  Finally downloaded Photoshop CC to my laptop.

  Follow the steps below

  1. open the activity monitor in the utilities in your Applications folder.

  2. check for Adobe as Adobe Crash Daemon processes, Adobe CEF Helper, Coresync, cloud creative, if you Force quit it.

  3. open the finder window, and then press command + SHIFT + G key.

  It will open the go to the search folder box, type ~/library, and then click OK.

  Then, click on Application support / Adobe folder and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE.

  4. now, open the go to folder search box once again, in this type/library this time and then click OK.

  Notice that this time it's just/library and the ~ symbol is not included.

  Then, click on Application support / Adobe folder and delete the AAMUpdater, Adobe Application Manager and records OOBE.

  5. now, open the finder window and press it command + shift + U key.

  It opens the Utilities folder, then remove the Adobe Application Manager and cloud file Adobe Creative.

  6. now run the tool from the link below.

  Im trying to download creative cloud programs and it blocks just in white page web with four squares in the middle to disappear and apearing in circular motion like its loading but it hangs there for 10 minutes and then I just turned it off. using google chrome and edge of MS.
