  What is the best option available to create interactive forms for an ipad? I read that you need another application like PDF Expert etc... to fill out your forms. This isn't a good workflow for me. I need to create an html form that I put in an article in Indesign and then export to DPS?

  I suggest to remove the printer from your printing system, using this document: uninstalling the software of the printer.

  Once you have deleted, I suggest to check and repair disk permissions: function to fix the permissions of all utility disk drive.

  I also run your Apple updates: OS x: Mac App Store apps and OS X update

  After the updates, I recommend you to reinstall the series HP ENVY 4500 full feature software and drivers.

  Hi I created a layout of Magazine using InDesign CS6 and wanted to be read on native Ipad reader (but not apps).  I put interactivity features like hyperlinks and page navigations and converted into interactive pdf file. The problem was the links and buttons are not displayed on the Ipad.

  I tried to use Acrobat Pro to create hyperlinks, and this time the navigation and hyperlinks are. But is there a way does not create hyperlinks manually one by one (especially the next page and previous page). If I have more than 100 pages of documents, this process will be very painful.

The action that I chose for the submit button was "attached to an e-mail address", but I can't understand how to enter a different from mine. It automatically attaches to my email address. Help!   Once you have created the button, you set the action as "submit a form". When you add to that, you will be asked to enter the URL. You must type mailto: follow-up to the e-mail address you want the end user to send it to. For example, if your client/colleague wants the form to be sent to them and their email address is [email protected] then you would enter

  mailto:[email protected]

  in the URL box. You want to make sure to only select the PDF option, which attaches the whole form to the e-mail address.

• buttons change layers when creating interactive PDF HELP!

  I have a lot of documents with images that need to be enlarged, so for each image (a few pages with a single image, others with 4 or 5) I create the image as a button.  In a new layer called overlay, I create a greybox on the page and the bigger picture and more than (the two buttons and hidden initially).

  If the layers order goes like this:

  Big picture (top)

  GreyBox

  small image.

  Preview interactive ePub in InDesign is on-site.  The button to reveal and hide the images correctly and are in the correct order.

  HOWEVER, when I generate an interactive PDF, pages look fine until I click on a button, but once I click on a picture, I get:

  big picture is cut UNDER the greybox.

  Small image is above the large image.

  I published the document online and when displayed in a browser, all the problems disappear (I remember that it uses the same engine as the preview interactive ePub) but when I download the on-line document, the errors come back.

  I feel really it is a bug in InDesign (Adobe listening?) and if anyone has had similar problems, I'd like to hear about them.

  Yes, the PDF must be exported to Word. This does NOT MEAN WORD IS USED. You do not actually export to an application, you export to a file.

  I don't really understand the thing "export to Mac. You export on Mac or Windows. If necessary you get the file for Mac. You use Pages. Quite.

  In my view, it is mapped via CSS. I don't think you can change this behavior.

  If you generate printed material, it is NOT possible to import review comments.

  Someone of you create PDFs for the approval of your InDesign documents? We must do our work through a system of approval in pdf format and I can't think how to do that with things like frames with scroll and popups.

  Any ideas would be great.

• Problem with interactive PDF on MAC does not not on PC

  I'm an interactive PDF that will be sent to many people.

  The PDF file contains links that open other PDF files. These all work perfectly on Mac. When on a PC the half opened, half don't. I don't know much about PC at all, they use acrobat pro V9.

  Has anyone encountered this problem? and know a solution?

  Thank you. Solved the problem, I Redid the folder with the links, that worked.

  Something went funny obiously in the folder!

  Are there any Adobe products I can use to create interactive quizzes that I can just drop in InDesign when you build applications ebook using the DPS. We have tried to create the quiz in Adobe Presenter and Captivate, but could not get the result to work in InDesign.

  Ideally, I'm looking for a quiz generator which has the choice of types of questions and an input interface to enter the details of the question, much like that found in Adobe Presenter.

  Any suggestions would be welcome.

  Hi all
  
  Please help me create a projector for my windows platform mac platforms. I exported the file .hqx using flash ver.8. but it doesn't work at all on the mac, I checked. I checked in the machines of the g4 and g5. It does not work in one of them. I don't know what to do. Please help if anyone knows how to work around it.

  It also works on my machine at home Mac running 10.4.2. What happens on those that don't work? (And please don't even have my has started on what platform has problems of compatibility between this one and the one!)
