application. Once the creative cloud desktop application has been removed by using the uninstall program, please reinstall according to these instructions:

The important thing is, after you double click Adobe Creative Cloud app file, check if the cloud icon appears on the menu bar and disappears inside one or 2seconds?
