Creative cloud 'Apps' part does not work (Furthermore, cannot disconnect CC)
The part "Applications" of the creative cloud for OS X doesn't seem to work, and it has been like that for awhile. All I get is the blue turn ring indefinitely (see screenshot). The other tabs work as expected. Moreover, I cannot sign out clouds Creative at all (the app, that is).
Please advice, thank you!

Well, I found a solution. As far as I know, the cc itself application needs to update, but since it is empty, you don't see that she put needs to update. So I did this:
1. close all adobe programs
2. open taskmanager
3. Select processes tab and end all adobe processes (including the creative cloud)
4 (windows key + R) to open the immediate window.
5. type %LocalAppData% and press OK
6. go to ADOBE > OOBE
7. Select and delete the file "opm" (in fact, I believe, he says opm.db)
8 open again cloud creative app
9. you should now be able to log in and update.

I'm going to blur a painting that I do and he don't not blur and I use the Tablet wacom Intuos 5 Med.

It could be that your picture is too large with respect to the dimensions in pixels for the well blur tool run.
If you zoom in to 100% you see no change when you use the blur tool?
What are the dimensions of the image in pixels?
(Image > Image size)
If you try a small image, the blur tool work?
What happened when you use the mouse instead of your Tablet?
Can you at least tell us what operating system and version of photoshop with your?

I have a purchased version of Adobe Creative cloud with Photoshop package and also a few files from the trial. Yesterday, I downloaded the demo of Premiere Pro CS6 for 30 days. In the cloud under 'Start', he says now that the download is successfully completed 20 hours ago. My Creative Cloud Apps window does not give me an option to install the previous versions
Don't know why but my Creative Cloud Apps window gives me an option to install the previous versions. Any ideas? I just recently installed creative cloud and I'm connected with my Adobe ID on Windows 7 Professional.
No where help or support information said that previous versions are only available if you are currently subscribed to the current version.

the location of opm.db should be.
Open the command run: % appdata%/local/adobe/oobe.

Creative Cloud Desktop Access does not work after the computer loses power
No crashes, no power surge in surge protector, not questions of cable or internet problems, creative cloud was installed and opened when the computer turns off while I was away from the office. After restarting the creative cloud would not open access by computer. I tried to uninstall and when unistall was over I had a message saying uninstall completed with errors. I was not able to download access Office creative cloud of my creative cloud account or one of the other programs. Only, I get a message saying that the failed download...

Adobe Creative cloud after Macbook does not work in the migration of the iMac
I migrated everything on my iMac to my Macbook. When I went to open Premiere Pro, I continued to get a message on the Application Adobe being funky handler and re-download the version more up-to-date. I deleted my computer adobe application manager mac laptop, as it was gray and unresponsive. NOW, I can not install the app Manager.
