creative applications cloud is no longer install

using the application manager adobe; updates or new applications stop at 'waiting to install. Dreamweaver download stops all together at 24%

I have compact downloaded and installed applications from creative cloud without problem... any ideas. Windows 7

Thanks to everyone for trying to help... Recap: Use the Adobe application manager, I had already installed several applications without problem (Prem Pro... After FX... Photoshop, etc)... Then Dreamweaver would not download and install... who brought my attension to the fact that the application manager was not working properly. I posted the problem on this forum... The Adobe Creative Suite cleaner has been sugested, I ran and due to confusion terms used in the application, I ended up uninstalling all my Adobe apps instead of their cleaning work. Then he explained that the vacuum cleaner was intended to clean up the artifacts left after trying to uninstall programs I did not anyway, then running the vacuum was not necessary and certainly a bad idea. As the Application Manager / download no longer works, I'm done with zero... dead in the water.

I tried to download a trial version... no chance either. Obviously something was very wrong. Then; I reinstalled my OS (windows 7) now everything works fine. Never found the problem, I will look for it in the future. Thanks again for trying to help me... I find that I learned most when things go wrong.

I had some problems with Photoshop since the last update. Whenever I close, I get a pop up that tells me that the program has failed and is looking for a solution. Sometimes, it closes with the same pop up, when I completed a heavy task memory. I use Nik and it's at the end of certain operations of Nik she does this sometimes (rarely). I need to re - register every month because otherwise, he thinks I work with a trial version.

  • Unusual problem with creative application Cloud

On one of my computers, which is a machine of Windows 8, I have problems with the creative cloud application.

A few weeks ago, I opened the creative application of Cloud, and the window open with the top bar that has the title 'Creative cloud', the three icons on the right side shows correctly, then the black bar underneath with cloud icon, the words 'Creative cloud' and the gear showing correctly icon. However, the entire body of the page is completely empty.

I contacted Janine Smith at the NAPP help desk and suggested that to delete the Adobe\OOBE folder. I did, and then the creative application Cloud worked as it should. I point out that I also downloaded and reinstalled the creative cloud application.

Unfortunately, when I turned on my computer the next day I had the same problem. If someone has had this problem and has been able to get it fixed?

I also have another problem that whenever I turn on my computer, the creative application cloud broken runs and open this application white background on my screen.

I have a second computer running the creative cloud and have had no problems with it.

I can't wait to hear any other comments on this issue.

I thought it was BusinessCatalyst that was the problem, but I tried a dozen other extensions Add on with same error results.

The error is "(insérer le nom extension ici) not able to be installed because it requires a compatible application of CC (error-411)."  I tried the extensions for Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator - no install and have the same error.

  • Re: Creative Applications Cloud Desktop application

    Hi Jeff

I have a similar but different problem.

My copy of InCopy CC 2014 would start is no longer as he said, that the application was not complete, if something had occurred with the installed directory.

I ran the installer for InCopy CC 2014 UN and then deleted the folder (maybe I should not have done this).

Now when I go on my creative cloud and the previous version has chosen, neither the CC2014 nor the CC show for InCopy version.

I assumed that the local database is involved somehow. How can I solve?

    Thank you

    Andrew

actually scrap which. I disconnected and reconnected and now I choose CC2014.

  • Adobe Creative applications Cloud do not uninstall, Adobe Cleaner does not!

A while back, I downloaded the trial versions of the first pro and audition to edit a project I was working on, once I did using the apps I tried to uninstall the. That's where I met the first problem. I use 10 windows on my PC and I went by the uninstaller on the cloud no creative operating system to remove the apps for a reason any failed, maybe I had to use the creative cloud to uninstall it, but honestly I don't think that he must have made a difference. So after a few hours of frustration and a few days without taking account of the question, I used the Adobe Cleaner tool in the hope that it could solve the problem. He has not, in fact, there absolutely nothing. Then by pure frustration I uninstalled I could that was just the Creative launcher app cloud and left the apps on my computer for a few months, forgetting that they even existed. I thought that this update of Adobe apps and perhaps update of the operating system would be sufficient to solve the problem by the time I would need to use the Adobe Creative cloud, but there is no surprise. Today I reinstalled creative cloud and went through the same frustration of installing, updating, uninstalling and using of cleaning without success. I'm at the point now where I desperately need to use the apps, but I can't because I have a corrupted version of the first pro and hearing that cannot be updated or deleted from my computer. I really need help on this Adobe!

