creating cloud download site just loading

Im trying to download creative cloud programs and it blocks just in white page web with four squares in the middle to disappear and apearing in circular motion like its loading but it hangs there for 10 minutes and then I just turned it off. using google chrome and edge of MS. Windows 10 can somone please help how to solve this problem or give me a link to get trought this without

    Something very odd on a new installation of Mac OS X 10.10.2 Yosemite as well as on an old Mac Mavericks:

    Downloads do not work.

    I tried several times to install creative cloud on my laptop. Used to work, she had to reinstall win 7 due to problems with the computer.

    Finally downloaded Photoshop CC to my laptop.

    Decided to restore the computer to the "condition of the factory' where he took so long to understand why it would not be installed (more than 2 weeks I started!-see above).

    Move this folder on the desktop,

    Run the installation again for the software, once the installation is complete, check that the help of adobe works very well.

    I downloaded the creative cloud today so I could use Adobe Illustrator in 30 days free trial. I worked on it for a few hours, normally closed and turned off my pc. Later, when I tried to open HAVE, creative cloud kept loading infinitely. I tried to uninstall and install several times, but I got was either 'Download error', or the infinite loading.

    Please, try the following steps:

    Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Control Panel application.

    Step 1:

    Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".

    Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

    Step 2:

    Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

    Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]

    Step 3:

    Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

    Type below command and press the enter"" key.

    AppData

    Then go to the Local > Adobe.

    Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

    Step 4:

    Click on the link of shot and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

    Once the installation is complete, double-click the launch of Adobe Application Manager on the desktop icon.

    It will start the update process and is updated for creative cloud application.

    You trying to download directly from the site of creative or using connection creative cloud cloud?

    There was some intermittent problems with the site, which may have been resolved now past.

    Could you try logging on to the website of creative cloud and try again.

    You could also try the same thing with another browser and check.

    Otherwise, you could install Creative Connection Cloud in Adobe Application Manager, and then connect with your same adobe id and password and it syncs your files. Just copy paste on your machine.

    Let me know in the case where you are still facing the same problem.

    all front-end creative programs are able to add the features needed to communicate with your Web site main.

    WordPress is a content management system, but also the design Web site handles so I'm not sure it makes sense to invest in programs oriented primarily as adobe design and use wordpress.

    I just reinstalled all software adobe on MacOSX Yosemite and now when I try to open the creative Cloud app it keeps loading forever (spinning wheel). I already tried cleaning with the cleaning of creative cloud tool and reboot several times.

    I just got in contact with the support and they have managed to solve the problem.

    Its seems there were a few files adobe application on utilities and Applications folders that caused the Cloud creative application hang. I just deleted all and it fixed the issue of the spinning wheel.