I also spent a few hours today trying to find a way to contact someone with adobe live via my computer as an e-mail or via a chat, but I couldn't find anything. So now I'm stuck just post on their forum in the hope that someone sees and knows what to do. Its really disappointing that someone has to go through something like that to get help. If someone could help that would be great.

    UPDATE *.

    @Highdeny

The procedure described in these two positions has worked for me. I would recommend after them in the following order:

    1) use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

    (2) Office CC lists the applications as "up to date" when it is not installed

I tried to uninstall everything before my original post, but I uninstalled the app CC the second time that I uninstalled it directly since uninstalling programs before using the "cleaner" (see #1).

I also removed all Adobe my system (preference files, etc.). Who could be exaggerated, but I was so frustrated at that time here, I didn't like.

    I hope this helps!

Does anyone know how to tailor the program creative cloud correctly?

    Thanks in advance

Make sure that you had not changed the language on creative cloud desktop

Also try to perform steps below

On the desktop creative cloud on the right side click gear icon and exit Creative Cloud App

Then right-click on the creative cloud desktop shortcut and choose Properties.

Then click on the Compatibility tab

In compatibility mode ' ' make sure that ' run this program in compatibility mode for "check-box is disabled."

If it is checked, uncheck it and click on apply, Ok. Then launch Creative Cloud application and try.

  • Creative Desktop Cloud crash Windows Explorer install and crashes

This all started with my inability to activate Adobe Acrobat on my computer after wiping the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

I had no problem initially download or install anything Adobe Creative cloud. I ran several apps and they worked (although mode of trial for one or two days)

And then the original problem: trying to activate Adobe Acrobat could not get to the login screen.

It would hang for about 30 minutes, and then return to the error that the computer's clock must be incorrect or an error with the Internet connection. (It is a type error documented on the Adobe site that says you must make sure that your computer can really make each Adobe activation servers/websites/etc. I checked everything in the troubleshooting list to be sure, but found nothing wrong with the computer or the ability to access Adobe sites.

Exasperated. I went online technical support. It was definitely level 1 support (checking me all the stuff that I had already spent a time check - and had already told him that I tested this).

In any case, I spent an hour on chat with Adobe Tech Support through the usual stuff.

He had me check the anti-virus programs, the computer clock, source of Adobe sites (such as license servers). But nothing ever helped or worked. Then he told me to try to go directly to the Adobe Creative Cloud site and try to download and install the desktop creative cloud Manager. I did but it blocks when he launched the Manager on the initial window with a Creative cloud black bar at the top (with the tool AdobeCCsm.png drop down menu on the right side) but never loads the rest of the window.

After an hour of running around in circles, I decided it would be best to try again later with someone in the second level support.

In the meantime, I uninstalled all Adobe applications. There is no Flash Player, not Acrobat Reader - nothing Adobe in my list of programs.

I then tried to download and install Adobe Application Manager. It works until the moment where he launches the Creative Cloud Desktop tools and then crashes at the same place.

There is a window of creative cloud with the normal black bar at the top - but the rest of the window (which would normally see and load apps from) remains empty.

I rebooted the computer several times to be sure that it is a new start. That did not help at all. Something extra in these multiple attempts, I noticed, is that when the Creative Cloud Desktop Manager gets Installer about 95% of fact, it causes Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer, but Windows Explorer) down. Once Windows Explorer resets, creative cloud continues the installation but then opens the window (above) has nothing other than the black header.

I fight for what to do next. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Now I'm paying $50 a month for something, I can not install or use.

For what it's worth, the system is a laptop HP running Windows 7 Ultimate x 64. 8 GB of RAM and a lot of HARD drive space. All the updates of security and Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1. I doubt that this last line is relevant because I could run it without problem before wiping the hard drive AND it worked without problem - other than Acrobat activating at the beginning of this whole thing.

I don't think Explorer is crashing, but just restart.  I think it's normal.
